It's fast food with flare. They have the usuals, burgers, chicken sandwiches..however quite a bit you can get with spice or additional items like bacon or jalapenos. Their fries are definitely quite a bit more seasoned than traditional ones. They even have loaded fries with different toppings. Only rated this location 3 stars because I really liked the fries & the banana shake was not bad either. This wasn't a good experience hence being my very first time here. Service was super slow & they forgot to put our order of the Deep Sea Double sandwich! I know we should've checked the bag before we left but didn't think it was necessary. Their honey mustard is alright, but the color was a dark yellowish tone and usually honey mustard sauces/dips are bright yellow based on my past experiences. What can I say that hasn't already been said about this place. The service and the workmanship is terrible. My husband and I came for a late night sweet attack. My husband has been here before during lunch hours numerous times, and each time was worse than the last. I wanted to give them a chance for the late shift, and was greatly disappointed as well. We ordered a shake and a slushie; we only got and was charged the shake and had to remind the girl about the slushie- which the girl didn't look to happy to be reminded of. If you have better things to do, don't apply for a job you think you can do mediocre work and still get paid. Most unprofessional service ever. I came here for the first time about 3 weeks ago. Note, I've never been here before but I recalled a friend telling me that they served corned-beef sandwiches. It was pouring rain outside, and I was at the drive through. The lady asked to take my order, so I simply asked if they sold corned-beef sandwiches. The drive through worker (some black lady) proceeded to laugh at me through the intercom as though I couldn't hear her laughing. She answered no in a smart-a** tone, and started carrying on a conversation with other co-workers in the background!!! I told her what I wanted, and she kept saying "Huh? Can you repeat that?" Note that the rain was pouring inside my car through my window which was down because I was trying to order. She might have been able to hear me if she wasn't carrying an outside conversation. Rally's is cool. There's nothing like, extra special about the place. They do have great deals on their value menu and also have really delicious dollar milkshakes. I usually mix strawberry and banana together and it's super tasty. Their burgers are cool, the meat doesn't taste extra processed like some places. The fries are pretty good too. Apparently their wings are bomb too but I have yet to try those. Love the fact that they have double sided drive thru windows (so the passer OR the driver may pay) as well as a walk up window, like a hamburger stand. That's what makes this place unique to me. For my love of the simple Rallys' burger and the wonderful 2-3 minute walk from work, I give them the whole 5 stars!! Yeeppiee! I'm not big on eating fastfood but when I do have cravings for a burger, I would choose Rallys over Mcdonald anyday...their burgers always taste fresh, as they are freshly made..=) It's a little hamburger joint, but sure does have good food. If I get cravings for a hot dog or chili cheese dog, Rally's where I'm at.....=) Their customer service is great too..friendly and quick. This Rally's is terrible and in my honest opinion should be shut down. I'm willing to make the drive to the Rally's on Bullard and First just to avoid this place even though this one is near my house. Every single time we go there, our order ends up wrong. When we check our bags and let employees know the order is wrong, we get nothing but attitude. One night, my boyfriend and I stood at the window for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence, even though they saw us standing there. We were never told "One moment please", absolutely nothing. We ended up next door at Taco Bell. Our last straw there was me and my family ending up with raw burgers, resulting in me being sick the following day because my body does not process undercooked meat. The employees there are beyond rude and they don't seem to have any qualms about sending customers away with uncooked food. I've given this place chance after chance and each time I do, they continue to remind me why I hate it there. I will never go to this Rally's again. Bullard and First is worth the drive. read more

Rally's employee stole my debit card information and sold/gave it away to someone in LA. The EXACT same thing happened to my co-worker a week and half prior and the only place we both used our cards was Rally's. They wait a few days than try to buy large amount of items or gift cards. The employee disappeared for a couple mins with my card, we never thought twice about being it was busy in the evening. Rude tall heavy set lady on sat 06-11-16 Gave me dirty spoon with the 32oz shake which was only 25 oz min. When I showed her she was like what you wAnt it filled to the top lol. Just want to say cashier Christina delivers top notch customer service and we watched her while we ate and she really treats every customer the same way we watched her work so hard going back and fourth to help each customer and she was amazing with that said one of our burgers were not made as we ordered and the help or lack of help we were given by the manager or so called manager her name was naydia was horrible and the manner in which she spoke to her crew was aweful i felt very bad for the young man and Christina who were not spoken to very nicely. Christina did her very best and did key in the order correctly it was whoever in the back who made the mistake and the manner in which this manager spoke to not only us but Christina was so wrong in the end Christina went to the back and corrected the mistake and asked if there was anything she could do to make our experience any better and just a heads up she did by offering top notch customer service so we will definitley go back but the powers that be should really consider speaking to thier managers about customer service because they know nothing about it. The food is fast food so do you or I expect? Certainly some decent food would be nice. The soda drinks were horrible today. Taste like chlorine and toilet water mixed in with soda. Couldn't drink it, threw away. The burger was overly stuffed with dressings that spilled out when you bit into burger. The fries barely pass the taste test. The customer service is non existent and smiles or friendliness is barely noticeable. Not to sound prejudiced but all employees were black. Where is the equal employment opportunity here? This rally's is just something else. I had went with my grandmother. My grandmother ordered and the lady working there repeated the opposite of what my grandma wanted. So my grandma corrected her, well when we got to the window the girl had a very ugly attitude and pretty much staring her up and down as well as the one that handed the food over ugly attitude and with a ugly stare.
