DON'T BUY HERE...., If you want a great experience buying a Maserati, go SOMEWHERE ELSE other than…read morethis place. We explained to the salesman (Eddie Murcia), that we were looking for a vehicle that had low mileage, was just returned off a lease ,accident free, and one that wasn't being used as a demo. We ultimately found out the hard way that wasn't the case with this vehicle . They treat you terribly, don't return calls , and the owner (Mark Abaid) and General Manager (Robert Chakamian) are the absolute worst people you will ever deal with in trying to resolve an issue at this dealership. I have pictures and proof of everything written in this review to back it. They sold us a 2022 certified pre owned Maserati Levante back in April of 2025. What we bought was a huge headache even till this day. The car fax was not accurate. We found out the front bumper was painted, driver door and rear passenger door was painted and the clear coat was chipping after bringing the vehicle to get professionally detailed and paint protection film applied. The car fax isn't worth the paper its printed on. After months of trying to get this resolved, they took the vehicle to their so called "quality " body shop and made it worse back in June 2025. Each time it was taken to the body shop in Springfield, NJ , I got an alert that my vehicle was being driven in excess of 80 M.PH. The dealership left the previous owners license plate in the vehicle. The vehicle was turned in back in December 2024 and the vehicle was being used by this dealership with the previous owner's license plate for months. As a matter of fact, The salesman was the one who picked the vehicle up in December 2024 but was told it was turned in a couple of days before will bought it. So much for transparency. Months later, they added bogus information to the car fax by saying they performed work on the vehicle while it was in our possession on several dates and it states the vehicle was turned in on April 23, 2025, from the lease. The vehicle was purchased on April 22,2025. It took 9 months from the purchase to give me the certified pre owned checklist which was missing my signature on it and dated April 25th 2025 ???? So, did the vehicle have the 120 points checklist completed? Is the checklist accurate if dated after the vehicle was in our possession? I had asked for months for this checklist and it was finally given in December 2025. This matter hasn't been resolved They should have been honest from the day we walked into that place. I have way too much information to list in this review as to why you shouldn't buy from Maserati of Bergen County . We wanted a fun vehicle to enjoy not to lose money on paint protection film on this "so called certified pre-owned vehicle" that had to have the film removed to fix their inspection points of the check list. Look at the attached pictures and you decide. Save your self time, aggravation, money and buy somewhere else ...You will regret walking through their dealership doors. Great job standing by your dealership and representing the Maserati Brand . This place should be looked into their business practices by the state of NJ. I should have read the reviews before I purchased from Maserati of Bergen County. Those bad reviews are accurate... I already reached out to the consumer affairs reporters for channel 4 and 7 news ....

Tim requested a payoff and the sticker in which I provided to him within the next 2 days. Tim has not reached out to me as of yet. Today I received a call by another salesman from a lead, from which i emailed 2 weeks ago, they are now following up. The new salesman must of had me on speaker phone with Tim in the background and they told me to have a good day and hung up after I told him "not getting back to a customer in over 7 days is unprofessional" I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership, be aware.....

They let us walk and I was good with that since I was put off by the fact they would not give us the price for a car that had a few less options than another car they positioned which had the white interior (we did not like white) and more options. I am visiting from CA and needed to get this transaction done and I remembered a referral by a lady we met months ago at Ramsey Mazda to get in touch with Willy, whom she bought a car from. We met Willy over the weekend and Willy was a gem of person and no nonsense. He found the tan interior we liked in his inventory book and even though we were keen on a red or blue exterior, Willy, opened our eyes to the Sonic Silver color. It was a great call as the color lends itself to the ambient lighting. Negotiations were easy and we were off by $500 so we agreed to meet halfway. Willy throughout was charming, knowledgeable, respectful and funny. We liked his style 100% and my brother and I agreed to go with Willy and Ramsey Mazda. We were paying cash and the price was right so win, win! Thank you Willy! Today was pick up day and Chris the Customer Experience representative went through the bells and whistles of the car including pairing the vehicle. It was a smooth transition to us and he was thorough and detailed in his approach. I was surprised to be handled in such a professional way near post sale. I was thinking Kudos to Ramsey Mazda so far for having two outstanding team members through the buying process. Thank You Chris! After Chris was done with us we went inside to sign documents with Donovan and go over warranties. He was detailed and explained the extended warranties meticulously and answered our myriad of questions fully in black and white terms. Since it is my brother's first car (I am a Jeep guy) we thought it would be best to get coverages for peace of mind on a $60k car. So we maxed out the warranties and Donovan put us at ease in regards to this investment and we were good with it. He really did a great job of positioning the warranties considering things that happen along your car's ownership journey. I have went through some of the mechanical and cosmetic concerns over the years so buying the mechanical and cosmetic warranties was a no brainer - I generally get warranties on my higher end cars. Well done Donovan! That was it! We paid cash for everything and we drove it away. Huge shout out to Willy, Chris, Donovan and the team at Ramsey Mazda for an EXCELLENT buying experience! Superb and well executed ladies and gents! So if you are looking to buy a Mazda and deal with an All-Universe Team of Professionals then this is the place to go! Thank you Willy, Chris and Donovan!

Dear Prestige Lexus Ramsey Management,…read more I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience at your dealership while working with one of your sales representatives. I had visited Prestige Lexus Ramsey with the intention of leasing a Lexus RX for my wife and trading in my current vehicle. I had already received an offer from Carvana and had begun the process of selling my car independently. However, after speaking with your sales representative, I was encouraged to proceed with a trade-in and lease-to-own arrangement for a Lexus RX, which I agreed to in good faith. The situation changed abruptly after my keys were taken and the sales representative spoke with his manager. When he returned to me, his attitude had completely changed. He spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner, telling me that I should "sell my car first and go buy a Nissan instead" and that "Nissan would suit me better with my financial situation." He further implied that I was not suitable for a vehicle like a Lexus. I found these comments extremely unprofessional, offensive, and completely unacceptable. A customer should never be judged or spoken to in such a condescending way based on perceived financial status. I came in with serious intent to purchase a Lexus RX, and I was treated with disrespect instead of professionalism. As a result of this experience, I immediately decided to proceed with selling my car today through Carvana as originally planned. I will still be financing a Lexus RX, but I will be doing so through a different dealership and a more respectful and professional sales representative. I felt it was important to bring this matter to your attention, as no customer should be treated in this manner at a Prestige Lexus dealership. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of your staff accordingly. Sincerely, Fouad

Next, they had time to sell us the leased warranty package, but not mention that we would lose the ability to start our car on frigid mornings from the house after a year. That's a package u have to pay $25/month or buy it from dealer! Next, we brought our car in for routine oil checks, well after the second one, the mechanic must not have tightened the oil cap, and after a week, I had to bring my car to my local mechanic who found an oil leak, and I was down 2 quarts. Prestige, will NEVER right on the repair bill what they found, but only what the customer reported. This oil leak caused numerous blotches of oil in our newly black-topped driveway, which I told them about, and it fell on deaf ears. I have been asking them for reimbursement for the extra oil of $53.30, the 2 Quarts that leaked everywhere, and all over my newly paved driveway. They have rudely ignored my requests for reimbursement and to remedy our ruined driveway. I I WILL never recommend this dealership to anyone! Janet & Hector Rivera

Car bought was in good condition. *5-star rating reserved only for dealers who add only tax and $175 doc fee to advertised price. They also should have changed the oil prior to sale, since it was slightly past due.* First thing people want to know: there is no bait-and-switch or time-wasting. You ask about a car, you'll get to see it and drive it. I purchased a used Acura RDX from them recently, and overall, I would say it was a good experience. The car was cleaned well prior to the test-drive, and they kept the appointment time. They were also accommodating for my arrival time change. The salesman was knowledgeable and attentive. The OTD price was very good. Having said that, the fee for nitro fill ($399, should be $0) and doc ($799, should be $175) is essentially mandatory, and that adds $1023 to the sticker price. For those who don't know, nitro fill is not a value-add (normal free air at Quickchek is 78% nitrogen, as is the air you're breathing right now). The doc fee should really be $175 (reference NY regulations on this fee). In their defense, almost all dealers charge these kind of fees in order to get to the bottom of price sorting searches, so competition pretty much dictates that they need to use these practices, too. I can understand the need to cover overhead, staff, rent, etc at a premium high-income location, but I would prefer that dealers operate like Carvana/Carmax and just build it all into the price, as opposed to tacking this on at the end in order to appear at the low-end of price-sorting on cars.com. ~1 month ownership check: No mechanical or other functional issues have come up. Car running great and as-advertised. I did need to change the oil, as the oil was last changed 1 year ago, and they should have done that prior to sale.

The wait times between the test drive and paperwork signing were minimal, and everyone we interacted with was super friendly and nice to chat with.
