It wasn't a manufacturing defect, the issue was actually the wrong size, which explained everything. On top of that, another pair I had purchased from a different reseller had the same problem, and Natalia took care of it as well, arranging the repair without hesitation. Not only was she exceptional, the entire team at the store was polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping.
