Safe to say, Xpress car wash does not make me feel like I'm heading on an edge! The payment process is easy, you just slide your shiny little card in and it'll give you the green light to go! As you drive in, I've notice that the drop down scrubbers really gave my car a good scrub! Soap and bubbles all over my car, just went she needs it most, mind you this is all from the bronze option! At the end of the wash, the dryers were BLOWs! Just what she needed to dry off, just like how I blow dry my hair after my shower haha. I understand that no car wash will be perfect every time, but when paying for a hand wash, I expect the obvious exterior areas to be checked before the vehicle is returned. The lower panels and splash zones are exactly where dirt builds up, and those areas seemed rushed or overlooked. The staff has been fine, but the final result has not matched what I would expect from a paid hand wash. At this point, I'll likely look elsewhere or use a professional detailer for exterior care because I'm trying to protect the paint on a newer vehicle.

I visited this car wash on May 29, 2026, at approximately 1:40 PM. While I was entering the wash, an employee (identified as Oli) was manually scrubbing the rear of my vehicle and accidentally knocked off the antenna cover of my car. I understand businesses often have disclaimers regarding damage caused by car wash machinery; however, this damage was not caused by the machine itself. It occurred as a direct result of an employee's actions before the wash even began. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly because the replacement part is expensive, and I believe businesses should take accountability when employee-related damage occurs. I am hoping management will contact me promptly so we can reach a fair resolution. I will gladly update this review once the issue is addressed.
