Fazoli's - Receipt - Pizza Near Me - Reynoldsburg, Ohio

This is one of the friendliest Fazolis. The staff were polite and overall helpful. The food was some of Fazolis top quality. There was an employee coming to check if we were okay, often, and it was busy. Plus, a place we can bring two kids, feed 4, and stay under $30 always will get 5 stars from me! My kids loved it and we will be back! read more

Great garlic bread, plenty of foods to choose from..... price is a little on high side ....

I picked up Take-out and I have to say the food was much better than the last time I ate here. I did up my stars and review from the last review. The food tasted fresh and was nice and hot. I don't know who was working that day but kudos to them. I will be back again soon. read more

Pasta was good, service was great, the overall ambiance was okay. Also, the Parmesan they had on tables was oddly sweet, and I didn't care for it much. read more

This Fazoli's is absolutely on point. We ordered 2 of the ultimate samplers and a penne with alfredo and mushrooms. Both samplers were great and the penne alfredo was as well. Their alfredo sauce is better than alot of sit down Italian restaurants. Solid food with good pricing. Don't forget to order extra breadsticks because they are delicious read more

Fazoli's - Side salad - Pizza Near Me - Reynoldsburg, Ohio

The food and service is good. I would be remiss if I didn't tell you about an employee at this location. Her name is Kim and I have been going to this restaurant for more than a year and she keeps the restaurant clean. Every time I'm in there she is cleaning making the restaurant look professional. I'm very impressed that a young person works so hard with little or no supervision. Great job!! read more

Getting carry out was the way to go yesterday after work. We got a side salad, spaghetti with meat sauce. We also got the ultimate chicken fettuccine. For dessert we purchased two cheese cakes. The spaghetti was a large portion with plenty of left overs for the next day. The four warm breadsticks were delightful as well. Fettuccine was filling. The bacon bits were extra crispy and the mushrooms were a tad oily. The star of the meal was of course dessert. We wisely shared one of the cheese cakes and ate the second one the next day. read more

Sweetie loves Fazoli's, and I go along because it's not bad. It's decent, fast-foody Italian. Not very expensive, a fair selection on the menu, etc. But this place was slooooowwwwwww. Sunday evening, I don't know if they were short-staffed or just disorganized. Waited 15 minutes to order, another 15 for our food to come out. Minor mistake on our order, quickly corrected, but I saw lots of other people coming back for mistakes, including people coming in from the drive-through, and everyone waiting and waiting to order and to get their food. The food itself was decent, 3 stars worth, but the wait made it a barely tolerable experience. Baby K got spaghetti with marinara, and it was a good size order with lots of sauce and tomatoes. Endless breadsticks, which she loved (and I enjoyed as a guilty pleasure.) I got spicy penne with sausage, which wasn't bad. Not spicy, but flavorful, with a good amount of sausage and cheese. I made it a combo, with a drink and a Caesar salad. Fresh salad, grated parm, good croutons and dressing- I enjoyed it. If you come at an off time, maybe it's not bad. I thought Sunday at 730 would be slow, but apparently not. Well, yes, slow, just not busy slow, but slow slow... read more

Food was decent, service wasn't great. We went there 45 min before close. I work in food service, so I get employees wanting to get out close to close, but 45 minutes before isn't that close to closing that it's going to mess up everything you're trying to do. The attitude wasn't an attitude that felt welcoming. read more

Fazoli's - a pasta dish in a plastic container - Pizza Near Me - Reynoldsburg, Ohio

I went there last night for the first time. I've had their food once. My cousin had an event at his church and Fazolis catered it with salad and spaghetti. The spaghetti was average. Last night I ordered the spicy penne with sausage, the Primo Italiano submarine and a house salad. The submarine was average and so was the pasta dish. The pasta dish was not in the least bit spicy, so I added red pepper flakes when I got home and there was hardly any marina sauce. Nothing really to call home about. Would I go there again? Maybe, maybe not, it wasn't terrible it was just average. read more

3 stars for the food, full stop. Twice now I've been in at around 11:15-11:30 in the morning and there's a Mexican chick working the cash register who's attitude is HORRIBLE! And for what? The manager that's been there both times isn't any better. And for what? What could you possibly be THAT pissed off at so early in the day? I'll drive to Grove City from now on out to get my Fazoli's Fix. Two strikes with those funky attitudes and I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Manager lady: Lead by example, positively. Otherwise, your employees are mastering that funky ass attitude with customers. Try being just kinda nice and then maybe work your way up to full on nice. But for business, you wouldn't be employed. Remember that. read more

placed an order online and went and picked it up from the location on E. Main St. in Reynoldsburg. Drove 20 minutes back home and get the food out to give it to the family and the order was wrong. So I called the store as there is no online help with the website it tells you to call the location and question, their solution was for me to drive 20 minutes back to the store then 20 minutes back home because they wanted to fix the food that was already taken from the store. So they wanted me to bring all the food back so they could fix the food and what was wrong with it , not replace it with the corrected items plus this would've left my family hungry for a good 45 minutes roughly. I do not suggest going to this location or dealing with their staff as they cannot read to prepare the order correctly and don't offer viable solutions for an issue with an order that was taken away from their facility read more

Online order Baked Spaghetti with those sinful irresistible breadsticks. Sunday night, 8:52 pm. Happy, energetic, cheerful, enthusiastic staff! We come here quite frequently and I have no complaints! The food is always hot and fresh, the staff is nice and helpful. The restaurant is always clean. And the breadsticks are unlimited! We had a very pleasant time at this location the girl raven that helped us was very nice and helpful.

Still love this place! The staff is friendly and responsive. The $5 lunch price for two items a drink and breadsticks is unbelievable. Their breadsticks and lasagna are better than the Spaghetti Warehouse. I like that when you dine in they use reusable bowls and flatware so that it doesn't all go to waste. I wish more fast food restaurants would do that. They've added caffeine free diet cola line up which is a bonus . The remodelling is very nice. The wood look tables and fresh paint look great. read more

Great service, friendly and helpful. Food was super fresh and tasted great. We went expecting typical average tasting fast food Italian like we usually find at a Fazoli's. But we were surprised to find quality, fresh food! We will come visit this location again for sure! read more

I haven't been to a Fazoli's for something like 20 years, possibly longer. Wow, those were the days, when life was carefree, spending the days at grade school, and nites were dedicated to playing outside with the neighbor kids. Happy to report that this lunch was pretty much how I remember this joint so long ago. I chose their Chicken Carbonara. Solid pasta dish. The noodles were cooked to a perfect al dante. Just the right amount of Alfredo sauce - not swimming in it, but enough to lightly coat the pasta. Big crisp tears of bacon. Of course the breadsticks are were the usual pre-portioned dough sticks, wrinkled from heat. Reminds me of my elementary school days, where we were served spaghetti for lunch with the same breadstick on the side. I'm glad Fazoli's menu is slim, as they do pasta good, so there's no need for them to try and outdo themselves. Staff was friendly and polite. If you have little kids for the day, this is a good choice for family outings, by the way. read more

We had decide to go get some dinner, stopped by to have some itialan walked in NO Hello, made it to the counter and the young girl behind it no smile or anything. We looker at menu and was wondering about the "Pizza sampler " . I had asked what it was and my husband said it Pizza, pasta , garlic bread,l. If said oh then not a sample of pizza huh?? I asked the girl what it was, and she said yeah it's that and rolled her eyes at us. Ok so then we ordered and she said for here or to go, we said here. Paid and went to walk away, empty cup in hand. Got to fountain station and my husband (mgr. @ Lowes) said she wasn't very friendly and he asked me did she roll her eyes too. We gotten our drinks and sat down. Husband said do we get a number for table too, so I went back up and asked if we get a number, the girl said yes, you should know that you take it with you, in which I told her you never gave me the number or told me to take it. She said well everyone knows to take it,. walked away, stopped at the soda fountain to get napkins and looked thur the window /partition and the 2 girl where talking about me and I heard them. So I walked back around and they had deer in head light look at me and I asked them if they was talking about me. So I asked to speak with a Manager there and she said oh I AM THE MGR. I said well if so this will be our last time here, OH and on top of that what happened to unlimited bread stick. ???? When the food came out the "mgr" brought out food, she said her you go and here are 3 bread sticks, NO,... I want to apologize for the issues earlier, which that would have been awesome. But no. If this is the kind of associates that you hire that are hating there job and taken it out on the guest that are coming in to eat, I feel bad , because we like the place just not the ppl, and I think we had came 1 other time and the service was the same, the young kids these day do not know what it means to have outstanding customer service skills. Coming from retail you have to have it. Hoping ppl will read this and BEWARE.. and Good Luck.. read more

The inside of this place is very dirty. Walls and light fixtures are nasty. Not sure the last time they wiped anything down. Not the type of environment I prefer to eat in. I am rating this a 5 star because of the 5 star service we received. We had the chicken burchetta pasta dish. It was really good! Bread sticks awesome!! The manager Sherry came over to our table and ask how we liked our meal and she gave us these e-mail cards to fill out for a free meal. She was very nice and helpful. She came back to our table a little later and gave us some free lemon icy. She said it was her favorite and she wanted us to have them since we filled out the info on the card. I think she went above and beyond making our dining experience there great! Its rare that you find this experience in a fast food/dine in restaurant . We will be back for sure! read more

This location is nothing compared to the Westerville location. It took forever to get our food, there was 3 of us and they brought out 4 breadsticks when our food finally did get there. They don't walk around offering more breadsticks, nor do they offer freshly grated Parmesan cheese when they bring your food out. The Westerville location is quick, offers fresh parm, and more breadsticks. I only gave them 2 stars instead of one because the breadsticks were hot and fresh, just not enough. read more
