We have visited other Ramen Lab Eatery locations through PBC and were excited to see one open just down the street from us in Boynton Beach! We dined on a Friday night, with no wait time, and sat outside (it has finally cooled off a bit to enjoy the evening on the patio). Our waitress was attentive and patient, offering recommendations and suggestions so we could try new menu items. They have happy hour from 3-7 pm daily, which includes appetizer and entree items. We decided to go with the beef bulgogi and Japanese katsu curry with rice. Both were excellent! Large portions, nice presentation and great flavor. We'll be back soon! read more

This location is currently doing soft openings all week until their Grand Opening on Thursday, November 14th! I am so darn excited that Boynton now has their own Ramen Lab! This place is the absolute best. The location itself is perfect, and they did a wonderful job renovating the space. It is open and there is plenty of seating both indoors and outside. The menu here seemed to be more extensive than the other ones we have visited. The service was great, even with the servers learning the ropes of the new spot. We were greeted, seated, and ordered so quickly. The food came out efficiently and tasted perfect! I will 100% be visiting this location multiple times and can't wait to come back! Simple modern esthetic for the restaurant with touches of Asian pop culture through out. We've been to the Delray location a few times and this a more intimate setting. Menu is the same as other location and the food was phenomenal! We had the pork ssteamed gyoza and kimchi fries (and absolutely must have) to start with. I'm so glad Ramen Lab is now near me. The ambience is nice with available outside seatings. Unlike the other Ramen Lab locations, this one is a sit down restaurant. By far, this is the best ramen place in the area. The Boba drinks were also good with dairy free substitute available. read more

This spot opened up fairly recently. We've gone to the Delray location plenty of times. This place is beautiful, very light and inviting. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. We chose to sit outside because the weather was so nice. We were greeted quickly and the server gave us time to look through the menu. Once we ordered appetizers and the meal, we did not have to wait super long for the food. The gyoza came out first. It was delicious and light. However, they were room temperature and not hot which is my preference. The nanban chicken was a small portion for the price, and the flavor was not as good as the ones we've had at the Delray location. The ramen was really great though! We have been to the one in Delray Beach, but now they opened a new location in Boynton Beach, in the same area Lemongrass used to be before they moved to the opposite side of the plaza. Food and service is top notch. So far I have tried the Shoyu Ramen and the 5 Spice Duck Ramen, both very good, but the 5 Spice Duck Ramen is my ultimate favorite, sooo yummy. The pork belly burnt ends appetizer is amazing, may need 2 x orders because they are addictive. They have a great Happy Hour menu with many food and drink choices, very good pricing that you can't beat. My wife and I will be here a lot to take advantage of Happy Hour . The kids also love the food, so it's a win/win for us. If you're in the mood for ramen, this is a go to spot for sure. They also serve boba tea and other refreshing drinks which you do have the option to spike the drinks with alcohol ... nice added treat. The restaurant itself is very cozy, great lighting, nice modern decor and a very cool bar area that is split between the alcohol and the boba tea drinks. Flavor is great however $21 for 3 shrimp with broth and noodles is definitely not worth the uncharged co.pared to their other ramen there. I'm not one to leave reviews. Ever. But when you're kindly asked to as a repeat customer, it's hard not to. The food is fantastic(and if it's not, they'll fix it right away), the vibe is nice but of the staff I've experienced, Bridget is a fantastic waitress. Every experience and conversation with her has always felt genuine. Sometimes, you get someone where you can tell they aren't the same person outside of work and she doesn't exude that at all. I'm always stoked to have her as my waitress and love that, with repeat visits, there is a kindness to her that's easy to notice. She'll go out of her way to at the very least say "hi" when busy, and take interest in how things are when she's not. Would recommend again and I have. read more
