Went through drive-thru to try their apple pie since supposedly it was one of few that still fry rather than bake their pies. It was dry and not that tasty. I also got some seasoned fries to try, which weren't that great either. Guess there's a reason why I don't go here to eat. Giving 2 stars since drive-thru was relatively fast and easy. read more

Rally's - Apple pie - $1.50 - Burgers Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

Nice food .they get you in and out.they new manger I think his name was Brandon". very professional guy.i love this place

I got there at 3:15AM, they close at 4AM. When I got to the intercom the lady told me she was not accepting new orders when I asked about if they were open until 4AM she rudely said not today, she then rudely said she is only take online orders and 3:30 she won't accept those anymore. She then Angrily said, "So if I wanted something you'd better hurry up and put in an online order." I love their food but after that service I will never go back to this location. read more

I went to this location just before 1am on a Thursday which all signs say they close at 3am and they were already closed.

placed a order with ai was told our order wasn't processed they refused to take our order when they all had headsets on, their machine didn't register our order the black girl was rude looked dirty like she wasn't happy to be there white manager looked like a crackhead that wasn't much help was cussing us out when we had an $100 order telling us to go behind 7 cars will not be going there again bad first experience. read more

if I could give it zero stars I would. staff is incompetent. Food wasn't even warm right after coming out of the store. Had to wait on wings twice after order was messed up the first time. Definitely would not recommend this place read more

This location has never disappointed me when it comes to good quality food. My item of choice is the chili dog and the Big Buford is a strong second. They definitely lead the fast food pack when it comes to their seasoned fries. I try to escape their apple pies, but I get sucked back in when they offer them after I complete my order. Every now and then their shake machine is down, but that doesn't anger me. They've also had some great personalities working at the window. I've had a few I'll-mannered servers there over the years, but all-in-all, they're still among my favorites (unlike the location in Hammond, Indiana that completely infuriated me, but that's another story...). I guess that's why I ran down there tonight, knowing I just ate a big meal about two hours ago. LOL read more

Rally's - You know that fries are good when you don't need any ketchup... - Burgers Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

Over priced. Wings are tiny and are 2.00 a wing. Manager is a dock and didn't care 10 wings cost me 20.00. They tasted like shit. Never

Probably one of the worst rallies I've ever been to it took almost 30 minutes to order a big Buford combo and receive it after being stuck in their line left nowhere to go call since there was cars in front of me and behind me. I also probably watched at least a dozen cars leave because it was taking so long and it's not like everybody was ordering anything crazy besides maybe one or two combos at most in front of me . I guess you get what you pay for in employees but they sure wanna charge you almost $10 for a Combo even tho they still want to pay peanuts to there workers . I definitely will never be back to this one again . read more

Rally's - a half eaten donut with a bite taken out of it - Burgers Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

I ordered my meal that contained 3 burgers. Big Burford and two Rally burgers. Got home and started eating, I was hungry so at first I didn't notice, so yes I took three bites of my Big Buford before I realized all I'm eating was just meat and bread, it had no tomatoes, lettuce, or onions and no cheese. Then I asked my girlfriend and son if their's did and their's didn't neither. So I took our food back up there, then they informed me that they were out of those things, that's why it wasn't on there. So we asked for a refund and they refused to give us one since we ate it. And I asked why didn't they tell us before we paid, and she said she didn't know the speaker didn't update that they was out of those items. So I asked if she could make me a different burger since she wouldn't give a refund, and she said no since I eat half of it already. So now I'm out of my money and food because they opened and went through my food. I'm already mad because Rallys is not next door to me and I wasted my gas twice for horrible food and customer service. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. read more

I used to eat here pretty often and it was a pretty good rally's. Today I got a rally burger to see if they were still good and the burger was about a 5 on a scale of 1. - 10. What was disappointing was the vanilla cone. Other rally's I have tried use a good mix that makes a creamy soft serve This one uses a very low fat content mix that is mostly water. It was not worth the calories so I chucked the whole thing. I will try another rally's to see if they all are changed. I hope not They only cost a dollar. I would rather see a price increase and get a good mix read more

I was told not to get fast food in the evening, after rush hour, but i did it anyway bc of commercial for Mother Cruncher Chicken Sandwich. 7pm. Sandwich was ok. Not spicy and not really crunchy. And the wrapper was greasy. Huh? TY not. Will only go before rush hour or for lunch next time. read more

Slowest. Drive-thru. In. The. World. Great food, they usually get your order right, but if you're in a hurry, DON'T BOTHER. I have no clue why the service is so slow, but it always has been and probably always will be. read more

Slowest service ever. Sat in line for 30 minutes without receiving food and could not leave. Confused my order twice. And still delivered it wrong after 3 repeats. Never again read more

Are we sure we can call this fast food? This location is so slow & what's up with all the mayo? They pile it on everything. Yuck.

Now this is one of the WORST fast food places to go! Not that the food is THAT bad, just it cannot get any greasier or unhealthy for you! Now I love a burger or eating garbage every once in awhile (the rest of the year I'm a heathy veggie eater) but I thought what the hell and give Rally's a try. I hate how you can't sit down, I'm not a fan of taking fast food home, it just feels wrong and who likes cold fries? So I drove through the drive through and ate it in their parking lot, not so fun but glad I did since they got my whole order wrong. Simply enough I wanted everything without mayo (no I don't need extra flavorless fat on my food) which they couldn't manage so I sat and waited, but they did bring me 2 apple pies to make up for it and they were pretty good (as is everything else that is fried and rolled in sugar) We sampled the fish sandwhich (ok, nothing special) the chicken sandwhich (same here) and all of the burgers from baconzilla, cheese champ, melt etc. Fries are ok, probably one of the better things on the menu. All are so darn greasy, really the worst thing you can do to your body. Maybe if you have a crazy hangover this is for you, but I can't do it. I couldn't get myself to get wings or a hot dog, this was enough for me. I'd rather have sonics or pretty much any other drive though any day. read more

While prices are appealing I seldom fond anything tremendous there. However just this week it appears that it is boarded up with a sign about moving read more

We sat in the drive through for total of 35 mins. At the menu board for 15 mins before we were even asked what we wanted to order and another 20 mins waiting on the people ahead of us to get their food. Once you are next in line to order you can't get out of line and have to wait because of the curb. Thirty-five mins in a line with a five year old that's Hangry is not enjoyable. read more

Don't listen to the review that cries about how unhealthy this place is lol. What do you expect a red carpet? Anyway yes this place is good and also has good service. If there is a mistake made on your order they will fix it no questions asked. Great fries and burgers! If you don't like it then I don't know just move on I guess. read more

Omfg! If you were here at the time of this posting you'll understand. Not only a slow ass clusterfuck, but now trying to locate my bank card. Udpdate Had to rally's corporate and make a report. Cancel my card. They followed up with an email saying they found the card and please pick up when convenient and receive a free combo. So generous. Just stopped by and left with no card or combo. I can't make this shit up. read more

I should have known better than to go to a "second tier" fast food restaurant on a Sunday night at 7pm. My first time visiting Rally's lost me as a guest forever. Ordered the Big Buford? and mentioned to the staff (after checking the bag) that it seemed to not be hot. She said that it was probably the bun that made it feel as though the burger was not hot. I let it go as I needed to be somewhere and had to eat first. The burger was indeed not hot at all. I should have driven an extra five minutes to get to a McDonald's. read more

Went to Rallys Main Street REYNOLDSBURG location after 12 am on 12/21.. whew what a surprise. Customer service great... food fresh and hot... will definitely keep in mind when it comes to late night food in the future. read more

Stopped by Rally's today to take advantage of a coupon that expires next week. Although Rally's only occasionally offers coupons, there is always a promotion. I purchased the spicy chicken sandwich combo. Although we were third in line at the drive thru, the temperature of the chicken sandwich was very hot. The chicken had a crispy exterior and juicy interior. The spiciness of the chicken was more peppery than spicy. My combo came with small fries and a small drink. The drink was more like a medium size compared to other fast food restaurants, around 20 ounces. I requested no ice, as I find them to be heavy handed on the ice. This was a moderate size meal. Big eaters may need a larger size or a second sandwich. Overall great menu and great prices. As stated earlier, there are many promotions such as 2 for $3, 2 for $5, and a value menu. We received fast and accurate service with a smile. Great place for budget conscious appetites. read more

One of my guilty pleasure places. Every so often a stop at Rally's is needed. I received quick and polite service here which is better than some Rally's. The food is what it is so I won't really review it. The worst thing about this location is that the traffic is usually too busy, so you can only enter while going east. I also recommend pulling out east and finding a light to head back west. read more

This is the best place to get a swirled cone for just $1. The drive through line was long at 5 pm so we walked up to the window and just waited a few minutes. We also enjoyed the roses and pretty landscaping as we ate outside. read more

Rally's is great when you are in the mood for some good old fashioned heart wrecking. This Rally's is just what you expect from any Rally's. If you have never had it before, I recommend the Big Buford and definitely some fries. It's a classic! I don't usually see much use in reviewing fast food, but a previous reviewer gave a very unfair rating. First of all, if you don't eat meat or are some sort of hypocritical health nut who doesn't have the will power to avoid an occasional stop at a drive through, maybe this isn't the right place for you. Moreover, RALLY'S IS A DRIVE-THRU! That is there marketing concept! Don't come here expecting to be seated and served by some high-end wait staff. You can find those luxuries in restaurants. RALLY'S IS A DRIVE-THRU! read more

This Ralph's is one of my favorites. I love the service and food at all the restaurant 's all over town and in Lancaster and Newark.

I just ordered a Caribbean colada it and it taste like they mixed it with old french fry grease it's completely disgusting.

Garbage, ordered from uber eats and they forgot an entire order. Normally don't complain but to totally forget an entire order?! Especially when ordering from a delivery service so there is no opportunity for the customer to inspect the order. I get it working at a restaurant is a thankless job which can be quite stressful but it's also not rocket science. I will never eat at any rally's again let alone this one. The fault does not sIt with the employees but rather the leadership at corporate whIch has failed these poor souls, who are striving to work a make ends meet kind of job while looking for something else. Thankfully we live in the age of technology and online reviews so I can sit on my couch and complain without the courage and testicular wherewithal required of a face to face complaint. So in conclusion no more rally's for me, also I am looking to make healthier decisions... anyWay, so, the decision is partly because of the garbage that is forgetting mybluffer and partly because I shouldn't be eating fast food anyway if my goals of getting a shredded are to be achieved.. read more

I have never had such a frustrating experiece at a fast food restaurant in my life. I order a fry lover burger with just cheese and lettuce on it and I could already tell if was gonna be messed up when the lady on the speaker wasn't understanding me. So then when I got my burger it had no lettuce on it but it had ketchup and mayo so I took it to the window where it took forever for someone to talk to me. A worker even walked by looked at me and left to which he proceeded to look at me waiting there. And so when someone finally came to talk to me it was the lady from the window and so I told her what was wrong and she proceeded to ask me twice if I wanted lettuce and ketchup to which I told her both times I wanted lettuce and cheese. And then the guy making the burger asked me the same thing but when I corrected him he processed to hold up a ketchup bottle ,like I needed help telling him what I wanted, asking me if I wanted that on it and he did the same for the lettuce all while giving me an attitude like I was annoying him and as he was wrapping it up he told me that I said just no pickles to which if he listened he would have understood what I wanted. read more

Bad service. The food was awful. They need to improve, it was way better a long time ago

I grew up with Rally's and the flavor is still good. But this particular location is a bit messy. The hamburgers seem watered down and soggy but the food is still tasty. The people who work there are rude though. Not all of them just a few. read more
