You go inside the drive thru car wash & get it scrubbed by machines, then you dry it off yourself & vacuum the inside of your car. Fast, easy simple & quick. Hubby brought his own drying cloths. Customer service was very rude. The bald guy inside the car wash was rude, got bother because we entered the car wash. I mean if people don't want to work with customers they shouldn't work here. Stained my Car, Poor Management, Great Staff I've been coming here for a while with no issues, but recently I noticed chemical stains on my car after washes. Yesterday, the right side of my car was covered in splotches that wouldn't come off with water. Thankfully, the workers on-site were helpful and even upgraded my wash. The real problem came when I called the manager. She was rude, dismissive, and blamed a sprinkler (which I don't park near), then repeatedly told me to "just fill out a form." Manager, Jeanette Pacheco was extemely unprofessional and rude. Went to purchase new membership and she refused to hand over new sticker until I cleaned the residue from the old sticker. She clearly saw me take off my old sticker yet she claimed it was policy to see put the new one on. If they provided a cleaner to remove old glue it would have been fine. Something changed here. This wash used to be five stars. It did a terrific job on my car and removed the dirt and grime and dried everything well. I purchased the platinum wash today and after the wash, my car was very dirty and still wet. The worker suggested I run the car through the wash again and shrugged his shoulders. The front bumper, windshield, hood, back, rear window, trunk and rear bumper were still wet and the dirt and grime was not removed. I have a black car so my attempts to wipe off the dirt only made it worse with streaks and subtle scratches. Needless to say, I will not be coming back and if anyone wants my five receipts for $8.00 platinum wash, send me a message and I will send them to you for free. read more

Came in for a wash today and it appears more than half of the vacuums are down. Expect a bit longer wait to get your car vacuumed after the wash. Saw many people upset after their wash and just leaving. This was around 8am so my guess people getting a quick wash before work. From where I live, there are two "Express" car washes somewhat close (15 min drive). One in Pico Rivera and one in Montebello. After reading the reviews, we decided to try the one in Pico Rivera, however, when we got there, the line was down the street (about 12-15 cars). We decided to drive by Fast5Xpress to see if the line was shorter. When we got arrived, there were about 5 cars ahead of us from the street, BUT there was a second line coming from inside the car wash and I couldn't see how many cars were in that line. Once we got closer to the entrance, we could see the left hand lane (CASH only) line was longer than the right hand lane (Members/Credit). I wanted to go in the right side but the owner of the car wanted to be safe and go to the left, so we waited an extra 5 minutes in line. The car wash itself was typical automatic car wash. It did a decent job of cleaning and drying the car. We didn't dry the car further once we went through the automatic wash. Where we parked to dry the car, the vacuum that I used didn't have much suction (as compared to an express car wash in La Habra), so it took longer to vacuum the floor mats and around the seats and car seat. Couple weeks ago went for quick wash & really to use the free vacuums since I didn't feel like washing the Expedition myself and dragging out from the house the vacuum cleaner. Employees are very friendly and accommodating. Car was terribly dirty before the wash. After going through I noticed it wasn't clean. Left dirty spots and didn't wash off the finger and hand prints the mechanics left after they just changed brakes & tires LOL. Also a center strip of about 3-4' from front bumper to rear tailgate was still dirty as if their roller wasn't working. An employee was walking by so I asked him and pointed out the car was still dirty. He said I could have a rewash and let them know I wanted to have the center roller on for the wash. Did the rewash. Car cleaner. Wasn't expecting results like from a $40 hand wash, but happy with the results and the price was only $13 for the Silver Wash (I think). 5 stars for employees and 3 stars for quality of wash. read more

I've been coming to this location for a couple years now since I moved to the area. There is usually an issue (gate doesn't work, vacuums out of service, staff can't tell customers to keep their time limits during vacuuming so a line will build up waiting for a spot to open). Even worse-the prices have gone up so much. Today, it all made sense. Poor management. When I approached the stop sign to enter the washing tunnel, no staff was present. I saw the car before me enter into the wash, so I inched forward to see if anyone was on the side (where I couldn't see). As I was inching forward, some heavy set male worker came out with his hands up (like he wanted to fight) rather than putting one palm up (like the universal signal for stop). After waiting for several minutes for a spot to open to vacuum my car ( 4 spots had no vacuums at all and 1 spot was occupied by the company car) I parked and spoke to the worker who identified himself as Brandon Lopez, the manager, who couldn't even give a proper introduction and began to tell me "you were driving forward"( which is absolutely untrue since he wasn't even at his station working, then began to argue and insisted he wasn't confrontational ( WHILE he's arguing with me). I told him I was inching forward to see if anyone was working,since the car before me pulled forward. He kept repeating that I was going to drive forward and that he wasn't being confrontational, and of course was unapologetic. Coming across a manager who is rude, unprofessional, and lacks any sense on top of a facility that has malfunting/absent equipment and is overpriced just makes it easier to take my business elsewhere.
