Very helpful from beginning to end. We greatly appreciate the education provided regarding the different options depending on the severity of the issue. Also appreciated, was the flexibility of the team being able to work us on our time line. read more

From start to finish, inspection, quote process and implementation of needed foundation work, everyone was very courteous and professional. The inspection was free and there was no hard sell but there was follow up. I recommend this company. read more

Had Larry out from Ram Jack, very professional, knowledgeable with regards to concrete foundation issues. There was no hard tactics or pushing services. He clearly articulated areas of concern and recommendations. At this point we are in a holding pattern with regards to the issues we are observing. However, given what I have experienced thus far I clearly would engage Ram Jack again!! 5 stars thumbs up! read more

We needed a few repairs to the foundation of our 1908 bungalow, and Ram Jack did a great job, bolting the house to the foundation, replacing a couple of the piers and sealing a crack. They sent two extremely nice guys, who worked really hard for two days, showed me photos of every step when they were done, and cleaned everything up when they left. read more

My go to company for all issues foundation based! They are great and I've used them multiple times with clients. read more

I had some cracks in my wall and was concerned it might be a foundation issue. I reached out to Ram Jack Pacific for a consultation. They were very quick to respond, flexible with scheduling, and quickly diagnosed that there was not a foundation issue. Kyle came to my house for the inspection and was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them! read more

I was concerned about numerous new hairline cracks in my foundation and stucco. They came out exactly at the time quoted and we're straight forward and honest with me about everything. They even took precise measurements of the slap settling which other companies required an outside engineer to do. Apparently it was all a non issue. They were knowledgeable and honest. read more

I sincerely can't say enough positive things about my experience with this company, the professionalism and cordial demeanor of the representative truly made this rating what it is! I hired Ram Jack for a foundation inspection, on a home in escrow, and it saved my family from potentially taking on 40k in foundation repairs. Don S. worked around my busy schedule to setup an appointment, on a short timeline, then while inspecting the property took the time to educate my wife and I on all the major issues. After the inspection Don made himself available several times throughout the week to answer follow-on questions. I would recommend this company to anyone and be prepared to have your expectations not only met, but exceeded! read more

Wanted to share an update. Kyle reached out to address my concerns and came back multiple times to our home with team members to meet the quality standard that we were looking for - raising the areas of our floor as much as possible while still respecting the structural integrity of the house. At the end, they advised what we'd be able to do in order to make everything perfectly even, which wouldn't be a foundation project, more of a flooring project. We're pleased that our concerns were taken seriously and that we chose a service provider who makes sure their customers are satisfied! Thank you Kyle and the RJP team! read more

Ram jack did a repair to our foundation and it was so great to work with them! Larry was incredibly nice and helpful and gave us an accurate quote. Both Daniel and Abraham repaired our crack within one day and the final price ended up being less than the estimate - so it's fair to say that we were very happy campers! I would recommend this company to anybody who needs assistance with foundation repair! :) read more

Ram Jack was recommended to us when we were buying our "new" old home last summer as we have a crawl space below our house. Larry did a very thorough job and explained everything clearly and had minor cracks filled for a solid price. Would definitely recommend them! read more

Kyle came to our house to determine if we had an issue with our foundation. He spent a good hour examining the foundation outside, underneath in the crawl space as well as inside our home visually and using the equipment he brought with him. He assured us that our foundation was level and no work needed. We expected to pay him for his service and time. We were pleasantly surprised that there was no charge for his assessment. We would highly recommend Ram Jack if you have any questions regarding your home foundation issues. read more

We were experiencing a few settling issues in our new to us 1950's house and the home inspector originally told us we should get the foundation inspected further as there was significant water in the crawlspace. We knew there were some drainage issues that we have been addressing for the last few months so we figured better call an expert to look at the foundation and tell us what needs to be fixed. We were also concerned about some off center posts and small cracks in the concrete the home inspector showed us. We scheduled an appointment and Kyle showed up right on time. He explained the process and said he'd need about an hour to take some measurements, use a level to see if there was any sinking, and to go underneath the house to check the crawlspace. He mentioned that he'd provide an honest assessment when he was done. To our astonishment, once Kyle was done, he said there were no real concerns to note, so our house was provided a clean bill of foundation health! He even explained how the terrain we live on has helped keep the house very level since it's not on a clay bed. Kyle was true to his word. Class act that is harder to find these days. I highly recommend them, not just because we didn't have to pay anything, but because they are honest! read more

What an honest company! Our floor is completely jacked and it was recommended we have Ram Jack come out to see what was needed. Kyle showed up on time and did an expert evaluation. Turns out we did not need their service. He gave me some suggestions and was on his way. I love a business that doesn't try to sell you something you dont need. read more

Ram Jack is amazing. They are responsive, had great communication and listened to my concerns. I felt they cared about helping me fix what seemed like a huge problem at the time. We had a crack in our concrete slab foundation which was found at the time of replacing our hardwood floors, this halted the floor installation and left me scrambling to find a company to repair it! Ram Jack stepped up and sent Larry out who was a wealth of knowledge, and luckily we were able to get the problem fixed quickly! I highly recommend them! read more

I have efflorescence on a wall, interior and exterior. Going immediately to the worst case scenario, I contacted Ram Jack to get an opinion. I spoke to Michael who was very calming and very informative. He suspects drainage, not foundation, at this point. Horses, not zebras. Michael spent a lot of time explaining a lot about slab foundations to me (I am more familiar with crawl spaces). I greatly appreciate all his time and expertise. Based on our conversation, I am working with a drainage company. But if I ever need foundation help I know exactly who to call, with confidence! read more

I got a last-minute appointment with Ram Jack to check a cracked foundation. Kyle came out and did a detailed floor-level survey, assessed the damage, and provided an estimate that day. He also stayed to answer our anxious questions--since we were a bit nervous about foundation issues. I felt immediately at ease with his detailed explanations and suggested repair. Admittedly, they are more expensive than other companies we received quotes from--but if you're the personality type that highly values quality service and results then you'll be very happy with them. read more

Mr. Kyle came out and was super professional. He worked around times and adjusted to a time that would workout for me. He called the day before to confirm times as well as explain a little of what he'd be doing. Once he arrived he was very polite and easy to talk to. He went about his measurements and was very thorough. He made sure to answer all my questions and really knew what he was talking about. He reassured me that my house was save and in good standings. He didn't try to push anything or sell me anything. He even gave me some amazing suggestions to help and keep my foundation safe. Lastly he suggested I give him another call in about 10 years or if I felt there was any shifts. read more

I discovered an old foundation cracked slab and called Ram Jack Pacific. Kyle came out, quickly assessed the situation. I worked with Michael at Ram Jack and I was blown away with his breadth of knowledge, professionalism, and straight shooting. Michael did a free thorough inspection of the issue I was facing with my house the day after I called. Michael clearly explained my issues and possible next steps. There was no selling me on something I don't need, no doom and gloom, just straight shooting on potential end games as my house settles. While dealing with house repairs -- especially foundation issues -- is never fun, Michael made it as easy as could be to demystify an understand what I am looking at. Great experience all around. read more

This place is great. I made an appointment for a consultant to look at our foundation because of a large tree in our front yard. There was a miscommunication with the date for the appointment and Mike came out 20 minutes after I called. He was thorough and set up the equipment. Covid safe precautions were met all around and inside our house. He let us know that our foundation was not compromised (an honest answer) and that we should consult an arborist to manage the tree or that we at least had additional time to address it before any damage is done. He also let us know that we should install gutters to prolong the life of our foundation and even provided a recommendation. Very professional. read more

There are very few companies that I have dealt with that I feel are on the up and up. Most are trying to up charge for everything. Ram Jack is not in that category. This is a house built in the 1940's so I expected some very bad news about the foundation. There were cracks in my tile floor and some floor planks that had separated in close proximity to the floor tile cracks. Two other foundation quotes were offered but were surprisingly very low. Kyle at Ram Jack did a very thorough check inside the house and under the crawl space of the house and declared that everything looked great, no need for foundation correction. He also looked at the tile crack area and told me in detail what the issue was, but that it wasn't the foundation that was at fault. This was of coarse very good news but I had had foundation work on this house about 5 years earlier so I had a good feeling that the work previously done held fast. Finding such an honest company is so rare, I was completely taken aback. This is a company you can trust. read more

Great company represented very well by Don Schroeder. Had an inspection this morning, Don was here on time, very polite, professional, listened to all my concerns. Don measured the house, drew a diagram and checked the level of my floors. During a real estate transaction, the general inspector noticed some issues with excess water in the crawl space and a slant in the foundation wall. I called Ram Jack Pacific and they sent out Kyle, a foundation specialist, the same week which was necessary due to the escrow contingencies. All the Ram Jack employees were great throughout the entire process and thoroughly explained everything. After the inspection was completed, I felt at ease knowing the property was in great shape. Thanks Ram Jack! read more

If you have foundation issues or think you might contact Ram Jack first. I contacted a structural engineer and two other foundation companies. before Ram Jack. The engineer came looked around and said call a foundation company (for $400). One foundation company kept either coming up with excuses for canceling the appointment or no-showing. The other finally showed up looked around (never lifted the carpet where the issue was) quoted a low price and a high price and said I'll have to talk to another person to tell you what the problem is and how much it will be. The Ram Jack representative was prompt, professional, and actually examined the problem I was having. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Ram Jack again for any future needs. read more

Ram Jack did an amazing job repairing and re-enforcing a set of concrete stairs that were cracking. They stabilized the corner or the railing with a pile, fully removed an old resurface job from the stairs and then stitched almost all the cracks with rebar. They also re-built a bunch of corners of the steps and finished everything with a uniform resurface. Overall they went above and beyond to repair something that most contractors said needed to be fully replaced. They stuck to their quoted price and finished everything in a very reasonable time. I would highly recommend them. read more

First of all I'd like to say that any human who performs a job that requires them to jack themselves into a little hole to crawl under a house, and then do construction while in there, automatically gets my respect and admiration. My home had some minor foundation issues that needed attention before they got worse. Mike from Ram Jack came to my home to inspect everything for FREE and then provided a very reasonable estimate for installing a missing support and fixing a crack. The technicians they sent, Jack and Rob, did a fine job. Jack was very respectful and workmanlike, and he and Rob make an excellent team. They provided in-depth photographic documentation of all the repairs...and those were some fascinating pictures (to me, at least). I feel confident in the work Ram Jack did because of the professionalism and thoroughness all their staff displayed. I will mention that I passed on the "engineer certification" that was offered and recommended, as it was an expensive piece to the estimate and I am not planning to sell the home any time soon. The photos did a fine job of documenting the steps that were followed to complete the work. read more

I highly recommend Ram Jack Pacific! Larry was so friendly and knowledgeable, and he really put us at ease. My boyfriend and I are in escrow and reached out to have the foundation inspected on the house. He was very honest and really made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly. He went above and beyond, and we cannot express how much stress he lifted from us. I will definitely be working with him for any future needs and would absolutely recommend this company. read more
