The batter overpowered the onion. We also got the Cajun wings to try which was nice and crispy! They give you a few sauces on the side so you can dip it. I got the ranch which was so good with the wings, fries and burger. The milkshakes are pretty delicious! We got the classic vanilla one. It was a pretty thick shake so you know they use legit ice cream! I also liked the peach lemonade. I would check this place out if you're in the area!

I love the Chili Cheese Hot Dog at Rally's Burger. Today I ordered drive thr two Chili Cheese Hot Dogs, two Cinnamon Apple Pie, one medium French fries, and one medium Raspberry soft drink. The Chili Cheese Hot Dogs was just a normal size, but it was really good. Each chili dogs was made with a toasted bun with a chili hot dog, then added the ground beef on the top, finally they sprinkled the raw onions with a Cheddar Cheese. The Cheddar Cheese was cooked until melting like a soup so I have to admit the cheese was really good with the onions on top. Oh.....it was soo good. You really like it very much. You don't need to add ketchup because a bun with hot dog, chili, ground beef, onions, and Cheddar cheese soup that was good enough for you to get crazy here. Cinnamon Apple Pie is very hot and fresh. Inside is the apple cut in chunk rolled with sugar. It was sprinkled with the cinnamon on top. It soo crunchy. Excelente! I like the lady at the window. She was very friendly and prepared my order very fast. It was very good customer service during lunch hours. I would run there again for the Chili Cheese Hot Dog for $3.00 if ordered two and the Cinnamon Apple Pie for $1.00 if ordered two. read more

This rally's is the most disgusting fast food place you could ever go to. I noticed when we pulled up in the fast food line there was literally a bum shooting up drugs in their arm sitting at the outside tables where we're supposed to eat our food.....!!!! I was shocked my daughter was in the car and afraid to even look outside since about 10 drug addicts were taking over the parking lot.... Not even trying to hide using drugs!!!! We ordered our food but had to wait almost 15 minutes in the fast food line. Then the workers were rude to us, got our order wrong and did not even offer us a refund when we drove back through the line.... The worker told us he can't give us another chicken sandwich because he did not hear us order it plain....and now we are holding up the line of cars !! Wow rude employees that don't even complain to management that constant drug use is happening and it's so obvious why..... there employees are probably all using drugs too!!! So having to come out to San Marcos and Escondido has been what I've had to do to get my fix. It's newer, nicer, cleaner than most locations and the service is actually friendly. Probably the fastest online ordering I've seen anywhere. Literally 3 minutes from when I placed the order, walked in the door and my soda was ready, just waiting on ripping hot fries which came 90 seconds later and they warned me about how hot they were. Of course I didn't wait because I had my arbys sauce waiting to cool it off enough to eat. Let it sit there for 3-4 seconds rather than a quick dunk before eating and it's cool enough. Like all Arbys they have great lighting from tons of windows and a less cramped drive thru than most. They seem to be heavier handed with the meats than other locations and they are the only national ff chain that has cooper sharp, which any Philly Cheesesteak fan knows well. I usually order my 5lb bricks online, but if I just need some of that tang I'll come here. Prices are inflating, as are all fast food, but like everyone else they have rewards. I just don't like how their rewards expire quickly. Often times being available less than a week. I feel less bloated and gross with their fries than from other curly fries. Their cheesesteak is the best of any fast food chain and even better than some restaurants. I'd say it's the 5th best cheesesteak in San DIego. I love how soft their buns are and their rolls have chew and are seeded. Their soda fountains always hit and are never out or low. This location is just outside of most of the transient populations that congregate nearby so walking here isn't bad at all.

When I was younger, I worked nearby so I was there often. But then the Arby's closed, and then reappeared on the opposite side of town. And now it's in a different location a few miles from where it had been. I like the new choices that they've added to the menu. I never was a fan of the roast beef because it was so processed. I prefer things like tri-tip. My go-to in the old days was the chicken strips. These days I buy the reuben, fish sandwich, and the limited items. I also love the potato cakes and mozzarella sticks as sides. The app has some great deals, and I usually place my order to go in the app so it's ready when I arrive. I'm always getting it to go on my way to work or errands. Getting in and out of the shopping center can be a little challenging, but it's near Center City Parkway and the 15 and 78 freeways. That means it's an easy stop on your way to somewhere else.

What is the point of them having that option, if they are just going to abandon it as soon as it gets a little busy!? You know what would have helped make it less busy? Having pizzas ready for the online orders! Then you wouldn't have a line wrapping around your store. The employees were all very visibly overwhelmed and annoyed, which was preventing them from giving any customer service. The best you got was an "I'm sorry for the wait, next".
