Zero stars! Horrible service! I am always one to give positive reviews and leave 5 stars, and this is my very first time ever, leaving a 1 star review. Highly disappointed in the service we received last night Saturday June 20, 2026. We were at the beach yesterday and were hungry and remembered there was a restaurant right on the beach so I quickly checked the hours on the website verified they didn't close till 2000 (8pm) and myself and three others ran up to window at 1845 (6:45pm) hoping to order some food cause we were all hungry only to be turned away cuz the kitchen supposedly "closed" and they were only serving alcohol at that time. I found it to be odd they were closed 15 minutes before 1900 (7pm) We were later told they didn't have any customers for 30 minutes which explains why they closed out the kitchen earlier. I wonder how many people they've turned down that came before closing time to order food but because their staff is lazy and didn't want to do their job and close the kitchen early? You in turn, are losing business. You definitely lost my business and my family/friends will never eat / drink here. We clearly came way before the closing time and the kitchen should be open as according to the website! Moral of the story, if someone walks up to your window and wants to order food during the hours you are open, make the food for them! read more

Chorizo Burrito, not sure how you manage to get it wrong, but this is not the way to make a chorizo burrito. They literally put frenchjh fries, scrambled eggs, and chorizo in a burrito. I am speaking about the Ramones at MCAS CPEN. These guys are lucky they are the closest food source next to the hangars. I hate Ramones because of the subpar food they serve. They serve "authentic" Mexican food by using packaged chicken/pork chunks. Aren't carnitas suppose to be shredded pork? How come they serve salsa out of a bottle that taste like sh@t? The "chipotle" sauce is some thick pink substance. I never heard of a Mexican joint that don't make fresh salsa...wtf... There are big and filling. Also fast. They are made to order so they are fresh. They have bench seating close and hot sauce outside. Now I have gone there recently and the last few times I have been disappointed the prices have gone up but the quality down smaller burritos. This place could be so much better, the burritos are pretty much completely filled with meat. If that's your thing, then you'll love it but I like a combination of flavors in my burrito. The carnitas burrito was better than the carne asada, it was less dry and more flavorful. Carne asada was a giant burrito filled with dry, chewy chunks of beef. I eat here quite often because it's the only thing to eat here at wounded warrior BN. That is until I watched them make my food.The guy making it was flicking things into my food. The first time I ever went to ramones the burritos were served in a much larger portion. Now I still like ramones but every time I get an Arizona or California, it ends up being soggy or really really oily. But you can't beat the price for a cooked and warm burrito when hunger strikes! The burrito was huge. All the ingredients were fresh, but the ground beef was lacking something either salt or sauce not really sure. But overall it was good. This wasn't the standard wet burrito covered in cheese and sauce, that I'm used to. It was authentic Mexican style not American style. I think my palette has been tainted, in a negative way, over the years eating american-mexician food. The cheese they used was the queso blanco which sets it apart from other places that use cheddar jack cheese. The tacos were good and I'm glad I got some hot salsa to pour on top. Again, the tortillas had to be homemade. They just had a fresher taste that I am used to. I got the rice because you can tell a lot about a place when it comes to rice. My husband and I stopped there when at the beach and both ordered the Arizona burrito which is chicken, fries, and sour cream. When we sat down to eat we realized that one of the burritos was a steak and chicken combo burrito. Whatever, we were hungry after a day at the beach and decided to just eat what we were given. However, both of us wound up with cartilage in our burritos from the chicken not even a quarter of the way into our meal. My husband tossed the cartilage and kept eating, I however wound up digging out every piece of chicken in my burrito before continuing to eat. So in the end I paid $5.50 for a fries and sour cream burrito. Next time we will be skipping this place and will just bring our own lunch. read more

Said he was going to send me options and pricing and a mock contract. Its now August and I frequently try to get a hold of him and he has never once returned a call or email.
