This Ralphs was one of the old version of Ralphs. I slipped outside where the shopping cards were...So the beginning wasnt pleasant...store itself was pretty full and the shelves were well organized...The service was ok...They were understaffed...I've never understaffed how one person can do so many things in once in retail...And why big stores are so understaffed...The ambiance was regular Ralphs style nothing extraordinary but i liked their decorations...They have hot and cold food and also deli. Claw machines, ice machine and small flower shop with cute vases...

This Ralphs location looks old on the outside but it is super nice and clean in the inside. The store is much bigger when you step inside an it is very organized. I like Ralphs produce. Good quality. The grapes were huge and super sweet tonight so we grabbed two large bags on our way out with our groceries. They tasted like candy and I couldn't resist eating them while driving home. I know, they need to be washed carefully because grapes are very dirty.

I paid for 16ozs, and I didn't get it. How many thousands of others are also being ripped off?

I come here pretty often, and sm reasonably happy with this store. Yes it is understaffed, and bit run-down and chaotic, but that is nothing unusual. What does annoy me and gets me to post a complaint is getting ripped off, even a little when buying meat. If a package says it has 16 ozs, it should contain at least 26 ozs, every time. Not 15 ozs, or anything lower.

Target Gift Card which was purchased at Ralph's.

Ralph's sold a $50 gift card that was worthless and refuse to make it right! This is THEFT and FRAUD!!! I was given a gift card for my birthday, one that an elderly friend in her 80s purchased at Ralph's on Alicia Parkway. When we took the card to Target to use it the manager told us it had been tampered with and was no good, worthless. I wasn't concerned because I had a receipt for the purchase. So I tried to return the card to Ralph's and I was told by their manager that they will not refund or issue a new replacement card. It is my bad luck! I have shopped here for over 30 years, and my friend, she has shopped there over 40 years. I now plan on never shop at Ralph's again. I spend hundreds there every week for over 30 years. Do not buy gift cards from Ralph's. Also beware because they have shown they will not stand behind their sales.

This store has a greater selection and wider aisles, but the employees are not as friendly as the employees at Ralph's on Marguerite nearby.

The official website doesn't show this location has a pharmacy- not even the Ralph's app shows a pharmacy- To be clear, there IS a pharmacy at this location, right?

Yes, this location has a pharmacy. While I detest the grocery store, the pharmacy is my go-to pharmacy. They pay attention and do their very best to help with Rx supply and processing.

Zero consistency at the "build-your-own" sandwich deli…read more My first visit here was fantastic where the sandwich maker pulled out a note pad and made a list of my ingredients and produced a delicious East Coast Italian grinder in a very reasonable amount of time. Saturday early evening was the exact opposite. This gent had zero business being assigned to this department working solo and really should be in another department altogether. He had no idea what he was doing, and I had to guide him through the entire process. I recommended he make a list and he vetoed that. As a result, I showed him my list of ingredients, and he took it with his glove hand and set the dirty paper on the board where you lay the bread out to make a sandie. Woof! And then he could not read it anyway, so he had to ask me. He could not find anything and even when I pointed out obvious packaged meats in front of his face, he did not hear it or was not listening. I had to say the word and point it out three times. When he saw the list, he said he would have to use less of each because there were too many. There was no offer of "it will cost more" to do this so I just said fine, do what your able to do. In the end, he forgets the cheese entirely and when I ask for dressing (oil and vinegar) he drops a 1/4 of a tsp on the bread only and not on top of the other half. I said to myself "shine it" I'll fix this cold mess at home with a jar of giardiniera I recently bought in Chicago at a sandwich shop. I only noticed the absence of provolone cheese when I got home. What I did observe was three slices of meat, two strips of lettuce and the roll for their standard price. I am all for giving people opportunities or a shot whether young or old but if someone is not a fit for a particular department do not place them there even during the off-peak hours or to sub for someone's meal period. Another associate entered towards the end of this 25-minute fiasco. I am a rare breed in the "tech age" and very patient but this guy tested even my patience. He was not rude, but he was not very personable either. He seemed overwhelmed out of the gate, and it stayed that way throughout. In the end, I fixed it at home on my own dime with my own provolone cheese, red wine vinegar, EVO and giardiniera. I likely will not be back unless I come at the lunch hour and look for a different worker. Otherwise, I will try out Sprout's or go back to Ralph's who has done a nice job in the past. They offer the same services.

Unfortunately, I could not find the Vietnamese Coffee I was looking for (bummer) but I did get to try their infamous sandwiches. I got the Argentine Sandwich and the Hot Honey Chicken Club. I would totally buy the Argentine 10/10 in my book. The hot honey is a 5/10 and I wouldn't purchase unless they change something to make it spectacular. Looking forward to trying many more sandwiches. Oh also, if your food has a percent coupon off please let your cashier know. We bought cookies for $7 and we forgot to mention it therefore we paid $7 instead of $3.50 oh well!
