We made a visit on the 1st day and arrived right when they opened at 11:30 AM. Parking is available but it is in a lot with other businesses. However, it was busy at the time. I was lucky to grab one of the last few spots. It was even busier by noon. There are seating both inside and a little patio on the side of the store. We sat inside because it was hot that day and they were blasting the A/C. Restroom is available but will need a key. We took a look at the menu beforehand so I ordered right away. It only took a few minutes for it to be ready. There is a little water station available near their counter. Despite having a lot of sweet options, we came here for the savory options. The spicy tuna salad avocado and avocado egg salad croffles were our orders. The tuna one was honestly not that spicy but definitely hits the savory craving. The egg one leans on the sweeter side. Both of these were really good and were a good balance of flavor profiles together. Highly recommend both! Sweet Mong is easily a store I'd come back to try other dishes.

It was good but it was burnt. I was not a fan of it and I love butter mochi. I enjoyed the fish bread with red bean. It was delicious. :) Overall, great and clean spot. Stop by and give them a visit.

From the moment you walk in, it's giving soft, whimsical, almost too-pretty-to-eat energy--but trust me, you should eat everything. The cakes are impossibly light with that signature Japanese-style balance where sweetness never overpowers, just quietly lingers in the best way. What really stood out to me is how much restraint and craftsmanship goes into these desserts. Nothing is overdone, nothing feels gimmicky--it's just clean flavors, airy textures, and a level of detail that shows real skill. In a city full of over-the-top desserts, this place keeps it refined--and that's exactly why it stands out. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the entire case. Great service and ambience as well. I'll be returning v soon !

They also offer other sweets too such as creme brulee, mini cakes, and milk tea. The double fromage cheesecake was very light and not too sweet. I got the 4" for $21, and thought that was a bit pricey for the size of cheesecake I got. I've also had the oreo cake and that was good as well. I also tried the barley milk tea with full sweetness. Includes tapioca balls. I like that this milk tea with full sweetness was perfectly sweet. No need for adjustments.

But once you find the beautiful, ornate wooden door and step inside, you're transported into a charming little wonderland. The interior is unlike any other café in Las Vegas, with a greenhouse feel, small trees, unique décor, and plenty of cozy spaces to relax. The atmosphere is airy, whimsical, and fun. My favorite drink is the Iced Butterfly Latte, a delicious banana-flavored latte that's both unique and refreshing. I've also ordered the Berry Ricotta Brioche several times, and it's always amazing. The menu offers a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. Pro tip: Find a table before ordering! This place gets very busy, and seating fills up quickly. If you're with friends or family, have someone save a table while the others order. Overall, Gäbi is one of my favorite cafés in Las Vegas, and I continue to bring friends and family whenever I get the chance. Between the delicious food and drinks, the beautiful atmosphere, and the hidden speakeasy vibe, it's truly one of the most unique café experiences in town.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. Unfortunately, today's experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, and three cakes. The food was served without any fork or knife. When I asked about it, there was simply no effort to provide basic service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The staff still said no. That response honestly made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was that I had my service dog with me. From the moment I walked in to place my order, I could already feel that the staff member was unhappy and dismissive. I truly hope that wasn't the reason for the way I was treated, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many of my friends have said the same thing: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People come because the products are great, not because they're treated well. Sadly, it feels like there's no hospitality--only attitude. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, back when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, and it's honestly disappointing to see the customer experience decline. Ordering now feels like talking to a robot who simply doesn't care. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew his customers were being treated this way by his staff. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But today's experience was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be said. Yes, Suzuya makes fantastic cakes--but great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel appreciated, not dismissed.
