Review solely for takeout! Was craving something fried for lunch and a fellow coworker was heading towards the food court, so I asked him to bring my order back. Quickly ordered online and the order was ready when he arrived. Best part, the chicken and fries were all still crispy when they got back. Huge portion, and after eating most of my fries, I realised I forgot to take a picture, so snapped this. The sandwich was nice; big portion, crispy chicken, and the slaw didn't make the bread mushy. Will definitely order again.

Absolutely delicious. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and was blown away by how good the balance of flavor was in this sandwich. I love spice but this one did not overpower. The restaurant is located in a food hall, there was ample seating during the lunch time rush.

okay, this review is way overdue! Hands down, some of the best chicken tenders I've ever had! Not going to lie, didn't expect much from it since we happened to stumble upon it when returning some items within the plaza. Thank goodness we did though! The chicken tenders were insanely good! Crispy, well-seasoned, juicy, and decently sized too. Wasn't overly greasy or oily either, just top notch. Super appreciate that the tenders came fresh out of the fryer too! Located inside the food court within the plaza. Server was incredibly kind and helpful since it was our first time. Food came out quick too! Would easily come back!

Excellent new fast food in the food court. Super friendly and helpful staff. Customer service is outstanding! Ambiance is typical of fast food in the food court. The Hotlanta was very unique! One was more than enough! I was completely stuffed. Could have not finished it and still been full but it tastes too good to stop!

Great flavors, love the branding on the brioche buns. They started out in downtown atlanta and brought over the southern recipes and flavors from 2000 over to DTLA in 2025. Family owned recipe and has a korean twist to the classic fried chicken flavors. Definitely a play on the chicken n waffles with the ranch and waffle. They have a fried chicken waffle sandwich here and the classic spicy chicken sandwiches and double fried french fries with seasoning on top. They also have great tasting sauces - its in the right side of the TASTE food hall at the bottom of the Fig at 7th mall. They do offer parking validation for 30 minutes They also have fruit flavor teas such as peach lemonade tea. I would definitely recommend the tenders and the sweet garlic dipping sauces. The wings were also very well done with the wet sauce coating on top. They do have an order kiosk along side traditional staff ordering which gives you two option if you prefer customizing it slowly on the screen yourself. They also have a giant tv screen playing their recorded footage of their food and restaurant.

Absolutely delicious and extremely kind owner who gave me a full walkthrough of his menu and favorites. He is Korean, I believe, and he explained that his original location was in Atlanta - what a perfect combination! Korean fried chicken x southern fried chicken. I ordered five tenders ($14) and made it a combo ($5 for fries and drinks). Food came out within five minutes, hot and fresh. The chicken tenders were large and so juicy. I was so so so happy with it. The fries are the crispy/flaky kind and I absolutely love those fries. Comes with choice of 2 sauces. I tried the yum yum sauce, which is a mix between honey mustard and BBQ sauce. It was pretty good. I wish I tried one of the other sauces with it too! I definitely have to go back... I was extremely happy with my experience. I only ate two tenders and it was so filling, I had to pack the rest to go. The owner said that another favorite on the menu were the chicken wings so I definitely have to try that next time. The chicken sandwiches also looked really good; they're made out of thigh meat, instead of breast, so you know it's going to be extremely juicy.

Food here looks just like another Korean food place but the flavor and the texture was extremely good. What was meant to be crispy was crispy and what was meant to be soft was very fluffy. I love the flavor here too. The server was very nice. They also validate parking for me (figat7th parking structure) which could be expensive. It's located inside the food hall.

I've been super excited about trying Ranch and Maple since I first saw the "coming soon" sign on one of my weekly trips to the local Target. It was (I think) a Sunday night a few weeks back when my wife and I wandered into the food hall to split up and get some dinner. I immedietly walked over to Ranch and Maple to look over the menu which had some wings, chicken sandwiches, and what I ordered, the chicken bites. Now, I was kind of expecting the flavour I choose to mean the chicken bites were going to be saucy, but NOPE, they were just chicken chunks and a small side of sauce to dip it in, which was a huge letdown. This meal also came with a lemonade and a side of fries, both which were perfectly fine and were solid fast food things. The chicken itself, yeah, pretty boring honestly. It tasted like every single other chicken place that's popped up over the last few years and it was just plain mediocre. Overall, Ranch and Maple was okay, but nothing more. I do plan on coming back and giving both the wings and the chicken sandwiches a try, but the chicken bites left much to be desired and won't be on repeat anytime soon.

I was in the area on Easter Sunday and was basically looking for anything open to get something quick! I'm a huge fan of chicken and waffles so I decided to give Ranch and Maple a try, thankfully they were also open! We ordered the original chicken and waffles, yum yum chicken sandwich, and wings. I didn't know what to expect since it was my first time but I was actually blown away! The chicken was super tender, not too salty, the waffle was perfectly hot and crispy! The cole slaw wasn't too watery or too sweet either. I enjoyed everything we ordered, including the drinks. The service was quick and everyone was friendly too :) I'll definitely be coming back, it's worth a try if you're in the DTLA area or shopping at Fig at 7th! Parking: validated parking in the Fig at 7th structure.

Hands down, one of the best flavors you can find in DTLA.

Hands down, one of the best flavors you can find in DTLA. To the crunch and seasoning of the fries, and the fluff and sweetness of the brioche, the chicken the just the right crisp as advertised plus being juicy on each bit. All the sauces come as one together with the coleslaw. Worthy of 5 stars

Located in food court next to Nordstrom Rack, it's a struggle to stand out. But I Love the owner (I think). The young kid had gumption, greeting everyone walking by, introducing the brand, how they are from Atlanta, how the chicken is prepared & how juicy it is. Great sales rep!

Service was very friendly and I love the idea but the chicken markets tough in LA. The tenders were a bit too thick and a little soggy but they were just right when I reheated them in the air fryer and made little snack wraps. Also the kbbq sauce was gross. The honey mustard bbq sauce was great though! I think the tenders are better on sandwiches just a heads up. Cute spot overall and I hope that this stays because it brightens the dining haul with a cute countertop and nice people working there!

tl;dr the Dutch crunch rolls highlight an otherwise standard lineup of hearty deli sandwiches…read more The Los Angeles sandwich scene ranges from terrific tortas to farmer's market-on-a-bun, but few spots have embraced the Bay Area's beloved Dutch crunch roll. These slightly sweet hoagie rolls are coated with rice flour, creating an addictively crunchy, tortoise-shell top. While hard to find, Dutch crunch rolls are the specialty at Ghost Sando Shop. This small sandwich chain (from the mind of NorCal native and former Chipotle exec Benjamin Sales) debuted in the Fairfax District, and it has expanded to Orange County and the Valley. Every sandwich at Ghost Sando sports a Dutch crunch roll, and the lineup has achieved TikTok fame. Briefly, Grand Central Market is a semi-outdoor industrial market turned upscale food court. The sky-high walls are painted white, and the concrete floors are slickly polished. Even during the day, only a few rays of sunshine enter through the skylight roof, leaving each vendor's neon sign to pop. During busy hours, expect foot traffic shoulder-to-shoulder through the narrow aisleways. Here, Ghost Sando has a central stall near the wide stairwell. You can't miss the bright teal paint or custom green neon sign. The walls are tastefully decked with hexagon tile and wooden slats. The sandwich production line is front and center, and staff members buzz around even well after the weekday lunch rush. Stools are pressed up against the long stainless steel bar counter, guaranteeing a seat for customers. My partner and I visited Ghost Sando for a weekday lunch, but our food was prepared relatively quickly. Immediately, I was shocked by the sheer density of the sandwiches. Rolled into compact cylinders, the weight could have fooled me into thinking they were bricks. The "Large" size was plenty for even a hefty appetite, but I can't imagine how anyone could tackle the double-topping "XX Large" portions. I also enjoyed the unique Dutch crunch loaf -- consider holding your sandwich upside-down to fully appreciate the crispy shell. Otherwise, the sandwiches were more standard than spectacular. The cold cuts are more like grocery store variety than premium deli, and the veggies are only a step above Subway. I preferred the mildly spicy Firebird to the warm-ish Pastrami Mami, but neither blew my socks off. The service is mostly disengaged, and the sandwiches run from $15 each. Reasonably, a sandwich can be extended across 2 meals. The sandos are mostly standard, but the Dutch crunch rolls are mildly addictive. While Ghost Sando is not a reason alone to pay GCM a visit, it is a filling and reliable bet for routine DTLA lunch.

During a…read morelazy afternoon after visiting the Pantheon in Rome, we had our first experience with All'Antico after taking a 5 minute walk down the road. They actually had 2 separate locations flanking the pedestrian road, so there were two long lines snaking out in opposite directions. While we were waiting in line, we bumped into a couple from Spain who were also visiting. They gave my wife some personal recommendations, advising we get the blood orange soda with our sandwiches. After getting said sandwiches (the La Paradiso), we nibbled on them while walking to Sant'Ignazio of Loyola Church, which is that cathedral where there's a mirror directed up towards the murals on the ceiling and a huge selfie line. Hot damn were those sandwiches good. The thinly sliced mortadella paired perfectly with that buttery, green pistachio spread. The only challenge for my taste buds was the mild oral trauma I sustained from punching through the crispy bread; your gums started to feel it by the time you devoured your sandwich. But we liked it so much that when we later took the train to Florence, we sought All'Antico again at their original location. I thought that would be my last experience with All'Antico (unless, of course, I came back to Italy). So imagine my surprise when later that year I heard All'Antico had coincidentally opened a branch in Los Angeles, although rather awkwardly situated in Koreantown. Even though we live 30 minutes away, we made the drive immediately. There was no way this remote All'Antico location, thousands of miles from Italy, would live up to the experience I had in Rome earlier that year. But I was mistaken. Not only is the taste spot on, but the bread they serve is actually chewier and removed the gum calisthenics I suffered in Italy. And yes, they also have the blood orange soda as well. It's a little weird their location is in Koreatown, but not a big deal; we'll usually do a bingsu run afterward. Just like their locations in Italy, All'Antico is small but they do have a small collection of bar seats, some of which overlook the staff as they're making your sandwich. Be mentally prepared though to take it to go depending on how busy it is. Parking sucks too; there's street parking only, but if you come on Sunday you don't have to pay. Every so often now, we'll make the 30 minute drive just to relive that slice of Italy we experienced nearly 2 years ago. Thankfully, not a lot of people recognize how good this place is yet, as the lines aren't crazy long like they are in Italy. For all the other Yelpers in on it too, let's keep it our little secret for now.

Loved to see how they only use focaccia that just come out of the oven, and they cut your sandwich's meat from the meat hunk on an order basis. Very fresh, never greasy. I thought the Dante and Mamma Mia could improve by adding just one more ingredient as a cherry on top, like a sort of nut (walnuts, pine nuts) or something that helps the sandwich spark. Would love to see a bit more arugula too. No public bathroom--closest one is probably Hmart across the street (needs a code). Parking is metered, but there's free neighborhood parking 1-2 blocks away if you're able to find a spot. There's a few seats (5-6) and a standing bar around the perimeter of the store. Also, the drinks are money but you can ask for a water cup for free.
