Came here for takeout, I ordered Unagi Rice and it didn't look like what they had in the picture( a piece of Unagi with no sauce over dry white rice). read more

This place is bomb! Super small inside but the ramen is so gooood! My spam musubi fell apart which wad a bummer but everything else was good. read more

Quick easy fast delish . Pork rib ramen yum. Hubs had chicken teriyaki bento box--- "lots chicken; fried wontons...lotsa flaver

We tried this place on Christmas Eve We had top Ramon soup with ribs, gyoza, lumpia ,karaage Chicken I don't have one complaint everything was delicious and we went back the next day and had more food which we have never done read more

Hawaiian Ramen? How is it different from Japanese Ramen or Saimin? We thought the broth didn't have flavors. Gyoza and takoyaki were deep fried and both taste different from what we expected. But we appreciate the food as we were too tired of hamburgers while staying at Great wolf lodge. read more

Food was good, but extremely RUDE old lady working the counter after 2 minutes of receiving our food kept coming back every 3 minutes asking if everything is ok. Kept asking if she can take the soup bowl away, just because it's lunchtime she wants patrons to consume the food in less than 10 minutes and leave the restaurant. She only does it to the Filipino customers only. Because she knows she can't rush the white people or they'll pour the hot soup in her face if she rushes them. What a freaking stupid experience. I hope this place goes out of business. read more

Staff gets all the stars as they were super nice and very accommodating and stayed calm and cool even tho it was very busy. The establishment is extremely small. You're likely going to need to take out but ramen isn't really a to go kind of food. Food itself, wasn't horrible but all I can say is "meh". read more

Best gyoza we have EVER had! I ordered via telephone and the girl who took my order was quick and helpful. We have several food allergies in my family, so ordering is specific to eliminate any chance of my daughters having a reaction. Our family is more than grateful when we can count on the attention to detail there. The karaage chicken was delicious and my husband loved it. The teriyaki orders and short ribs, tasty. I did not love my chicken ramen as it tasted as if the chicken flavor did not complement the ramen broth but it was good enough and I feel the same way about the musubi. There just isn't much teriyaki sauce between the spam and rice and lacks that tang you get when you pick up at the stores in Hawaii. The musubi from ABC store was much better even eaten cold. The vegetable tempura , however, was also amazing in flavor. Despite a few let downs, I would completely go back again and I highly recommend Ramen 101 based on the other dishes we had. In fact, I'd go pick some up tonight just to satisfy the gyoza craving I now can't shake. So good! read more

Stayed nearby and found this place when looking around nearby shopping area, big portions and nice staff!

I kept vomiting about 10 times so far. I wasn't drinking at all and trying to figure out why. I think I got food poisoned from eating bowl of unagi with rice! I'll never come back. read more

The ramen is very good. There are not many tables and all tables were full at 2:00 on a weekday afternoon. You will need a to-go plan in case there are no seats keft. read more

Nice hot ramen close to Great Wolf Lodge , especially when you are tired of american food. It's a small place , not too many tables. We come on a weekday lunch ( school holiday week ) , no wait. Looks like not much other than ramen place in any proximity. read more

Love the ramen here! Its my husbands go to place to get ramen. The tonkatsu spicy is our fav !!

Horrible. Rude. The restaurant tables were full and there was a table outside. My husband went to order and I sat at the table outside. An older Asian man (owner or manager?) asked me if i was sitting there to eat or waiting for a to go order. I replied we were seated to eat there. My husband came out and said a lady employee told us we could not sit there because someone called in and asked to reserve a table. This is not a restaurant where reservations are taken and says so on the website. It's a first come first serve establishment. The lady said we can wait 30 minutes for a table. We left. Another family left who was in line as well, saying it was ridiculous. read more

Came here on opening day. Quick service, delicious hearty Ramen and friendly service. Definitely come here again!

I was so excited when this place opened. Ramen is good ( I get veggie) my only problem is that they started charging 3.00 for 6 pieces of broccoli which they never done before. They said they stopped allowing substitutions. They use to really fill up the bowl now they barley fill it half way. So I really rate this place 2.5. read more

Ramen 101 - chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu bento box - Hawaiian Near Me - Manteca, California

Walked into Ramen 101 due to the open door and flashing open sign only to realize it was 1055am. The blonde with tattoos rudely stated that for future reference they opened at 1100am. This is understandable as their hours are posted as such, yet if they were going to be hard and fast with the opening time then they should keep the doors locked until 1100 or thereafter. We didn't stick around to try the food although I'm sure it was good based on reviews. The staff however left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Ramen 101 - Open Sign - Hawaiian Near Me - Manteca, California

Really excellent food! We had the spicy garlic ramen, crab Rangoons, and Chicken Katsu rice plate. We had the food to go, so naturally it wasn't the best when we got home (to go is never the same anywhere lol), and rice was dry so I'd suggest a little more water in their rice cooker lol Will definitely return! Enjoyed it read more

Cozy little spot! Great service! Great Food! Definitely worth it! Ordered Vegetable Tempura(9.2/10) & Chicken Ramen(9.3/10) (Medium Spice)!

Everything was great, the atmosphere was nice, calm and quiet, the cashier was very kind and handed out menus with pictures. (As an American I need my pictures to understand) but we ordered, I was talking with friends and had no idea how much time went by so it felt like our orders came out quick. Everything was, like I said, great. The broth of the ramen has a good taste, even with mild spice it wasn't TOO intense or TOO lacking it was a nice subtle taste of spicy. Genuinely had a good time, but got full rather quick due to having a large breakfast. I will say the chicken in the chicken ramen wasn't all that great...its taste and texture just wasn't for me. But that's a personal thing so that's not deserving of a 4 star rating. So I'm gonna round up and say 5 stars for everything else. Would come again and try a new item read more

We chose Ramen 101 because it's very close to Great Wolf Lodge. Everything we ordered were soooo yummy! Their ramen, fried chicken and shrimp tempura were all very good! We noticed that most customers were from Great Wolf Lodge. We'll eat here again next time we go to Great Wolf Lodge. read more

Big portions! We had so much left over. If you come into this place, make sure you share. The crab wontons were delicious!

I was pleased with the food for a smaller restaurant they seemed to do a fair amount of food orders. I had the pork rib ramen and edamame. Both were great in portions and quality. Will definitely try it again. read more

Delicious and Quick! 100% love this place and they were super friendly! Got the chicken ramen In medium heat and it was perfect. Also tried the shrimp appetizer and the pot sticker appetizer. Both dishes are a different name but basically that's what they are. Delicious!!! read more

Delicious food and great customer service. They were about to close but still took us in and not once did they rush us.

I usually judge ramen based on the texture and consistency of the noodles. The noodles were great. The broth was delicious. You can choose your spice level. We chose to order it to go, and the items were packed well. I lived in Manteca for 20+ years and we finally got a legit ramen place read more

I ordered two days in a row and I love the quality of their ramen and their quick and polite customer service. I ordered the spicy black garlic ramen soup and their gyoza. They are consistent and I will continue to give them my business. So glad we finally have a great ramen restaurant to go to! read more

Order ramen and it came with a side of hair. Before anyone makes any assumptions. I brought the whole meal back, drove 45 mins round trip and waited in line twice for an hour and 30 mins of my time wasted. Best part was no apology what so ever. They looked at me like i was trying to cheat them. Unfortunately i dont have over 12+ inch hair. I would avoid. read more
