Mango Milk Tea
M Jarrett R.

Attended a YELP invite event last night and had never been to this establishment before. Located in a strip center in West Boca it was casual but Nicely decorated. We were promptly seated at a four top near the window. To start I ordered a Mango Boba tea. It was nicely flavored and tasted of fresh mango, probably from the mango nectar used in preparation. My only thought was that it had too much ice in the plastic cup. There were so many other interesting drink choices that I have to return just to try them some of them. For an appetizer, we ordered two things. Shrimp shumai and an order of spring rolls. The shrimp dish was just ok while the Spring roll had 6 small bit sized pieces which reminded me of Asian Frozen Food brand BiBiGo offerings. It was fine. Nice presentation though. Our Entrees were a large portion of Ramen Noodles, carrots, diced Chicken & broth. Tasty & Filing. The Bao Buns made of Pork Belly was warm, soft and flavorful. Overall a nice fun experience with good food at very fair prices. Both were tasty and value priced.

We came for their Vinyl & Ramen with The Suede Suite night. The lychee martinees were great and the music was good. My friends ordered all the Bao Buns. They liked the chicken bun the best. We tried two kinds of ramen and liked the tonkatsu broth best. The cheesecake was big enough to share. Our server was great - no complaints about our complicated order.

Excellent ramen spot! The spicy kimchi fries were absolutely delicious and a must-try. I was really happy to see they offer a vegan ramen option, which tasted great. I asked for extra hot chili oil to make it spicier, and it took the flavor to the next level. The service was prompt and friendly. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to!

First time ever trying Ramen Lab and everything was pretty good. Sadly, I can't say anything was great so only 4 stars instead of 5... We got seated and server came over to see us right away. We started with drinks, a passion fruit tea with black boba for the lovely Spensyr, while I tried their malted ovaltine with coconut jelly, both were good but neither was especially cold. Tasted like room temp drinks poured over ice. Appetizers were spicy cauliflower and pork burnt ends. The cauliflower was very good, but the burnt ends were barely seasoned and sitting in a watery tasteless sauce that tasted nothing like Nanban. For entrees we got the kimchee and fried chicken ramen, super tasty but no spice, and Udon Carbonara which was overcooked and devoid of anything resembling flavor. Unfortunately, we had to ask for some spice as nothing we got was seasoned. Most of the food was definitely tasty, and we'd considering going back but we'll be trying something different next time around.

Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was great! The ambience was fun and everything was clean.

Chicken gyoza was perfectly crispy and juicy with a flavorful dipping sauce. Strawberry boba was refreshing, sweet, and perfectly chewy. Ramen Lab is a must visit. megan was so helpful and sweet she recommended a new drink for me to try next time! love it here

Pretty impressed with my first visit to Boynton's Ramen Lab. The interior designer needs their praise. Absolutely gorgeous. Big 360 from their previous interior in here when it was Lemongrass. We came during a weekday lunch. Ordered the wok charred edamame and agedashi tofu. Both items I would order again 100%. Delicious and couldn't stop eating bite after bite. For my main entree, I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen as is with an extra egg. Great portion. Great flavor. I enjoyed the price point as well. Would definitely come back soon.

Pork gyoza

I ordered my food to go, so I cannot comment on the service. I ordered the pork Gyoza. They did have a lot of pork in them, but only six come per order. The miso ramen was good, but I paid extra for the pork belly and as you see in the picture, it's just one piece of pork so for the price it's not worth it at all. You could get the ground chicken for free and you get more meat than I did with the pork.. the Bao buns were also not worth it In my opinion I paid extra for the pork belly and that as well and as you can see in that picture, there's one tiny little piece and there's just really nothing to them. Very basic mostly bread and definitely not worth the price. I've had way better . Ramen has a good flavor so I'm still giving force stars, but just stick to the Ramen

Been a fan of the Delray spot for years, so I was excited to see this new location in Boynton. The food is always great, high quality & delicious. Boa buns are amazing, and the udon & ramen are fantastic. The real star is the service. Bridget is attentive, friendly & never misses a beat. Quick to refill drinks & overall just awesome. Definitely a gem with a great vibe inside. Comfortable & great decor. A+

Our first time at Ramen Lab Eatery and it was delicious! Our waitress Jam was super sweet and gave us great input. Louis the Owner was very helpful with his recommendations and super kind by checking up on us after our meals. Will be back for sure.

More like 4 1/2 stars. We had a delicious lunch here with very good service. We have been to their other locations in Boca and Delray. And have enjoyed our meals there. We were excited to hear about this newest location in Boynton Beach. Luckily, the food and ambiance here were equally as appealing. The decor is charming with cute little statues of cats and mice etc. There is a whole section with flowers over the bar ceiling. Lots of anime cartoons, too appear in various locations -- including the ladies room.. There's seating on an outside area, but we chose to dine inside. We started by sharing an appetizer of Korean ribs. They were tender and meaty and had a good flavor. The added fried shallots gave it a bit of texture. The ribs would have been even better if they were a tad crispier. Then we shared one of our go to ramen bowls -- their duck ramen. I am very happy to report that this was as good as I remembered. The broth had a fantastic flavor -- good enough on its own even -- plus the duck meat, bean sprouts, bok choy, and ramen noodles made it a perfect meal. As I said, we enjoyed our visit here. I hope we come back sooner rather than later.

Spensyr K.

I have been going to the Ramen Lab location in Delray for years. It's a real treat to have this Boynton location closer to home. The vibe inside is very cool, and the food and service are still consistently great! I did notice the menu is getting larger so I was encouraged this last visit to order something other than the standard Red Curry Ramen that I usually get (because it is amazing and cannot be beaten in my book). The kimchi ramen and carbonara udon were good, as was the cauliflower and the pork belly apps...and I am glad I tried them all but I'd get the Red Curry Ramen again next time (it's just that good...change my mind)!

Over priced and not enough food. It's a great place if you like expensive snacks. If you're hungry this is not the spot.

I have been wanting to try this spot for a while so I'm glad we took a walk over from the gallery. The inside is pretty tight quarters, but for me that adds to the experience. Food and service were amazing! I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen (my all-time fave) with medium spice & a Sapporo beer. The broth was perfect, the Chashu pork was tender and they give you the perfect amount of noodles with the option to add more, of course. We ordered: - Oxtail Ramen which was very unique and tasty (we picked medium seasoning). Added bokchoy. Will order again. - Tonkotsu Ramen with added enoki. Not as creamy as I'm use to but you can tell all the ingredients are very fresh. For such a rich dish, I didn't feel heavy later on that night. We usually order extra ramen but didn't have to. The proportions were spot on and enough for a hearty meal. Total tab was around $65 after tip and tax. We came in around 7pm - no wait - and within 30 mins the whole place filled up.

We started with Peach Soju, which was light, slightly sweet, very refreshing. The Kimchi Pancake was a great appetizer: crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with that tangy, slightly spicy kimchi flavor that makes it so addictive. For mains, the Beef Bibimbap was great especially during a cooler night. It's a rice bowl served on a sizzling bowl, topped with seasoned beef, vegetables, and egg, and once you mix everything together, you get a perfect balance of savory, spicy, and comforting flavors in every bite. The Soon Tofu Jigae came out hot and bubbling. It is a rich, warming stew made with soft silken tofu and a flavorful broth that's slightly spicy and incredibly comforting. We also ordered the Korean Steamed Egg, which was light, fluffy, and almost custard like. The Chicken Katsu rounded everything out nicely with a crispy breaded exterior and juicy chicken inside, served with a classic sweet-savory sauce. Banchan was included with the meal, which is always a plus. For anyone unfamiliar, banchan are traditional Korean side dishes (like seasoned or pickled vegetables) served with your food to be shared and enjoyed throughout the meal. We were also allowed to order different assorted sushi pieces from Chef Taka who was kind enough to prepare 3 pieces of each fish to accommodate 3 people. It was money well spent for the quantity and quality of Uni and A5 Wagyu as well as other fresh and high quality sushi pieces. My fiancee and my mom who was visiting us from Korea were a huge fan of Uni (Sea Urchin) and their cravings were more than satisfied! We also had their Korean Steamed Egg which was perfectly seasoned and their Yukgaejang, which was served boiling hot and taste out of this world! Yum! Our server was TK today and he was amazing, attentive, and witty. He kept on checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed, was very polite, and kept us laughing with his witty remarks each time he came by our table. Thank you TK for such a wonderful and extraordinary dining experience! This restaurant is under new ownership and management as of 1 year ago. Although I haven't been to this place while it was under old ownership and management, the new owners Mina and Chef Taka seem to be doing an excellent job, going above and beyond for their customers.
