During my last visit I noticed that the store had such a beautiful new collection for the summer. Lots of new styles in breathable materials like linen-cotton and also very nice pieces for activewear for everyone. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff members who provided a nice service. I do wish they have more sales associates to assist you on the sales floor. My overall experience was phenomenal. I was assisted by the manager. She was kind and super helpful. I also picked up an online order that was ready upon my arrival. This option was perfect. Definitely recommend. Lots of parking in this plaza. NO KIDS SHORTS FOR BOYS NO KIDS CASUAL ATTIRE NO BOY SANDALS ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING ... Their selection for little boys was limited and the section for girls was just as bad. I was told that they would be getting things in later in the week, they have very nice t shirts for boys so i got a few of those great deal $6 and $8 even if we didn't get shorts to match. But they did have basketball shorts and hoodies and long jean along with school pants. I'm an old navy fan....I can use my banana republic card there and rack up points for cash off and discounts. I came to this Old Navy as we were bringing a girlfriend to Bed Bath and Beyond next door. And also because today was the last day of their big 50% off most items in the store (except clearance). It did have a lot of stuff (stock) tightly packed in aisles you could barely maneuver through, a bit messy, and most of it was winter sweaters, jeans, workout clothes, and the like. But there wasn't any staff on the floor to ask a question or help you find a size. I don't fit their profile, maybe, being older. But I have to say the staff here was not at all friendly. I actually felt for the first time ever in an Old Navy store a bit uncomfortable. And then when I was at the check out, I was waved over to the last guy at the registers. I walked over but he said he wasn't ready for me. He then proceeded to chat up the young gal at the register to his right. When I did check out -- with someone different -- I asked about super cash. Everyone around me was being given the coupons. She said oh I'm not sure but I think you need to spend over a hundred dollars to get a coupon(!). I knew this wasn't true, but didn't want to argue with her. Suffice it to say, I won't be going back to that particular Old Navy. Such a shame. read more

I'm giving 4 stars because of the check out situation. Due to staff shortage, this old navy has implemented self checkout for customers. They had a large selection, the racks were filled with clothes. I found a couple things. When I get home, I realize that the 2 pairs of jeans I got still have the security lock. thinking back I didn't see any apparatus that would allow me to take these off myself. So what's the point of having self checkout if I still need the staff member. Now I have to go on another trip just to get the things off read more

So, yes it's an Old Navy. They have ridiculous sales...great place to buy t-shirts and tank tops for lounging around. They also have cheap sundresses and bathing suits. They only had on register open one of them times I went and the person working was in no hurry to get anyone through the line. The next time I went 2 registers were open....but again, very slow check-out. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't even bother if you see a line at the register. read more

THE place to go to dress your kids for summer. The deals here are great, hands down. Clearance racks have great deals if you are prepared to rootle through them. Kids grow out of their clothes so quickly that it PAINS me to spend any great amount of money on their clothes if they are not fashion concious, and my kids really aren't. Hooray them for not buying into the hype (yet!). They have a good selection of adult stuff too. If you are into the scraggly hippy weekend look (and who isn't, in their mind at least). The staff here are a cool bunch of friendly, helpful young people. Someone at management level here knows what they are doing. read more

This particular Old Navy location has really great employees. They're always really helpful, and even when the store is packed, they manage to move the line quickly. I've been a few times in the past few weeks to get pajama pants and sweaters that they've had on sale since the temperature has dropped. There were a few things in the ads that I couldn't find in the store, and the employees have stopped whatever they're doing to take me to where the items are. They have really great prices; however, this location does not have the best deals in the area. The Old Navy outlet on 163rd and the location in Hialeah have better sales. This location is conveniently located near Aventura Mall though, so it makes it easy to get all of your shopping done in one area. read more

Three for $15? OK. At that price I don't even care what it is. But the fact that I got a bag FULL of clothes for me, my hubby and my daughter for less than $100 is awesome. It's perfect gear for hanging out at the house, running errands, etc ... And at that price, when you're sick of it just make it PJs and really get a bang for your buck. The only thing keeping me from giving Old Navy five stars is the fact that they always run out of the small sizes way too fast. And the lines are always scarily long. Hire a few more people and stock up on sizes under xxxl (that's always what's left on the rack) and we've got a full set of stars! read more

I prefer the Hialeah 49th street location, or the one on 136th street in Pinecrest, as both have a better selection and the lines are not nearly as long. The parking at this location was a bit of a challenge due to there being other stores and restaurants in the strip mall, and the store was messy. None of the employees greeted anyone nor offered a fitting room, nor to help find something. Apathy runs wild at this store. read more

Solid store, exchanged items pretty easy (for size, but it turned out i got different stuff) cashier solved no problem.

FAIL! tried to return a defective piece of clothing, manager was incredibly rude and tried to give me the runaround and humiliate me in front of the line of people. he only accepted the exchange (for the same exact piece of clothing--clearly i was trying to run a scam...) after i told him i worked in customer advocacy and would email ON senior staff. i'll be going to target for my cheap chic from now on. read more

Big place but not a big selection as the one in Hialeah. Great cheap affordable prices for the simple things you need like sandals or under garnishes. Great for last minute simple items. read more
