The sales associates are aggressively fake nice--all smiles, zero soul. The store itself is beautiful, but somehow manages to feel cold, like a luxury museum where warmth is not part of the brand identity. The merchandise and selection are fine--exactly what you'd expect from a standard Dior boutique. No surprises, no standouts, no reason to linger. Pricing is on par with McQueen, Bvlgari, LV, and Fendi, which is to say: luxury prices for luxury goods, minus the luxury experience. Dior Design District is a necessary evil if you urgently need a Dior item and have exhausted better options. Saks BH carries Dior, as do Dadeland, Miami, and the newer Aventura Mall location--none of which are memorable or particularly inspiring. I'll shop here only as a last resort. Otherwise, I'll continue buying Dior abroad, where customers are treated with actual care during the purchase, after the purchase, and without the performance. read more

Come here for the aesthetics and the pictures but do not expect great food or accommodating service. I have been wanting to come to the Dior cafe for a long time but I live pretty far and they don't do reservations ahead of time. You have to get there, put your name on a list, and wait. They aren't able to quote an accurate time either with their system. The first time I came, it took about an hour to get a table and by then, we had left the design district. This being the second time, we got a table in 10 minutes (by accident?) luckily which even shocked the host. She told me there were a bunch of parties ahead of me. Once you get the notification that your table is ready, you check in with the host, and are led upstairs to their rooftop. The Florida heat is killer up here. When we ordered our drinks, food, and dessert, they brought everything out and our dessert ended up melting before we even got to it. We had to ask the server to bring us a different dessert and they didn't like that we asked. Some of them also don't speak English. They have beautiful drinks but they are very expensive as they imprint their logo. We tried the croissants, tuna tartar and their truffle pasta. Everything was only okay. Nothing to call home about. I really enjoyed my time there but as soon as the check comes, they give your table away within the next minute! The manger asked us to leave even though we were taking pictures. Good service. Bought my mom some shoes. Located in design district. Only downside since pandemic only a few People allowed at once so there's a line to go inside but it moved pretty quick. Street parking available or valet as well.......( easier ). Valet is only $5!!! ( worth it )..... The sales person that helped me was super patient, She showed me many options to find my mom the perfect gift. She asked me questions about her to better help me locate something of her style, she was simply very friendly and easy to deal with. She offered me something to drink as well. The process was easy, we found what I liked and she charged me and I was on my way out! If there was a half star I would give a half star to this store. The staff who work in this store lack professionalism and have low work ethics. Worst experience with Dior ever. My husband and I are loyal Dior customers for decades. However I received a voicemail from Dior Miami last week saying that my husband and I purchased something and it's going to be shipped to us. I attached a screenshot of the voicemail. When I got the voicemail I got all confused because I never place any orders with Dior recently and nor did my husband. So I called Dior customer service and they insisted on telling me that my husband placed the orders in store. This caused a huge misunderstanding between my husband and I so we got into an argument over this. The next day we decided to call the store together and it turns out that some sales person mistakenly placed another person's order under my husband's and my account. It's frustrating and disturbing how a single neglect from a clerk can cause such misunderstanding and damage. This incident caused my husband and I almost got into a divorce. The sales on the phone guaranteed me that she will have the manager call me the next day and apologize to me. It has been almost a week yet I get no call from them. Do not guarantee me anything unless you are gonna do it. Out of all the money we had spent on Dior, I honestly expect more from you guys. What a poor way to handle situations like this. I have no idea how the dior store hire these people including the manager. Nobody seems to care about how customers feel except for just want to get profit. It is always full, they don't allow reservation, so you have to be really early to get a spot. The food is ok and so it is the coffee. For an Italian coffee place it should be a little better. Dior hands down have the best customer service ever. Not only do they make you feel at home but also are very attentive at finding what you need and making you feel welcomed. Alex was so kind and was able to help my husband and I with some purchases. We were there for about an hour and never felt pressured to make a decision and leave. Alex is a great representation of the Dior standard. I have been collecting designer items for over 10 years now and this experience has been one of the best. Alex even went out of his way to recommend a few spots to check out in Miami while we were visiting. We also had some help with his co-worker Abraham which was also super friendly and helpful. I could not make up my mind about which shoes I wanted and they made the process easier. I used to be a hard-core Louis Vuitton lover but Dior has the best service out of all the designer fashion houses. It is absolutely "instagramable." The cafe is located on the third floor of the actual Dior store on 39th street. The security will direct you to a lady who will put your name on the list for a seat on the cafe. The wait was 30 to 40 minute wait and when you finally get to the cafe you're greeted to your seat. It's Miami and the cafe is outdoors so please expect to feel hot and muggy but they will always try to place you on a shaded seat with fans. The spot is beautifully designed but is it worth it ? If you like pretty pictures then sure but to eat here... I'd go elsewhere. However I am glad I came by here to see what the whole deal is. This is a review for the Dior Cafe. The cafe itself is very small, and in full sunlight, with no fans or misters. The area is cutely decorated but my gripe is with the COST of the coffee, we paid $29.98 for 2 coffees!!!!!!! The coffee itself is nice, but very, very small. I have paid the same price for a coffee on the champs Elysees in Paris. (But at least there I had a view!) I won't be returning, unless they bring their coffee down to maximum $12 a piece. To my surprise, the food and the service were mediocre.Not that our server did not merely check on us after we got our food but we had to raise our hand multiple times to get our server's attention to take our order. We placed an order for Açaí bowl, almond croissant, avocado toast, Dior cappuccino and orange, carrot and ginger drink. The açaí bowl was severed in a wine glade instead of the advertised bowl. The Avocado toast was bland. The drinks were tasteful but not amazing. The almond croissant did not have any almonds on it. Overall, I would urge caution to anyone that has high expectations. The lattes are from $12-$15 but as picky as I am it was perfect from the taste to the temperature. The desserts are about $15 and the little snacks to eat as well, they're are croissants that are under $10. The fruits were ripe, they weren't just sitting there! The chocolate was delicious and the bottom had a little crunch to it. The detailing on the two plates we ordered were stunning as well! What I enjoyed was everybody despite it having the "for the gram" look the cafe was on the quiet side and everyone was smiling here and there while you try to get your perfect picture in! The service was great as well, as several times we were checked up on! When we first got there we looked for a place to sit and it was honestly quite hard to find one since it is such a small location. After about 10 minutes a waitress came to take our order. Cafe Dior is nice - its not really nice or overly beautiful or anything like that. Its simple and almost utilitarian but for a few design touches. I'm not sure how some people find the setting spectacular because - well its not and though its far from ugly it also fails in any wow factor. However seats are very comfortable and if it's not raining or too hot or humid than it makes for a nice place to relax. The menu is limited to a few dessert items, and a handful of simple appetizers such as Avocado Toast as well as coffee, tea and sodas. That's it. I thought my fancy sounding Dior Choux dessert was pretty good but not good enough to finish the whole dessert. I guess the allure of Cafe Dior is the brand itself .... the Dior name -which is on the plates and on the terrace wall and this gets people a little giddy and good for them. If overpriced drinks and food in a slightly better than standard setting make people happy - well than I can't begrudge that. Service is good and friendly and that's the best part but its the type of place to go to once and that's it. Besides the menu is so sparse that there is nothing to bring me back. read more

From the second I walked in, I was impressed by how wonderful the staff treated me. When I realized charges did go through, I called the shop several times with no response. I left a voice message and never received a call back.
