I first called Ro on Fri & he said he'll be out Monday for quote. I mentioned it was starting to get long so could he just cut same day and he said he would Wednesday. He never came by end of day Monday so I called him. He apologized and said he would definitely be there Tuesday. Well still no response so I assume further efforts are futile. It's best to not accept a new client if you cannot, totally acceptable to me. But don't waste my time & efforts when I could have had someone else hired and my lawn serviced by now.

He also edged everything nicely and made sure all excess grass was blown off of the driveway and off the street. Thanks again!! We will definitely use Ro again if we need him in the future!

We contacted Lance through another service locator and had him come out…read more First it was to work on the grading in our back yard and fix the french drain after Harvey. He did that in a weekend. Great job. Next we had a tree in the front that had been hit and split by lightning about 20 years ago. It was becoming a hazard, so we decided to take it down before it fell on our home. I called Lance again. He was ready to work and while he was trimming the trees on the side of the house, he discovered they were rotten from carpenter ants. So they had to come down. He wanted to plant magnolia trees, but I am not a flower kind of girl. So we planted red maples. He redid our plant beds in the front and planted some boxwood bushes. Then they mulched and put flagstones all around. He had a subcontractor come out to grind the stumps. The house looks naked without the huge trees, but it is for the best. We are very happy. Wasn't cheap, but now we won't have trees fall on our house, fence, or power lines. He was reasonably priced.

All anyone really needs to know is that if they were to look up "integrity" in the dictionary, they would see Solano Services illustrated with the definitions. But seriously, we have hired John and his team numerous times over the past few years and they have always done exactly what they promised in an efficient and uber-friendly manner. This company has done everything from hauling away old appliances to constructing a rock driveway for us. They are experts at trimming up trees, removing dead trees, landscaping, flood mitigation and pretty much anything else you throw their way. Most recently, John and his team helped prepare our rental property for sale. -- There have been a couple of times that we've called John about projects that weren't his specialty, including a couple of projects that would have paid significantly, and he responded accordingly. How cool is that when a company declines a job that's beyond their scope but gives you a couple of recommendations?!? Bottom line: John and his crew have the keys to our homes and our complete trust that they will perform quality work. I have John on speed dial, and I suspect that I'm not the only one.
