I just needed a quick car wash and didn't feel like driving all the Buena Park to my usual touch-less, automated car wash spot. The one closest to me wasn't open until 8 AM, and the other one was a self-service, so this was the closest one that fit my needs at the time. The cheapest (bronze) is $10, so I thought I would purchase the unlimited $19.99 a month to justify paying that much since where I usually go only charges $5-6. I had to repeat myself to the employee, and I'm pretty sure he heard wrong because I was charged $13 and still received just the basic service. So, I was of course disappointed. Also, he had to take my smartwatch since their tap-to-pay device can't leave their building...they should just have a kiosk where we can pay from our car like every other place to save money because that was lousy service. Towards the end of the tunnel, I noticed all this black grime built up on the walls...like do they ever get that cleaned? That can't be good to have. Really bad young tattoo guy with red lips tattoo on neck in the frontline, not giving any kind of direction if my car was set the rightway. As my car started moving it was tilted to the right, he then started yelling and of course my windows were closed and couldn't hear what he was saying. He seemed to be in a bad mood. I rolled my back side window, did as he told me to, but now my daughter's car is making some strange noise in the bottom. You go inside the drive thru car wash & get it scrubbed by machines, then you dry it off yourself & vacuum the inside of your car. Fast, easy simple & quick. Hubby brought his own drying cloths. Stained my Car, Poor Management, Great Staff I've been coming here for a while with no issues, but recently I noticed chemical stains on my car after washes. Yesterday, the right side of my car was covered in splotches that wouldn't come off with water. Thankfully, the workers on-site were helpful and even upgraded my wash. The real problem came when I called the manager. She was rude, dismissive, and blamed a sprinkler (which I don't park near), then repeatedly told me to "just fill out a form." Something changed here. This wash used to be five stars. It did a terrific job on my car and removed the dirt and grime and dried everything well. I purchased the platinum wash today and after the wash, my car was very dirty and still wet. The worker suggested I run the car through the wash again and shrugged his shoulders. The front bumper, windshield, hood, back, rear window, trunk and rear bumper were still wet and the dirt and grime was not removed. I have a black car so my attempts to wipe off the dirt only made it worse with streaks and subtle scratches. From where I live, there are two "Express" car washes somewhat close (15 min drive). One in Pico Rivera and one in Montebello. After reading the reviews, we decided to try the one in Pico Rivera, however, when we got there, the line was down the street (about 12-15 cars). We decided to drive by Fast5Xpress to see if the line was shorter. When we got arrived, there were about 5 cars ahead of us from the street, BUT there was a second line coming from inside the car wash and I couldn't see how many cars were in that line. Once we got closer to the entrance, we could see the left hand lane (CASH only) line was longer than the right hand lane (Members/Credit). I wanted to go in the right side but the owner of the car wanted to be safe and go to the left, so we waited an extra 5 minutes in line. The car wash itself was typical automatic car wash. It did a decent job of cleaning and drying the car. We didn't dry the car further once we went through the automatic wash. Where we parked to dry the car, the vacuum that I used didn't have much suction (as compared to an express car wash in La Habra), so it took longer to vacuum the floor mats and around the seats and car seat.
