DO NOT GO HERE: my coworker purchased & took her car there for her first oil change which caused damage to her condenser. Ramsey Nissans maintenance dept left a wrench in the car and now they are blaming her for the damage they caused. It's ridiculous that they are holding her responsable to pay $1,175 for their negligence!!!! The guys at Ramsey Auto Group were extremely helpful and professional when I visited them yesterday. They went above and beyond to help fix an urgent problem with our car, and even though it was the end of the day, all the guys pitched in to come up with the best solution. It's rare to see people actually care about their job and the people they encounter, and not just the money, they helped us even without the prospect of a huge profit: Good old fashioned customer service. NO GOOD. for once i don't feel bad about giving a one-star review. they totally ripped my parents off and have been very shady and rude (the salesperson yelled at my sister!). when i spoke to a friend of mine who is in the auto mechanic industry he was shocked that i went there in the first place, telling me there's a saying in the biz, "You never go to Ramsey Auto Group". if you do decide to go, make sure they show you the carfax, but i would just avoid at all costs. read more

My husband and I recently went to Ramsey Chrysler Jeep for my first Jeep. I love my Jeep Patriot and we had such a good experience that my husband went back to trade in his Infiniti for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He left the same day with his new Grand Cherokee, leaving behind his Infiniti. Jeep explained because both Jeep and Infiniti are part of the Ramsey Auto Club they would be purchasing the car from them and he would therefore have NO Responsibility as far as over mileage, excessive wear and tear, or any other hassles of turning in a lease. THREE WEEKS later John, from the dealership called to say that the numbers THE DEALER provided in our contract were inaccurate and WE need to come up with an additional $7000 to pay off the lease on the Infiniti that was left with Jeep. We continued to be harassed by phone calls from John for the next week or so before we got our lawyer involved based on the premise that a legally binding contract was agreed upon and singed by both parties. We have at this point STILL not received any response from Ramsey Chrysler Jeep OR their legal department (it has been over 3 weeks since the letter was received by the intended parties!!). In the meantime our credit report has begun to suffer because the Infiniti RAMSEY JEEP AGREED to pay off is over 60 days past due on payments. I am appalled at the lack of service, lack of concern and complete disregard for their customers that this dealership (Especially Management) has shown!!! Both my husband and I love our Jeeps and will continue to drive Jeeps from here on out, but I will NEVER return to this dealership, nor would I recommend them to anyone! read more

What were we thinking when we went to the Ramsey auto group to purchase a used car? The listing seemed like a great deal and the price was reasonable. However, there were sick crazy fees to purchase a used car that was not fit to be driven on the highway. When we took a test drive there was such shaking in the front end that the salesman commented his surprise. So for $499 prep fee to have the luxury to purchase from Ramsey auto group they didn't drive the car??? Yes a fee on top of the sale price to own a used car. No thank you, we walked out not to return and hope you don't even consider any vehicle for a fee that any other dealership doesn't charge. Incredible they are in business. read more

Bait and switch. Avoid like the plague. Spoke to a salesperson who actually texted me the agreed upon deal. Walked in, got to the finance table and all of a sudden there was a miscommunication (even though I had the text proof of our original agreement). Additionally income was changed on finance application and when we pointed the error out, were told we were already approved and they didn't ask for pay stubs so it worked out better. read more

Customer experience after the sale is horrible. They pitch during the sales process that their service department maintains a fleet of loaner cars however when you need one they don't have even if your new Grand Cherokee is in for 5 days to find a severe water leak( my jeep has been in twice for same issue Google Jeep water leaks ). Staff was average at best - they sound frustrated - and I had to keep calling to get updates. Requested a courtesy pick up- 5 miles from dealership - you thought I was asking Nancy Pelosi if she had another face lift! Please reconsider supporting this dealership! read more

Despite the bad reviews, I had a very positive experience at this dealership. I got a great car at the price I wanted to pay for it. I strongly feel that my good experience was facilitated by salesman Mike Mangano. Mike was knowledgeable, patient and fair. I really felt like he was working for me to get a good deal. He treated me with respect and valued my knowledge. As a female auto shopper, I have not always found this to be the case, so Mike really impressed me. If you want a salesman who will listen to you instead of lecture you, then Mike is your guy! read more

The General Sales Manager, James Turner, and his team have shown a level of humanity, compassion and kindness I haven't seen in a while. They all came to the rescue of my friend and I when my tire blew up in the middle of the NJ highway. They stayed well beyond their working hours and did everything in their power to help us get back on our feet! If this is the commitment they give in helping a random stranger, I cannot even imagine what they would be willing to do for their customers. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!! They are deceptive in their selling practices. They made a deal with us but left out that we would be charged another 700.00 dollars from our leasing company. The upper management, Frank Minervini was condescending, patronizing rude and manipulative in trying to resolve the dealership's error. They refused to take any responsibility for the charges after assuring us that they would match another dealership who had included all of the leasing charges. I would not use this dealership to purchase your car. We also go no support from Chrysler in dealing with the deceptive practices of this dealership... read more

sucks, i went to see a car on sunday, checked it out. called on monday they said come we will have the car ready for you. when i when the wheels were not the same. not the ones that belong on the car, aluminum molding missing from the interior. they said someone stole the wheels and broke in the car and took the trimming from the interior but no signs of break in. AVOID! read more
