Although from the area, I have not lived in the area for decades. So every time I come through, I like supporting local businesses. Rally's is one. There are other restaurants on the road, but they are normally my "go to" or had been because I really like the fries. Most times they forget items in my order. This time customer service was through the roof horrible! The automated system taking my order was very pleasant. But when I got to the window, there was a young man there who apparently was more caught up in telling jokes with whomever was in the restaurant with him. He quickly handed me my order then immediately closed the window without asking if I needed anything else. I tried to get his attention and then had to honk the horn in order to get him to come back to the window. I asked for ketchup and I think had he been able to get away with that he would've just thrown it at me and walked away. I know that Rally's is a franchise. I do not believe anyone who owns this location has ever been there to inspect it. This burger is raw. So with that said. Avoid this location as if your life depends on it .... because it probably does! In my humble opinion. read more

Employees were nice and food was hot even though I had to drive to window to place order

Off for a late night snack at Rally's! The establishment looked similar to Checkers in Leesville, LA, but I didn't think anything of it. It turns out that Rally's and Checkers operate under different names depending on the city you're in. Apparently, Checkers bought out Rally's a while ago, and although they merged together, they kept the names as is prior to the merger. Who knew?! Regarding the drive thru, the menu is located so far from the intercom speaker system, that I had to take a photo and zoom in. It would be easier to just step out of the vehicle and walk up to the menu to read it. Surprisingly, technology is so advanced that there is an automated system taking drive thru orders (current as of August 2022.) However, since we were taking so long to order (can't see/read the menu from a distance), a live person came on and took our order. Unfortunately, the automated system didn't record our previous partial order. The cashier informed us we'd have to go through the drive thru again if we'd like to order additional items. There's definitely a learning curve when ordering from this particular location. The burgers and fries were standard for fast food, and the strawberry milkshake made me thirstier than ever. read more

Seems it's hard to catch a break with some businesses in our area. No sooner I write a good review when I have to go back and write the opposite. I'd just written a 5-star review (elsewhere) for this Rally's a week ago, and now I have to write a one-star review - over tartar sauce. That's right. A tablespoon of tartar sauce. Ordered a fish sandwich for my wife via the app but couldn't add extra tartar because the app has no way of doing so. No problem I thought. They'll help me at the window... NOT. Girl at the pickup said no, the sandwich was already made, and I couldn't get some in a cup. So, I asked the manager, Shantel, and she refused also. And when I asked for a refund, she refused that as well. Rally's customer service, however, were happy to oblige. So, if YOU have a problem with them, call this number: 800-800-8072. I hit this location intermittently, usually when I'm coming home from work on the weekends or when we close the office early. My usual is a Roadhouse Burger and a large order of the seasoned fries. I have no complaints about this store, the staff is always nice to me and I've never gotten a wrong order yet from here. If you're in the area, and you want something other than the King or Mickey D's, try them out. read more

The food is pretty good. I really like Rally's food. But this one in Thibodaux is by far the slowest place I ever seen. If u are 3 to 4 cars before the order kiosk. It's close to a 30+ min wait. I sat at the order kiosk and didn't get my food for another 25 mins. read more

Easy to get in and out, 2 drive thru, pick up on each side of the building. Big Buford was like a Big Mac, only better and fresh. Spicy fries good, coke watered down. Okay employees. Will definitely go back. Saw that Checkers and Rally's were related. read more

Everytime I come here to this specific location they always close early. They always stop answering before 11pm when I ask are they closed they just look or hide when people are at the window this is ridiculous. Today when I left there was a lady on her phone she just ignored me when I was trying to ask what time they were closed. read more

We pulled up trying to order For 5 people... we were rushed and told to move out of the the drive thru because of a timer... pulled a round at her rude request... came back around. We started to order and she would cut us off "what you want for drink" I had to yell to get her to hear us... Then we ordered a chicken and fry box cut me off again what you so... I replied "excuse me" she said what your so ... finally figured out she wanted to know our sauce we requested ranch.... finally get to the window she shoved drinks out the window and o realized o hadn't ordered one more drink and asked her if she could add one more please. She looked irritated. Rang my card shoved it back at me and my drink! Waited a normal time when waiting for 5 meals she opened the window and practically threw the bag at me and shut the window with out a single word... we kind of sat there like is this all? What am I doing and she glared at me through the closed window with a look of what are you waiting for? Finally opened the window and I asked is this it... she literally flicked her wrist and waved me off "yes" at this point I'm so mad... I've made it a point in my life to try to NEVER be rude to retail or fast food workers but this one was pushing me past the breaking point .. Would give zero stars if possible. Went through drive through with a coupon. Went to pay and forgot to hand the lady the coupon with the money. She gave attitude and then would not accept my coupon. She would not reach out the window to grab the coupon from me then shut the window in my face. As I pulled off she spit at my car! I normally don't review fast food chains but this was bad enough to make an exception! The foods always good but their staff always has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE and are often INCREDIBLY LAZY...to the point of overcharging the customer for certain items (if they misheard them on the speaker). I ordered a large vanilla milkshake, the women at the window thought I said a family order of fries...I pull up to the window, she asks me again what I want so I tell her again, she makes me the milkshake and then charges my card for a family order of fries!! This place gave me a burger with spoil cheese on it! Tried calling them multiple times the day I received my food and a week prior to my visit. No answer nor call back. Did a form to corporate no return calls or feedback. I was just visiting the area, preparing to get back on the highway home I was twenty minutes away from building so I couldn't take it back!! I've noticed that the workers do not wear any kind of gloves on their hands while handling the food and also handling the money at the same time. This is very unsanitary and should be reported and have an inspection of all locations. I am sure if that location does not wear the gloves, I guess that the other locations do not wear them either. The owner(s) should instruct and enforce their employees to wear the gloves but I know that the one at 4460 Chef Menteur Hwy. employees don't wear gloves. read more
