He and his crew came out on a Saturday morning to get the dirtwork done before the heavy rains hit which we really appreciated as I know our horse did. He did not fulfill a promise to return to power wash some cemented areas. I decided to reach out to Eli to resolve this issue, along with some other issues I had with his craftsmanship. He did offer to pay the $50 to get the power washing done, but made sure I knew he never said the power washing would be free. But he also never said upfront about it costing extra money. Aside from the power washing, please look at the photos to see that there are gaps in the fence work and two of the fence pickets he used are not up to standard - they don't even reach the base board! The picket closest to the side of the house is not even a full piece of wood! This is disappointing bc I am not an unkind person and do believe in giving grace, especially during this pandemic. However, it is NEVER okay as a business owner to ignore clients. He left me on "read" via text and only responded when I told him I no longer needed him to come fix HIS SLOPPY WORK. All he had to say was, "OK". Very different guy from before I paid him.

Daniel with D&J Tree Service was the first to respond and he was able to give me a very competitive proposal. Since the branches were already falling on occasion, Daniel and his crew removed them the same day. I also had a second tree of my neighbors that was over my fence and rubbing my house. D&J removed these encroaching limbs. I had D&J remove one small palm tree on my property that was leaning so far over that it was going to fall over soon. D&J cleaned up and hauled off all limbs and debris from my yard and my neighbors yard. It was a fantastic experience. We've made plans for D&J to perform some future lawn work.

Work done Huge over hanging oak tree pruned with just the canapy of foliage left ( exactly what I wanted). Crape Myrtle pruned and cut short to my liking Jasmine Corkscrew Willow was over grown in hanging over 2 of my neighbors fence. Tree pruned with just the canapy foliage left ( tree is now straight up with no encroachment into neighbors property) All of my flower beds dug up and reworked with weed blockment and weed boarders.
