Getting carry out was the way to go yesterday after work. We got a side salad, spaghetti with meat sauce. We also got the ultimate chicken fettuccine. For dessert we purchased two cheese cakes. The spaghetti was a large portion with plenty of left overs for the next day. The four warm breadsticks were delightful as well. Fettuccine was filling. The bacon bits were extra crispy and the mushrooms were a tad oily. The star of the meal was of course dessert. I went there last night for the first time. I've had their food once. My cousin had an event at his church and Fazolis catered it with salad and spaghetti. The spaghetti was average. Last night I ordered the spicy penne with sausage, the Primo Italiano submarine and a house salad. The submarine was average and so was the pasta dish. The pasta dish was not in the least bit spicy, so I added red pepper flakes when I got home and there was hardly any marina sauce. Nothing really to call home about. Would I go there again? placed an order online and went and picked it up from the location on E. Main St. in Reynoldsburg. Drove 20 minutes back home and get the food out to give it to the family and the order was wrong. So I called the store as there is no online help with the website it tells you to call the location and question, their solution was for me to drive 20 minutes back to the store then 20 minutes back home because they wanted to fix the food that was already taken from the store. So they wanted me to bring all the food back so they could fix the food and what was wrong with it , not replace it with the corrected items plus this would've left my family hungry for a good 45 minutes roughly. I do not suggest going to this location or dealing with their staff as they cannot read to prepare the order correctly and don't offer viable solutions for an issue with an order that was taken away from their facility read more

Their breadsticks and lasagna are better than the Spaghetti Warehouse. I like that when you dine in they use reusable bowls and flatware so that it doesn't all go to waste. I wish more fast food restaurants would do that. They've added caffeine free diet cola line up which is a bonus . The remodelling is very nice. Wow, those were the days, when life was carefree, spending the days at grade school, and nites were dedicated to playing outside with the neighbor kids. Happy to report that this lunch was pretty much how I remember this joint so long ago. I chose their Chicken Carbonara. Solid pasta dish. The noodles were cooked to a perfect al dante. Just the right amount of Alfredo sauce - not swimming in it, but enough to lightly coat the pasta. Big crisp tears of bacon. Of course the breadsticks are were the usual pre-portioned dough sticks, wrinkled from heat. Reminds me of my elementary school days, where we were served spaghetti for lunch with the same breadstick on the side. I'm glad Fazoli's menu is slim, as they do pasta good, so there's no need for them to try and outdo themselves. Staff was friendly and polite. I am rating this a 5 star because of the 5 star service we received. We had the chicken burchetta pasta dish. It was really good! Bread sticks awesome!! The manager Sherry came over to our table and ask how we liked our meal and she gave us these e-mail cards to fill out for a free meal. She was very nice and helpful. She came back to our table a little later and gave us some free lemon icy. She said it was her favorite and she wanted us to have them since we filled out the info on the card. I think she went above and beyond making our dining experience there great! Its rare that you find this experience in a fast food/dine in restaurant . We will be back for sure! read more

They don't walk around offering more breadsticks, nor do they offer freshly grated Parmesan cheese when they bring your food out.
