Kyle at Ram Jack Pacific is the type of person you will feel comfortable entrusting to handle the foundation of your home. I appreciate his knowledge, insight and professionalism. read more

Ram Jack was the only company so far that was on time, throughly reviewed my engineer's report before coming to the house, and followed up with me (two other contractors did come by, but I cannot get them to give me a written quote - no followup at all. I presume they are busy with bigger jobs and really can't be bothered, which is typical of some contractors I have dealt with in the past). read more

My wife and I are currently in escrow and we needed the foundation to be inspected due to a few cracks. They sent Kyle out to the house and he was extremely professional and straight forward with everything. He explained everything he was doing throughout the house so that we knew what was going on. Once he was done he sat down and was completely straight forward with us, he didn't beat around the bush or sugar coat anything. He made sure we knew exactly what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed properly. He even had the full report/proposal sent off to us the same day. If we ever look to buy a house in the California area again, we will definitely be calling them. read more

Outstanding service. Had them come out for some concerns with my garage foundation. Mike came out and did a through inspection of my whole house foundation. It was alll good! The inspection was free and I can tell you what a relief. My neighbor had a similar scenario with cracking so Mike went over to take a look. Just honest and explained things I was concerned about. I highly recommend. read more

Ram Jack came out and was incredibly helpful. They told me exactly what was going on in a well articulated manner that was easy to understand. They spent about 2 hours at the house looking at every possible problem that I had listed. Once the initial inspection was complete they alleviated all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and then gave me a recommendation. They informed that I needed a complete rebuild of my Foundation, which is something that they do not do. They gave me a recommendation for a company that can do the work. I am extremely happy that I am not paying someone to do work that is not necessary. They could have easily painted a doomsday scenario and extracted thousands from me and I would have not known any better until it was too late. The integrity of this company is outstanding and that is something that is rare in the construction world. read more

As a flooring contractor, I see a lot of concrete slabs. Many cracks. Some repaired, but most are not. I found one crack that needed expert attention. Kyle, from Ram Jack Pacific came to see the crack and recommended the proper solution. The technician that came to do the work was very detailed. The damaged area was removed, prepared and new concrete poured in place. I could not believe, and have never seen such a smooth transition between old and new concrete. I will include photos in the Ram Jack Pacific photo library. I will not hesitate to use Ram Jack Pacific in the future. read more

Great experience all around. Wanted some foundation issues fixed that were identified in our new home inspection. After another foundation company "ghosted" me after several attempts to have them come out, our plumber recommended Ram Jack. Don came for the initial inspection pretty quickly after we called, was very professional, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Turned out to be less issues than we expected. When we asked Don about a specific issue that was identified, he explained that it wasn't necessary and we could come back to it later if needed. Appreciated his honesty! Jack and his team came out to perform the work on time and without issue. What a tough job they have. Would highly recommend! read more

Honest, reliable and professional! I dreaded getting estimates for the foundation work on my 1927 house because I thought it would cost a fortune. The price that I received from Ram Jack was very reasonable, and the house ended up not needing as much as I thought! They are honest and professional and did not try to up-sell me work that I did not need. They are an OUTSTANDING company! read more

Don came out on short notice to perform an inspection for my clients; I am a real estate agent and am always in need of specialists to provide excellent service and reports for my clients! In this case Don was able to come verify the condition of the foundation and provide an excellent report. He was courteous, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. We had been having a very difficult time finding anybody with his specific knowledge of foundations to return phone calls, let alone schedule an inspection. I couldn't be happier with the service and experience Don and Ram Jack provided to me and my clients and I will absolutely be using him again! read more

Can't say enough great things about Ram Jack. I would highly recommend their services and team. What first sold me is their warranty, don't think any other company can compare. I was also impressed by how knowledgable, respectful and professional their team was with me (and my neighbors). I'm a very satisfied customer that was facing a difficult situation. From the beginning to the end, Ram Jack's team was there offering solutions to all my problems. YOU definitely want to call Ram Jack BEFORE purchasing a home. Don't listen to your realtor or home inspector...CALL Ram Jack, I really really really wished I did. read more

Very professional & completed work on time. Would recommend Ramjack for your foundation repair

We are very pleased with the work done by Ram Jack. Once started the work was never slowed or postponed. The several workers on the job completed the project within a few days--quicker than we expected. They were very tidy each day, and cleaned up completely at the end of the project. "G", the foreman kept us informed each day on the progress, and had us observe the actual "lifting" of the slab. The slab is now as close to level as possible, cracks are filled, and the whole house is now stable. All in all, we would definitely recommend Ram Jack. read more

Ram Jack Pacific is an amazing company. From Thomas, who came out in the pouring rain to give an estimate, to the office staff, to the great crew that was here doing all the work! Not knowing a thing about raising and stabilizing a foundation, Thomas took numerous questions in person, via text and email. I know he had to repeat many things to me and had great patience, kindness, and knowledge. The team that was here was amazing, very knowledgeable and took great care of my home. One thing I was super impressed with was I could hear them speaking Spanish but if I was in their presence they spoke perfect English to me and each other. I would have never known they were in my home or yard, digging holes and placing pilings 25 to 35 feet into the ground. I think my planter box looks better now than before the work! This company is very respectful, caring and kind. I highly recommend Ram Jack Pacific. read more

We chose Ram Jack after meeting with several other foundation repair companies and we couldn't be happier. Andrew and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. We would highly recommend them to anyone having foundation issues! Gene Laguna Niguel read more

RamJack installed a French Drain on the side of my house. Goods and bads: Goods: 1. Cheapest quote (1/2 price of another company) 2. Sales person (Kyle) was very nice and thorough 3. Professional team who showed up and completed the work without issue 4. Professional process overall -- DocuSign contracts and pay at end for my project Bads: 1. I just had my foundation repaired by Ram Jack. The price was fair. When they said they would start at 7am, I thought I probably won't see you before 8am. Don came out - on time - to assess some cracks in my slab foundation. His knowledge was incredible! Review is a little late but necessary. I called Kyle due to a few cracks/separations I noticed in the seems of our drywall, where the wall meets the ceiling. I wanted to have our foundation looked at, knowing other homes in the neighborhood have had work performed to reinforce/repair their foundations. First appointment - April 2016. Kyle arrived on time and explained his process in perfect detail for me to understand what he was doing. After taking his initial measurements, he left and said he would have to take a closer look at the data to provide the best recommendation forward. I received a follow-up email from Kyle the next day, explaining that he would like to wait a few months before coming back out to take another set of measurements to see if there would be any noticeable changes. Second appointment - October 2016. Kyle arrived on time and started measuring. After re-measuring the entire house, he determined that work was not needed at this time and all data he collected are within construction tolerance. This type of honesty in a company is extremely refreshing, especially when dealing with a trade/skill set that Ram Jack provides. We were expecting to be confronted with a large bill for foundation repairs and Kyle did not take advantage of that fact. read more

I interviewed multiple companies for foundation repair. I received a range of bids, however, the technology and know how of the guys from Ram Jack sold me on using their service. Their team was efficient and they actually finished when they said they would even though they had a hiccup when doing the work. They found an old portion of a grade beam that was partially demoed under the home and had to remove it in order to finish the digging for the new one. They got that done and still finished on time. I would recommend you get them to evaluate your foundation repair needs so you get educated on their process vs a competitors. Once you get the explanation you will see why their service is getting great reviews. read more

Professional, Clean and first in class for concrete remedy. I have been a General Contractor/Developer for two decades and ran across many concrete remedy issues. They also communicated very well during contract agreement and were responsive to our team during the project. I will continue to use these guys! read more

Straightforward and businesslike process - quote was clear and they did not deviate from it even though the work took a bit longer than anticipated. From start to finish, it was clear that they were professionals who knew what they were doing. I also appreciated that they were honest and did not try to "up-sell" additional repairs that they didn't think were necessary. read more
