Terrible Service, Mostly Because of all the Misogyny. I have gone here many times and ordered out for pick up many times. However, this time, I was condescended to, lectured at and dismissed. I ordered a chicken parm. sandwich online, picked it up, got it home, took a bite and low and behold it had no mozzarella or any cheese, just chicken and sauce - not what I ordered. I called them and instead of even apologizing, the woman who answered handed the phone to someone, who was the guy who made the sandwich. He then proceeded to argue with me, telling me my sandwich obviously had cheese and I was...I don't know what he was implying, lying, dumb, confused. I told him I'd send a picture and he hung up. I then emailed the manager with the picture. The manager/owner, it's unclear, then emailed back some sort of condescending explanation of the kind of cheese that goes on a chicken parm sandwich, like this was a culinary website. I don't even know what he was trying to do, maybe be cute, but it wasn't, it was dismissive and condescending. By the way, in all of this, I did not get an apology from him, or acknowledgement of anything, just a bunch of lectures from a bunch of men about how I was wrong and couldn't possibly understand something that was sitting right in front of me. Absolutely no accountability, but you'll get a TON of misogyny here. Here are the picture of my sandwich, it clearly has no cheese.

The Garlic Knot 18"

The garlic knot pizza is so worth getting I definitely recommend it has great flavor and it's the best of both worlds

I love this restaurant! I come every time I go skiing! I honestly go skiing just to come here! I ate the bbq pizza and it was good I forgot about my tonsel stone! I am Ramunto's number 1 fan I love it! And from Connecticut we are pizza snobs

On our last night staying in Brattleboro, we decided we wanted pizza and Ramunto's was the place. Just the name alone suggested that we would get some good pizza. Who wouldn't want brick oven pizza? Walking in, it is clear that the locals come here to watch sporting events. There are TV screens all around the dining room. We sat in an area that was behind the bar, right outside of a larger dining area. It took us a while to decide on whether or not we wanted to share a larger pizza or get our own individual sized pizza. My coworker was drawn to try the Garlic Knot pizza. I agreed to try it with him and we added mushrooms. The Garlic Knot pizza only came in 18 inch. We added side salads for the healthy factor and when the pizza came out, we were stunned. We didn't realize that it would be so much. At any rate, we thoroughly enjoyed our pizza. Each slice was huge and full of tomatoes and mushrooms. We have leftovers and had to get to-go boxes to take back to the hotel. I ended up eating 2 slices of pizza for breakfast the next day. I did a search afterwards and noticed that Ramunto's has several locations throughout the region. If I'm ever near a Ramunto's, I would give them a try. The pizza is really good.

This is good pizza!

Legit NYC Pizza! We rolled into Ramunto's on a Friday night and it was fairly busy. The hostess was very friendly and told us there was about a 10-15 minute wait. Not bad considering how busy it looked from the lot. We opted to sit at the bar where there were a few open spots. The bartenders were great; very attentive and took care of us right away. They checked on us frequently to make sure beverage levels were good. They have a great selection of beer on tap. I was happy to have a Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA on draft. We started off with an order of Garlic Knots. These were probably some of the best we've had. They were made from pizza dough, but were not overly oiled like other places often do. They were seasoned nicely and had a good combination of outside crisp and inside chewiness. Minor minor grips: We could taste a hint of cinnamon on one. Although, it was interesting to see how that version tasted. For the main courses we had a Chicken Cesar Salad and a New York Cheese Pizza. The salad was good! The portion was generous, the chicken was juicy and it was topped with shaved Pecorino Ramano cheese. The pizza was a bit late coming out and the bartender was very apologetic. To make up for it, they gave us the 18" at the 14" price. The pizza was outstanding. I've had pizza in NYC before and this tasted exactly the same. The pizza was thin with a nice crust. It was cooked in that classic NYC way that allows you to pick it up and fold it in half should you choose to do so. The flavor was excellent; the right balance of sauce, cheese and herbs. They nailed it with this pizza! This is darn good pizza in Southern Vermont. We had some leftovers which we took home and reheated a day or so later. It came out great. I was speaking with the bartender and he indicated that they will make it a bit more crispy if customers request it. So if you're more of a New Haven pizza aficionado, you have an option there. But the way they do it is really good. I'd opt to leave things as is...and I love New Haven pizza. Give this place a try! The pizza is outstanding. I had to keep reminding myself I was eating pizza this good in VT.

Mighty Atom Pizza Garlic Knot Crust

Fantastic! We got the Mighty Atom, with garlic knot crust and let me tell you, it was amazing! The garlic knot crust was like a perfect garlic knot, the bottom had that sight char that you only get from a wood fired stove and the toppings were just right! The sausage wasn't overpowering and it had lots of fresh veggies. The pesto sauce put it over the top! We were in the area, in our RV, so we opted for delivery. They said it would be 45-60min but they came 15min earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise! If you're in the Brattleboro area, definitely check them out!

Two slices of cheese pizza

A variety of brick oven Pizzas available by the slice at only $1.80 per. Very good thin crust pizza plus wine and a good selection of local craft beers. Wednesday is "Wine Down Wednesday", a glass is 1/2 price for 6oz pour or for a $1 more an 8oz pour. I had a 8oz glass of house red for $4, total bill out the door for 2 slices and wine $8:24 can't beat that for a quick easy tasty lunch.

New year, new review…read more Popped in after a morning of skiing New Year's Day and place was packed for lunch! I didn't mind as I was in no rush. As I waited in line I enjoyed conversations with both the people in front and behind me whom all have never been before. The joy and excitement on their faces as they made their way to order was priceless. As for myself, a small mac to help start the new year strong for total lbs sold (81k in 2024) and a small pulled pork. Wanted to order some other things but my refrigerator is full at home, so another time. If this will be your first time, just be aware of parking could be very busy as there's not much. Both ways before pull out of parking spaces as well. Main road can be a cluster at times. I also recommend getting lots of little things rather than a little of a lot. You can always come back for more!

There are 2 lines - deli and sandwiches. Great selection of Vermont-made snacks, drinks, and souvenirs as well. I ordered: - Macaroni and cheese ($4.29 per 1/2 lb) made with Vermont's Cabot cheddar cheese - very creamy, cheesy, and had a perfect texture. - Maple BBQ Pulled Pork ($5.99 per 1/2 lb) - very juicy and moist - Turkey Sandwich - had this the next day and it was still tasty. Not dry at all. All were very flavorful and delicious! Highly recommend visiting ~ I can't wait to be back :)

They also offer BYO deli sandwiches & wraps, hot sandwiches, & wraps salads, loaded spuds, wings, and fried foods. The place is order at the counter and there are a few tables inside nearby. There is also outside seating area (on nicer weather days). I've stopped by here twice over the past month. On the first visit, I got here around 1:30 pm, but unfortunately the grill & kitchen closed early. I was able to purchase some baked goods on the counter including a cinnamon roll and a strawberry cheese danish. I was also given an extra cheese danish at no extra charge. On the second visit, I arrived here around 9:15 am and ordered breakfast takeout. I ordered a BYO French Omelette ($12 plus tax) with baked tofu and Swiss cheese, with tater tots and Portuguese muffin. My ordered was ready to in about 10 minutes. I grabbed packets of ketchup and hot sauce on the way out. I already picked up my coffee nearby before stopping here. The omelette was a fluffy folded egg filled with tofu and melted Swiss cheese. The golden tater tots were hot and crisp. The sweet Portuguese muffin was toasted and buttered. Overall, this breakfast was fairly filling to eat and I was all set for the day ahead of driving over Hogback to NY.

Our group of seven was seated right away thanks to our reservation, but the wait for both drinks and food was on the longer side. Our server apologized multiple times, which we appreciated, and we passed the time playing phone games with the kids to keep them busy. The pierogies were a highlight, with a nicely crispy exterior and a creamy filling, and the shoestring fries came out salty and crunchy. My chicken cordon bleu sandwich, though, didn't really live up to the name, and the side salad was pretty plain with just a basic vinaigrette. My wife's grilled cheese with fried chicken strips also seemed a bit undercooked, and the chicken had a slightly rubbery texture. Overall it wasn't our best dining experience, but the atmosphere inside is very nice and the staff themselves are kind.
