My son received a birthday gift from this store and I'd come to exchange it. I advised the store rep of this and she constantly asked me for a gift receipt. Again, I repeated that it was a gift. "They usually still come with a gift receipt." Lady how many times do I need to explain that it was a gift. I promise that I didn't steal it. I advised her that I was just wanting to exchange it for a 7 or an 8 as their clothes seem to be designed for a pole. The store rep informed that they only go up to a size 6 and that I could receive a store credit at it's current value for the clothes. I don't know if she just slow because I don't see how that seemed like the logical solution at all. I advised her that I would give it back to the individual to return and get a refund so that they could get their entire refund. "Yea that would be good because you need that gift receipt." I'm not sure why she felt the need to keep stressing that. I even brought it back in the Janie and Jack gift box that it was given to me in. I'd never planned to shop in this store as everything is beyond overpriced. After today's experience they never have to worry about me coming back for a future child of mine, someone else's child or anyone else.

I've been surprised at some of the cool finds I've gotten from Abercrombie Kids lately for my…read moredaughter. We don't usually shop here because Abercrombie is quite pricey. Especially for kids clothing. But if you're lucky enough to catch the sales and promos going on, the prices are fairly reasonable. This is the second time we've bought stuff from Abercrombie Kids and their stuff is really nice and they offer some very cute styles. Last time we bought a beautiful bathing suit, sweaters and jeans. During this visit, Abercrombie was having a great sale on many items. I bought a few pair of jeans, shorts, cute tops at 30-40% off the regular price. The nice part was if they didn't have the size that we needed, they will order it for you online if they have it in stock and ship it to you for free. That is service! We bought one shirt in store and had to order like 5 items online for free shipping. They also have XXS sizes online, not a size they typically carry in store. I didn't catch the name of the young lady who was helping us, but she was very sweet and helpful. The store itself is very organized with a wide selection. I don't think I would pay full price for Abercrombie Kids clothing unless it was something really worth it. I think it's fair to say kids grow so quickly that spending this kind of money on children's clothing is almost wasteful. But I love the style here and will try to catch sales whenever possible.

After they performed research they agreed. I asked if they would be returning the tax they collected to other customers. She said she would bring the matter up to her manager. I believe collecting tax on items covered under the tax free week is illegal. They sold out on many items. I can't even imagine how much money they have taken from customers during this week. I sincerely hope they return other customer's tax money. 2. They do not inform you if items will be missing from your order 3. They won't return your money if the carrier they choose loses the package 4. Prada, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermes, Jimmy Choo, Saint Laurent, Fendi, Armani, Lacoste, Lululemon, Alo, Nike, Charlotte Tilbury, Apple, Sephora, Eataly, Laderach, etc. Restaurants include Japanese, Italian, Latin, etc. They have a food hall called Treats that has everything: Chinese, Japanese, pizza, Cuban sandwich, bakery, Jamaican, etc. But what caught my attention was all the artwork spread throughout Aventura Mall. From Takashi Murakami, Austin Lee, Robert Indiana, and 23 other pieces by different artists in a series they call ArtWalk. They're very dog-friendly. We saw hundreds of dogs and their humans - not sure if there was an event or if this was just the norm here. But it was fun to watch cute little puppies. I visited during the World Cup and they had an area dedicated for it. They had a pop-up FIFA store which had items I wanted but haven't found at the stadiums. The mall is bright with natural lighting during the day. Nice and cool which is a nice reprieve from the unforgiving sun and summer heat. It's spacious and clean.

I was hesitant, but once me and Teddy, my dog, got inside. We came across several other pet owners. That's pretty cool! Teddy and I walked the length of the mall while my partner did her shopping. This is one of those high-end malls! But they also had some very good food vendors in the hallways where I got the majority of my snacks and I even got some snacks for Teddy. I was hoping the cute little dog park on the outside would be available to us, but it didn't open until 2:00 p.m. And we were at the mall fairly early. It was a great visit because most of the employees were dog friendly! I'll definitely have to make a trip back to this mall without a dog.
