My husband wanted fast food, so we went here to get a couple of Cheese Burgers. So we got whoppers with cheese and fries. The fries were okay, but there was absolutely no flavor whatsoever in the burgers. The meat was flavorless, not even flame broiled. The tomato, pickle, etc all old and flavorless as well. I have been to the burger king over on elysian in the past few months and not the case there. Here? this got about three bites, and went in the garbage. sad. read more

Place looks like a one star restaurant when you pull up to it. When I went there was only one car at the parking lot which I thought was weird because it was lunch hour and made me think it was closed at first. Ordered a chicken sandwich, and they completely ruined for me. I forever will hate that sandwich now. Bread was gross. Lettuce was old. Chicken looked old and was burnt, I wonder how many times they reheated it. I loved the chicken sandwich but I may need time before I get it again. Employee's attitude was whatever. After I paid at the window she asked me to back my car up behind a yellow pole where I could no longer see the window AND THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THAT REQUEST but I did it anyways. Never order door dash from them or order from their website. They want 15.00 an hour, but my belief I'd that if you can't read, if you can't correctly fill an order you don't deserve to be paid. If I could give 0 stars to this location of BK believe me I would! On 3 different occasions I pulled in the drive thru just after the posted opening hours of the store and was told they were still closed. First I was told this by someone inside I assume was an employee, so at the very least even if employees were running late this employee was capable of getting my order together. I would've understood if I was told it's going to be about 15 minutes or whatever time but nothing but we're closed. This happened once a week for 3 weeks straight and then I finally gave up. I reported this to BK customer service and gave them time to correct this issue. It wasn't corrected in 3 weeks so it probably wasn't going to be corrected so I gave up on this location. I know it's easy to slam a fast food. They aren't suppose to be 5 star establishments. How do you mess up the whole fast food experience? It can't be that hard or horrible. First off I drive up and no one comes over the speaker. I wait 3 minutes and then say, "Hello?" to the speaker. To be answered by a, "What?" No, "May I take your order?" just some bratty person in their teens. So I would assume this was a person not in charge, but no. This person was actually a manager come to find out. I made my order and I couldn't understand her at all, so I just spit it out. I was waiting for my total and I sort of said screw it. I pull up and the girls are screaming about one of their baby daddies being a loser. I did find this comical, but I wanted to get my food and go. When I got my drink, it was Sprite instead of Coke. So I decided to return it since the customer service was crazy awful. After she rolled her eyes at me, she closed the window and said, "This mother f**ker is getting on my last nerve!" I was shocked. I know you don't have the most glamorous job, but if you do your job with respect and pride, people will respect you. Since you can't hold it together, you will go no where. I live near by so it is convenient. It is pouring so figured breakfast there. I stood for well over 5 min being the only customer. No hello. No just a min. With money in hand I said Hi I guess I'll just go? Response o bye like we're buds and I was just visiting. They are rude and beyond slow. 80 present of the time my food is wrong or forgotten. Last lunch I got that was wrong . I didn't know till I got home I went back because I am not into mustard the manager didn't apologize instead in a patronizing way told be I should of checked with a scowl on her face. They make 100 breakfast sandwiches at a time to bake under the light. Work the register and handle food. No reason to spend 20 plus min in there being the only one. They are too lazy to let fries or hash browns cook. Mostly raw. I could go on and on and on. Just don't go right? At this point agree. I utilize this Burger King drive thru about 1 to 2 times a month for either breakfast or late dinner after a night out. I drive pass this Burger King daily so it is an obvious choice to visit. I haven't had a negative experience so far. I even tempted fate and ordered a hot dog. Every server I have encountered has been courteous towards me. I don't recall having any problems with anything that I have ordered. If I have ever requested additional condiments and napkins, the employees gave me what I wanted without any inconvenience. I have never been inside this place so that is why I will only give it 4 stars. read more

Awful. Awful. Awful. We were in town for NYE and stopped in at this location for something quick to eat. While our food came out okay I have never experienced anything like what we did at this location. First of all, the young guy taking the order addressed another employee who walked in several hours late and her response, In front of customers I might add, was "I fucking told you I'd be here when I would be here". His face looked horrified as he reminded her she didn't need to speak to him that way. Then with customers still in line two of the female employees proceeded to carry on a very inappropriate personal conversation while yelling across the entire restaurant. There was an older woman standing in line who was appalled and left. After reading some reviews it is obvious that this kind of behavior and lack of professionalism isn't anything new here. One would think that someone from Corporate would have cleaned house by now. No one should be paid at all for behaving this way. Shame on all of you. read more

Even though I asked first the lady goes and gets our sauces and ketchups and then proceeds to walk by me with a dirty ass look and give him his ketchup and then made me reach around to grab my sauce! Wtf is wrong with theses people! This bk has no cookies, no Cinnabon's, no salted caramel shake, no hotdogs, and no frappes and one type of smoothie. Oh! And I almost forgot. When I first get there I'm asking about all these things and this guy who works in the kitchen goes "ya know McDonald's down the street and they got all the food you talkin bout" like no fucking duh I realize this but I don't have coupons for McDonald's now do I?!?? And he just kept saying it with a dirty ass look on his face " I'm just sayin you should go down the street. I see several negative reviews of this BK but they must be out of date. This is one of the better fast food joints in town, vastly better than the clown college of a McDonald's, which is just four blocks away. The woman who operates this BK location runs a tight ship. Employees are courteous and professional almost every time, it's clean (again, much cleaner than Micky D's) and I have never had a problem with food quality. Late hours are great, too. read more

Burger King in general is usually always the most dirty restaurant you can eat at. Even in Wisconsin where everything is clean, Burger King is filthy. I would have to say though that this location is the nastiest, most disgusting establishment I have ever been in. I have traveled all over the world and I would rather touch a Tijuana street walker than any surface in this virus infested house of "nobody cares". If you order the mushroom and Swiss burger, don't count on getting any mushrooms on the burger because "mushrooms be nasty, how you eat dat?" There is no hope for this place. read more
