Slow service. You state your order and they ask you several times after as if they can not hear what you are saying. You get to the first window to pay and they ask if you are sure that is what you want. You get to the second windows and they have a line up of bags asking what you ordered. You would think that a major multinational corporation would hire someone who will listen.

I ordered a quarter pounder and got a fish sandwich the fries were half full I did not want to believe the reviews but it's true stay away

Coffee grounds in cups

Ordered coffee but didn't expect the coffee grounds. I had four coffees and the lid was closed only on one of them. Luckily I noticed otherwise I would have burned myself. Maybe the extra coffee grounds are for another cup later. They really deserve zero stars but you must select at least one to post review.

I could disable an attacker with how hard and burnt this bun was.

This place should be demolished and a park built in its place. It's like a monkeys f***ing a football in there. I really wish I had the option to have DoorDash choose another location on the rare times I order Mc Donald's. Nothing is EVER correct with them! Awful!!!!

This review is proving difficult to write as I am very nauseous. I was served raw chicken (the chicken strips) at this location. The chicken was barely cooked. I imagine that McDonald's has some sort of fixed method to cooking their chicken, for example, "put chicken in fryer and set timer to x minutes." It can't be that hard. I don't understand how this could have happened other then complete incompetence. I would not return.

Worst McDonald's in New Orleans. Took 30 minutes to get my one Happy Meal for my son. Unbelievable.

Fries tasted like cardboard, service was quick but very nonchalant vibe from workers, all in all, the experience could have been better

Best in the city. Food is always the appropriate temperature. And the taste is classic McDonald's.

Slowest drive thru I've ever been to. Spent well over thirty minutes on multiple occasions.

Unfortunately, the customer service was a completely different experience. When I walked in and said I was there to pick up an order, the man and woman behind the bar looked at me strangely, whispered to each other, and then asked for my name. After confirming it, the gentleman only told me the total. No greeting, no smile, and I wasn't asked if I wanted to order a drink or anything else. When the woman handed me my food, I asked if I could have some ketchup. She responded with an attitude, saying, "There's some in the bag." I thanked her and left. When I got back to my work van, I opened the bag and found there was only one packet of ketchup. The food was excellent, but the service left me feeling very unwelcome. Based on how I was treated, I couldn't help but feel like I was being judged differently because of my ethnicity. I can't say for certain that was the reason, but that's honestly how the interaction made me feel. I hope management takes customer service seriously because everyone deserves to feel welcomed and treated with respect.

Turtle Bay -- 4…read more Listen... this is MY spot. One of my favorite places and honestly one of the only places I'll sit down and eat in the French Quarter. I've been coming here for about 6 or 7 years now, and they are easily in my top three. The vibe? Dive bar, laid back, no fuss... but the FOOD? Don't sleep on it. Their menu is solid and I still haven't made it through everything yet. I've had the wings, which we actually got this visit but ate them so fast we didn't even get a picture. That should tell you enough right there. I've had the pizza, and my husband usually goes for a burger. Never any complaints. They've got plenty on tap and the drinks hit too. I love a good Electric Lemonade, but this time I kept it simple with an Angry Orchard. Now let's talk about what keeps me coming back... The steak. We got our old faithful, one of their signature steaks, the 10oz petite ribeye. This is exactly what made me fall in love with Turtle Bay in the first place. Normally it's around $13.95, comes with a twice stuffed potato and a slice of garlic bread. A DEAL. This time it was a little higher, but still under $15, which honestly is still more than fair with how prices are these days. And when I say it be hitting... it be hitting. Only reason this visit didn't get a full 5 stars? My steak was cooked a little over my liking. I usually go for medium, and this one leaned more done than I prefer. Not horrible, just not my usual perfection. But everything else? Still solid. The staff is always nice, always welcoming. I've never had a bad experience with them, and that matters. And I already know I'm coming back because I keep hearing the crawfish is FIRE. Yeah... I need to see that for myself. This is my happy place. Open 24/7, consistent, affordable, and just a real gem in the French Quarter. The Bay is Babe. Period.
