Good service. Bought my mom some shoes. Located in design district. Only downside since pandemic only a few People allowed at once so there's a line to go inside but it moved pretty quick. Street parking available or valet as well.......( easier ). Valet is only $5!!! ( worth it )..... The sales person that helped me was super patient, She showed me many options to find my mom the perfect gift. She asked me questions about her to better help me locate something of her style, she was simply very friendly and easy to deal with. She offered me something to drink as well. The process was easy, we found what I liked and she charged me and I was on my way out! Sometimes going to a store like this is a hassle and in general a complicated process, but she made it as simple and smooth as possible. Unfortunately I forgot her name but THANK YOU. read more

If you want somewhere photogenic and instagrammable, this is the spot. It's pricey, but that's to be expected at the Dior cafe. Our coffees were delicious and felt worth it IMO, while the desserts were on the smaller side. We had a short wait that gave us time to look around the store beforehand. read more

The sales associates are aggressively fake nice--all smiles, zero soul. The store itself is beautiful, but somehow manages to feel cold, like a luxury museum where warmth is not part of the brand identity. The merchandise and selection are fine--exactly what you'd expect from a standard Dior boutique. No surprises, no standouts, no reason to linger. Pricing is on par with McQueen, Bvlgari, LV, and Fendi, which is to say: luxury prices for luxury goods, minus the luxury experience. Dior Design District is a necessary evil if you urgently need a Dior item and have exhausted better options. Saks BH carries Dior, as do Dadeland, Miami, and the newer Aventura Mall location--none of which are memorable or particularly inspiring. I'll shop here only as a last resort. Otherwise, I'll continue buying Dior abroad, where customers are treated with actual care during the purchase, after the purchase, and without the performance. read more

Come here for the aesthetics and the pictures but do not expect great food or accommodating service. I have been wanting to come to the Dior cafe for a long time but I live pretty far and they don't do reservations ahead of time. You have to get there, put your name on a list, and wait. They aren't able to quote an accurate time either with their system. The first time I came, it took about an hour to get a table and by then, we had left the design district. This being the second time, we got a table in 10 minutes (by accident?) luckily which even shocked the host. She told me there were a bunch of parties ahead of me. Once you get the notification that your table is ready, you check in with the host, and are led upstairs to their rooftop. The Florida heat is killer up here. When we ordered our drinks, food, and dessert, they brought everything out and our dessert ended up melting before we even got to it. We had to ask the server to bring us a different dessert and they didn't like that we asked. Some of them also don't speak English. They have beautiful drinks but they are very expensive as they imprint their logo. We tried the croissants, tuna tartar and their truffle pasta. Everything was only okay. Nothing to call home about. I really enjoyed my time there but as soon as the check comes, they give your table away within the next minute! The manger asked us to leave even though we were taking pictures. I guess that makes sense since they only have about 10 tables there. read more

"We had the most wonderful experience at Dior in the Design District Miami. The café was absolutely delicious, and the waiter was so friendly and attentive! My daughter surprised me with a beautiful purse and glasses, and Florian, the sales specialist, was exceptional--kind, helpful, and so sweet. We truly felt like we were treated with the most care and attention. It was an unforgettable experience!" Thank you Florian!Thank you Dior!! read more

This Dior location is my favorite luxury shopping in all of the Miami Design District. My husband and I found the atmosphere to be the incredibly inviting and interactive, and their service to be even more pleasing. My husband had been searching for the high-demand 'Dior Dio Evolution Slides' (photo included) online for about a month and visited the Miami Design location; we were immediately helped, comfortably seated and served beverages as I tried on a selection of footwear. -- found exactly the pair we were searching for and we're taken care of for the entirety of the visit. Wonderful experience. Would recommend this location to any Miami locals or visitors. read more

Dior is pleased to announce the opening of a pop-up café on the garden terrace of its Miami Design District women's boutique. The brand has debuted its signature cafe at other locations throughout the world including Seoul and St. Tropez, and it's finally made its way to the Magic City to much anticipation. Located on the boutique's third-floor outdoor terrace, the Dior café continues a longstanding tradition first established by Monsieur Christian Dior and the desire to spread his love for the art of entertaining and his taste in art de vivre. In keeping with this spirit, the new café offers seated table service featuring a concise menu of coffee, teas, juices and assorted fruits and pastries. Upon entering the space, guests will discover a prominent Toile de Jouy theme, recently modernized by Artistic Director Maria Grazia Chiuri for the Cruise 2019 collection with the addition of unexpected animals such as tigers, giraffes and bears. This iconic 18th century French print, which from 1947 adorned the walls of Monsieur Dior's first boutique at 30 Avenue Montaigne in Paris, is found throughout the space on decorative pillows and printed directly onto the terrace decking. Wild animals from the Toile de Jouy's pastoral scenes are brought to life as oversized 3D sculptures that "roam" the space and hang from the trees, transporting you into a magical realm throughout the café. read more

The first Dior cafe in the US! The environment is very nice and the coffee and bakery item taste great. You can't find the menu online because they are not allowed to post it ( not sure why) but if you are wondering about the prices , the cappuccino cost about 12$ and deserted are 12 and above! Highly recommend it. Ps. Manager Tania was very friendly and accommodating! read more

Horrible service. After shopping at the Dior Store in Miami, we had our items delivered directly to our home. The items never showed up after calling and asking for updates Dior finally sent the items and they were the wrong ones. Safe to say we are extremely disappointed. read more

Charles was very prejudice to us. We walked in and said to let him know if we needed any help. We are tourist so left our luggage at the door which was fine... we then proceeded to the hand bags in which over people were there as well trying in bags and glasses alone. As soon as I touched a bag he said no don't touch anything we don't allow that from customers however I have a video and pictures of him allowing the other ethnic group to patronize themselves freely... we spoke to the manager who said he can't say it's true because he didn't see it for himself... even tho we have footage, wow!!! I will be taken this with the proof too corporate and beyond if they do nothing about it read more

If there was a half star I would give a half star to this store. The staff who work in this store lack professionalism and have low work ethics. Worst experience with Dior ever. My husband and I are loyal Dior customers for decades. However I received a voicemail from Dior Miami last week saying that my husband and I purchased something and it's going to be shipped to us. I attached a screenshot of the voicemail. When I got the voicemail I got all confused because I never place any orders with Dior recently and nor did my husband. So I called Dior customer service and they insisted on telling me that my husband placed the orders in store. This caused a huge misunderstanding between my husband and I so we got into an argument over this. The next day we decided to call the store together and it turns out that some sales person mistakenly placed another person's order under my husband's and my account. It's frustrating and disturbing how a single neglect from a clerk can cause such misunderstanding and damage. This incident caused my husband and I almost got into a divorce. The sales on the phone guaranteed me that she will have the manager call me the next day and apologize to me. It has been almost a week yet I get no call from them. Do not guarantee me anything unless you are gonna do it. Out of all the money we had spent on Dior, I honestly expect more from you guys. What a poor way to handle situations like this. I have no idea how the dior store hire these people including the manager. Nobody seems to care about how customers feel except for just want to get profit. We will not purchase anything from Dior ever again, nor will our friends after I told them about what happened. read more

The place is aesthetically beautiful. It is open so if is A hot day you might would like to dress comfortable. It is always full, they don't allow reservation, so you have to be really early to get a spot. The food is ok and so it is the coffee. For an Italian coffee place it should be a little better. The customer service is good and the food/drinks are expensive. Expect to get a capuchino for $12 If you want to go to meet the place and do a little of tourism and take nice pictures this is a good place for it. The plates presentation is wonderful! (That's a call for food bloggers) Resumen en español: el lugar es bello para tomar fotos y tener la experiencia , el servicio al cliente es bueno pero hay que llegar temprano, no admiten reservaciones. Dior hands down have the best customer service ever. Not only do they make you feel at home but also are very attentive at finding what you need and making you feel welcomed. Alex was so kind and was able to help my husband and I with some purchases. We were there for about an hour and never felt pressured to make a decision and leave. Alex is a great representation of the Dior standard. I have been collecting designer items for over 10 years now and this experience has been one of the best. Alex even went out of his way to recommend a few spots to check out in Miami while we were visiting. We also had some help with his co-worker Abraham which was also super friendly and helpful. I could not make up my mind about which shoes I wanted and they made the process easier. I used to be a hard-core Louis Vuitton lover but Dior has the best service out of all the designer fashion houses. I look forward to coming back to Miami and shopping with Alex and Abraham. read more

The Dior Cafe is everything you can expect from a Fashion Cafe - Chic, Instragrammable and Delicious. Tucked in the Dior boutique of the Design District, the cafe is on the third floor garden terrace. The cafe is romantic, with prints from the current collection with animals in the garden. Great for a small bite in the afternoon to catchup with friends. Only drawback was the service. While the staff was friendly, it was a little slow for the size and number of people working there. read more

It is absolutely "instagramable." The cafe is located on the third floor of the actual Dior store on 39th street. The security will direct you to a lady who will put your name on the list for a seat on the cafe. The wait was 30 to 40 minute wait and when you finally get to the cafe you're greeted to your seat. It's Miami and the cafe is outdoors so please expect to feel hot and muggy but they will always try to place you on a shaded seat with fans. The spot is beautifully designed but is it worth it ? If you like pretty pictures then sure but to eat here... I'd go elsewhere. However I am glad I came by here to see what the whole deal is. My sister had the avocado toast which had a bland taste and I had the burrata. Everything was just okay. read more

This is a review for the Dior Cafe. The cafe itself is very small, and in full sunlight, with no fans or misters. The area is cutely decorated but my gripe is with the COST of the coffee, we paid $29.98 for 2 coffees!!!!!!! The coffee itself is nice, but very, very small. I have paid the same price for a coffee on the champs Elysees in Paris. (But at least there I had a view!) I won't be returning, unless they bring their coffee down to maximum $12 a piece. OTL has amazing coffee for 1/3 of the price with better ambience and people watching. Go up to take a photo, but spare the ridiculousness of the cost. read more

Bamboozled. I was very excited to go here and to experience the reputation of Dior Café. To my surprise, the food and the service were mediocre. Not that our server did not merely check on us after we got our food but we had to raise our hand multiple times to get our server's attention to take our order. We placed an order for Açaí bowl, almond croissant, avocado toast, Dior cappuccino and orange, carrot and ginger drink. The açaí bowl was severed in a wine glade instead of the advertised bowl. The Avocado toast was bland. The drinks were tasteful but not amazing. The almond croissant did not have any almonds on it. Overall, I would urge caution to anyone that has high expectations. Your experience may differ from mine as no experience is equal so please take this with a grain of salt. read more

Take me to where the coffee has art and I'm yours! On the top of the Dior store in the Design District, Dior has opened up a pop up cafe and I knew I needed to make it here ASAP, and during the week so that it wasn't swarmed with people. Anyways you're greeted as soon as you walk into the store, and as soon as you make it to the roof top by another employee. From the floor to the decor, it's Dior'd out but it's not overbearing! Disclaimer, don't come here thinking you are going to get a latte for $6.00 even it being just a cafe. It is pricey! The lattes are from $12-$15 but as picky as I am it was perfect from the taste to the temperature. The desserts are about $15 and the little snacks to eat as well, they're are croissants that are under $10. The fruits were ripe, they weren't just sitting there! The chocolate was delicious and the bottom had a little crunch to it. The detailing on the two plates we ordered were stunning as well! What I enjoyed was everybody despite it having the "for the gram" look the cafe was on the quiet side and everyone was smiling here and there while you try to get your perfect picture in! The service was great as well, as several times we were checked up on! This is the perfect girls day outing to be honest as the weather is also perfect, not too hot and not too cold here in Miami! read more

I came here a couple of days ago and I can truly say it was a disappointing experience. When we first got there we looked for a place to sit and it was honestly quite hard to find one since it is such a small location. After about 10 minutes a waitress came to take our order. The waitress was very rude and seemed like she did not want to be there. Also, the food and drinks were extremely expensive. One latte for $12 is quite a lot for something so ordinary. The only good thing about this is that it is aesthetically pleasing. If you are looking for a nice Instagram picture and expensive food and drinks come here. read more

if i can give this place negative stars i would. from the host to the second the left it was horrible. i arrived at 4 put my name on the list. i didn't get sat till 5:30 mind you the girl down stairs taking names had the worst attitude ever. everyone in the location seems to be annoyed that everyone is asking about the cafe and not buying bags or etc. i finally get sat at 5:30 and the waiter start to rush asking what we want seconds after us getting the menu. which they closed at 6 so course they wanted everyone out. the latte, juices everything is pricey for no reason. it's just because it says DIOR and it's AT dior nothing more. the waiter brings the juice and the croissant and starts to pick up all the decorations and sugars from all the other tables. making my friend and i feel uncomfortable. if that was the case i would've rather not gone up. the point is to enjoy the location and experience something you haven't before. No water was offered, no napkins were given. it's just a whole mess! do i recommend this location? NO. but if you would like to take pictures. it's nice. even though it's a mission because everyone would like the same picture with the name on the background. i suggest go to SUPER early. read more

All staff at this store should be fired ! I had a very unpleasant experience and preferred to leave the store. Actually only the security greet me. I called customer service, email and left a complain. They keep advertising an unparalleled where their highest priority is to live up to their clients' expectations and they strive to provide outstanding services. Well IT IS NOT THE CASE AT ALL. And not only this store. I did experienced exactly the same lack of professionalism in their Beverly Hills location. It is sad that nobody in that company cares and pay attention. Not bad for a pop up cafe. From what I've heard it's going to close in April. The food was average I would say its a little above Starbucks quality in regards to the pastries and coffee. The prices are ridiculous, if I remember correctly $16 for a cappuccino? Wow not even in Europe but felt like I was paying in euros! Ordered 4 items, a lemonade, a cappuccino, the cream puffs and a egg soufflé total was around $70 plus tip, I guess you can say it's the cheapest I have spent in Dior. Did it for the gram. read more

I'm so glad I could come out to this pop-up, it was a good experience. Our table was wobbly the furniture seemed cheap but it's understandable since it's temporary. This review is for Café Dior only, which is a pop-up that will last only until April. Take an elevator to the third floor of the Dior boutique and the doors open to reveal a lush whimsical tropical oasis in the heart of the design district. A perfect respite from shopping and running errands, I treated myself to an iced coffee to cool off an unusually warm day for late winter in Miami. I've got a big business dinner coming up in two weeks that is going to be 'hella pretentious' so if you can't beat them, join them... that's exactly what I plan to do in my new Dior suit. Cafe Dior is nice - its not really nice or overly beautiful or anything like that. Its simple and almost utilitarian but for a few design touches. I'm not sure how some people find the setting spectacular because - well its not and though its far from ugly it also fails in any wow factor. However seats are very comfortable and if it's not raining or too hot or humid than it makes for a nice place to relax. The menu is limited to a few dessert items, and a handful of simple appetizers such as Avocado Toast as well as coffee, tea and sodas. That's it. I thought my fancy sounding Dior Choux dessert was pretty good but not good enough to finish the whole dessert. I guess the allure of Cafe Dior is the brand itself .... the Dior name -which is on the plates and on the terrace wall and this gets people a little giddy and good for them. If overpriced drinks and food in a slightly better than standard setting make people happy - well than I can't begrudge that. Service is good and friendly and that's the best part but its the type of place to go to once and that's it. Besides the menu is so sparse that there is nothing to bring me back. read more
