Better than Raising Canes!! And that's saying something. Chicken sandwich was fresh, tender and tasty! Their Chester's sauce is a decent knock off of Canes. Mac n Cheese surprisingly really good. Cheese sauce is very flavorful. Give it a try if you are in Valley Center. Prices also reasonable

We had a really good server and he was attentive. Our orders were correct and no issues. I had the California Cobb salad and it was very delicious and filling. Also, their prices are really good. They have special as well from 1-4pm when we went this past Saturday. I will def recommend trying here if you want food or a nice breakfast at Harrahs. Very nice atmosphere and chill. -Marshay D.

Concerned that they were undercooked, I returned them and asked that they be remade. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff took the burgers back and returned with the same patties, insisting they were not pink. Although the burgers came back hot, it appeared they had simply been placed back on the grill after we had already eaten from them. If that is what occurred, it is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. The situation became even more disappointing when the manager was dismissive and treated me as though I was being dishonest. Rather than resolving the issue, she refused to issue a refund. At that point, I no longer wanted replacement food,I simply wanted my money back. Unfortunately, my family became sick after eating the undercooked burgers, making the entire experience even more concerning. Poor food safety, unprofessional customer service, and the refusal to take responsibility turned what should have been a simple lunch into a terrible experience. After many going back and forths with the manager she agreed to give me a refund. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. I hope management takes food safety and customer concerns more seriously in the future

It's a small-ish space with not a lot of tables and no real ambiance, so be prepared to wait in line at peak hours (there is no dedicated Diamond /Seven Stars line). The menu is extensive and offers a wide assortment of mostly Chinese dishes (common/classic as well as slightly more obscure) as well as some Thai and Korean dishes. We've eaten there twice and were pleased both times. The ingredients were fresh, the food came out quickly, and everything was well-seasoned. The portions are quite large-- for example the hot and sour soup easily feeds six adults. Parking is free in the structure and first floor parking lot. There is no outdoor seating.

I noticed they also have take out and there was lots of orders being made/picked up. Considering this is a casino, the prices were very reasonable and the portions large. The soup bowl was huge and there was more than enough for 3+ people. Although we come to this casino often, this was our first time at this restaurant. We will be back again as the food was tasty but we will order less! Our group of three ordered one noodle bowl, fried rice and two chicken dishes - kung pao and orange. So much food. They also started with waters and have fountain Pepsi products.

My husband and I recently snuck away for a quick staycation at Valley View Casino & Hotel, and it was such a nice time. Even though the property is strictly 21-and-over (so not kid-friendly), it gave us a much-needed chance to recharge--even if we did catch ourselves missing our little boy the whole time. The hotel rooms felt brand-new, super clean, and very comfortable. It was so nice coming back to a spotlessly fresh space after spending time downstairs. The casino floor is split into designated smoking and non-smoking sections, which makes moving around comfortable for everyone. They also have convenient complimentary drink stations throughout the floor for quick refills. As for dining, we've eaten at almost all of their spots. From quick bites to sit-down meals, there's always something good to grab. Tips: Sign Up for the Players Club First: Before you sit down at a machine or head to dinner, stop by the Players Club desk. It's free to join, gets you instant match play/offers, and unlocks access to their famous Maine Lobster Buffet once you tier up. Book Hotel Rooms Early: Because the hotel is a boutique setup with limited room counts, weekends book out fast. Plan ahead if you want a weekend overnight stay. Have you visited Valley View yet? When I explained all of his training and then tasks they said he was not "acting like a service dog" and they said they watched footage of us waiting for a minute while they were coming and that he was "pulling on his lead" and "not patting attention" I said I take an accusation like this very seriously and that if they are truly claiming that I want all of this is writing and documentation of him "not acting like a service dog" as well as that video evidence of him not acting like a service dog. I then unfortunately had an episode due to the drama of it all to which my dog tasked and my husband stepped up and took over. They then realized they had messed up, changed their mind and said "we will allow it just this time" Absolutely ridiculous. My dog has gone through extensive training, been certified through two trainers, has passed his CGC and public access and the audacity for a security guard to say he wasn't acting like a service dog because he wasn't looking up at me every single second is ridiculous. They are not robots, he can get stepped on if not careful, he checks in every 10-15 seconds and alerts just fine. They would not show us footage of him "not acting like a service dog" which makes me think they were just lying to try and not allow us entry. I'm only writing this review so others don't feel absolutely awful since the valley view security treats people as the service dog police. I understand people abuse and lie about service animals, but it was quite obvious my dog is trained. To be questioned like a that was awful and just sad. Just be for warned you're going to be questioned like a criminal and may or may not be allowed entry with a service animal.

The selection is good- they have sushi but I don't recommend it. They also have a surf and turf that comes with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Good deal. I liked the variety of drinks and desserts. I recommend grabbing a hot chocolate on your way out. This place is only worth it if you can eat ! I liked the portion sizes because they allow you to rey more things. You can only order 4 items at a time and that's great because the table space is not much & really? How much food do you need at once. For dessert I recommend some ice cream or cheesecake. I say go at least once and carve time to be in line and 2 hours for dinner.

First off, note that this isn't a traditional self-serve buffet. You have to order everything through a server, and you're capped at ordering 4 items at a time. The Highlights: Great Variety: Solid selection across both entrees and the desserts. The Standouts: Lobster tails, crab legs, and beef tenderloin. The crab legs were awesome, sweet and surprisingly not overly salty like most casino buffets. Pro-Tip: Skip the prime rib and go straight for the beef tenderloin. The Lowlights: The service was pretty atrocious. Getting food brought to the table was a battle, we dealt with forgotten items, servers disappearing for long stretches, and an overall persistent feeling of being rushed. Great food can only save a place so much when the actual dining experience is a constant headache. Hard to recommend until they fix the service.
