He never came by end of day Monday so I called him. He apologized and said he would definitely be there Tuesday. Well still no response so I assume further efforts are futile. It's best to not accept a new client if you cannot, totally acceptable to me. But don't waste my time & efforts when I could have had someone else hired and my lawn serviced by now.

I asked about it and cancelled my service. This is the VERY unprofessional response I got when I told them I was going to get another company: "Great for you, but that's not the way we work. I hope everything goes fantastic with them!! Have a great weekend!!" Do yourself a favor and go with someone else...my small yard is NOT worth $50 per mow. I'm also attaching the screenshots of me saying I'll pay the final invoice and me asking to move to bi-weekly with no mention of a price increase.
