When I got to the intercom the lady told me she was not accepting new orders when I asked about if they were open until 4AM she rudely said not today, she then rudely said she is only take online orders and 3:30 she won't accept those anymore. This location has never disappointed me when it comes to good quality food. My item of choice is the chili dog and the Big Buford is a strong second. They definitely lead the fast food pack when it comes to their seasoned fries. I try to escape their apple pies, but I get sucked back in when they offer them after I complete my order. Every now and then their shake machine is down, but that doesn't anger me. They've also had some great personalities working at the window. I've had a few I'll-mannered servers there over the years, but all-in-all, they're still among my favorites (unlike the location in Hammond, Indiana that completely infuriated me, but that's another story...). I ordered my meal that contained 3 burgers. Big Burford and two Rally burgers. Got home and started eating, I was hungry so at first I didn't notice, so yes I took three bites of my Big Buford before I realized all I'm eating was just meat and bread, it had no tomatoes, lettuce, or onions and no cheese. Then I asked my girlfriend and son if their's did and their's didn't neither. So I took our food back up there, then they informed me that they were out of those things, that's why it wasn't on there. So we asked for a refund and they refused to give us one since we ate it. And I asked why didn't they tell us before we paid, and she said she didn't know the speaker didn't update that they was out of those items. So I asked if she could make me a different burger since she wouldn't give a refund, and she said no since I eat half of it already. So now I'm out of my money and food because they opened and went through my food. Probably one of the worst rallies I've ever been to it took almost 30 minutes to order a big Buford combo and receive it after being stuck in their line left nowhere to go call since there was cars in front of me and behind me. I also probably watched at least a dozen cars leave because it was taking so long and it's not like everybody was ordering anything crazy besides maybe one or two combos at most in front of me . I guess you get what you pay for in employees but they sure wanna charge you almost $10 for a Combo even tho they still want to pay peanuts to there workers . I used to eat here pretty often and it was a pretty good rally's. Today I got a rally burger to see if they were still good and the burger was about a 5 on a scale of 1. - 10. What was disappointing was the vanilla cone. Other rally's I have tried use a good mix that makes a creamy soft serve This one uses a very low fat content mix that is mostly water. It was not worth the calories so I chucked the whole thing. I will try another rally's to see if they all are changed. I hope not They only cost a dollar. Now this is one of the WORST fast food places to go! Not that the food is THAT bad, just it cannot get any greasier or unhealthy for you! Simply enough I wanted everything without mayo (no I don't need extra flavorless fat on my food) which they couldn't manage so I sat and waited, but they did bring me 2 apple pies to make up for it and they were pretty good (as is everything else that is fried and rolled in sugar) We sampled the fish sandwhich (ok, nothing special) the chicken sandwhich (same here) and all of the burgers from baconzilla, cheese champ, melt etc. Fries are ok, probably one of the better things on the menu. All are so darn greasy, really the worst thing you can do to your body. Maybe if you have a crazy hangover this is for you, but I can't do it. We sat in the drive through for total of 35 mins. At the menu board for 15 mins before we were even asked what we wanted to order and another 20 mins waiting on the people ahead of us to get their food. Ordered the Big Buford? and mentioned to the staff (after checking the bag) that it seemed to not be hot. She said that it was probably the bun that made it feel as though the burger was not hot. Stopped by Rally's today to take advantage of a coupon that expires next week. Although Rally's only occasionally offers coupons, there is always a promotion. I purchased the spicy chicken sandwich combo. Although we were third in line at the drive thru, the temperature of the chicken sandwich was very hot. The chicken had a crispy exterior and juicy interior. The spiciness of the chicken was more peppery than spicy. My combo came with small fries and a small drink. The drink was more like a medium size compared to other fast food restaurants, around 20 ounces. I requested no ice, as I find them to be heavy handed on the ice. This was a moderate size meal. Big eaters may need a larger size or a second sandwich. Overall great menu and great prices. As stated earlier, there are many promotions such as 2 for $3, 2 for $5, and a value menu. We received fast and accurate service with a smile. Great place for budget conscious appetites. read more

One of my guilty pleasure places. Every so often a stop at Rally's is needed. I received quick and polite service here which is better than some Rally's. The food is what it is so I won't really review it. The worst thing about this location is that the traffic is usually too busy, so you can only enter while going east. I also recommend pulling out east and finding a light to head back west. read more

I just ordered a Caribbean colada it and it taste like they mixed it with old french fry grease it's completely disgusting.

Garbage, ordered from uber eats and they forgot an entire order. Normally don't complain but to totally forget an entire order?! Especially when ordering from a delivery service so there is no opportunity for the customer to inspect the order. I get it working at a restaurant is a thankless job which can be quite stressful but it's also not rocket science. I will never eat at any rally's again let alone this one. I have never had such a frustrating experiece at a fast food restaurant in my life. I order a fry lover burger with just cheese and lettuce on it and I could already tell if was gonna be messed up when the lady on the speaker wasn't understanding me. So then when I got my burger it had no lettuce on it but it had ketchup and mayo so I took it to the window where it took forever for someone to talk to me. A worker even walked by looked at me and left to which he proceeded to look at me waiting there. And so when someone finally came to talk to me it was the lady from the window and so I told her what was wrong and she proceeded to ask me twice if I wanted lettuce and ketchup to which I told her both times I wanted lettuce and cheese. And then the guy making the burger asked me the same thing but when I corrected him he processed to hold up a ketchup bottle ,like I needed help telling him what I wanted, asking me if I wanted that on it and he did the same for the lettuce all while giving me an attitude like I was annoying him and as he was wrapping it up he told me that I said just no pickles to which if he listened he would have understood what I wanted. read more
