First off, a huge thank you to Brandon -- an incredible manager who truly sets the tone. Because of you, I'm 100% a long-term customer. I also want to recognize Fiona and Noah -- you both go above and beyond every single time I come in. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares, but you guys make me feel like family. The fact that you know me by name and always find new ways to exceed my expectations really means a lot. This is what great customer service looks like. I hope corporate sees this because this team deserves recognition. Thank you again -- I'll definitely be a customer for the long run.

The cheapest (bronze) is $10, so I thought I would purchase the unlimited $19.99 a month to justify paying that much since where I usually go only charges $5-6. I had to repeat myself to the employee, and I'm pretty sure he heard wrong because I was charged $13 and still received just the basic service. So, I was of course disappointed. Also, he had to take my smartwatch since their tap-to-pay device can't leave their building...they should just have a kiosk where we can pay from our car like every other place to save money because that was lousy service. Towards the end of the tunnel, I noticed all this black grime built up on the walls...like do they ever get that cleaned? That can't be good to have. After my most recent wash, there were still visible dirty areas left behind around the lower panels, wheel well area, and rocker panel area. I also found remaining spots on the paint afterward, including tar residue and bird dropping residue that should have been addressed during the wash. I understand that no car wash will be perfect every time, but when paying for a hand wash, I expect the obvious exterior areas to be checked before the vehicle is returned. The lower panels and splash zones are exactly where dirt builds up, and those areas seemed rushed or overlooked. The staff has been fine, but the final result has not matched what I would expect from a paid hand wash. At this point, I'll likely look elsewhere or use a professional detailer for exterior care because I'm trying to protect the paint on a newer vehicle.

While I was entering the wash, an employee (identified as Oli) was manually scrubbing the rear of my vehicle and accidentally knocked off the antenna cover of my car. I understand businesses often have disclaimers regarding damage caused by car wash machinery; however, this damage was not caused by the machine itself. It occurred as a direct result of an employee's actions before the wash even began. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly because the replacement part is expensive, and I believe businesses should take accountability when employee-related damage occurs. I am hoping management will contact me promptly so we can reach a fair resolution. I will gladly update this review once the issue is addressed.
