Part of the store has political bobbleheads...I want one so bad. Wonderful political paraphernalia that I loved so much. There's not many stores that catch my eye on Independence Square. This one, I'll return to, if just for the pens and bobbleheads. It will probably be a Saturday after I'm paid, cause I could easily spend quite a bit in this store. The employee was very kind and helpful, and Credence Clearwater Revival played on the stereo. It's an amazing store, and not just for men.

I liked playing but never cared that much about watching except for Steve Sax. Yes, I loved and stalked him until I got to meet him. Walking in this store makes me feel good and I feel a bit nostalgic. The collection of hats is amazing and you can tell the store/owner cares about the presentation. It's immaculate and while not a huge selection because it's a smaller store, it's quality and cool. My boyfriend loves getting the leather baseballs and they offer seconds on them at times which are a great deal because he likes to use them and not just collect. There are some unique products at reasonable prices. For example, cool puzzles you don't see everywhere. I loved grabbing some Big League Chew on the way out. A nice selection is available! I have seen the same younger guy in the shop the 3 times I have been in. I don't know if he is the owner or is just always there, but he is extremely nice and very helpful. I got the feeling this is his business but if it's not, the owner should be grateful for a guy that invested in the products and customer service. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. We were greeted when we walked in by the most lovely lady. She helped me with a shirt and even sparked up a nice conversation during my checkout. I got the cutest glasses for my basement bar and a fun tailgate shirt to wear in Vegas for the Chiefs game we are going to in January. I first went to Rally House in Olathe to see a purse advertised on the website. Since I was going to Manhattan, I felt confident the Wildcat purse would be available there. Again I was told they never had the purse there, but could order online. Since the online description does not have the purse measurements I do not want to order it without seeing it. I am disappointed that Rally House does not have KSU merchandise available in Manhattan or Olathe. I will not be driving to the other locations to see if the purse might be available there. In this case, two strikes and you're out.

I was personally invited to a VIP Preview event to check out the new location. I had heard of them…read morethrough Iron District. The invite the owner sent said a complimentary charm, sips, and specials. Ultimately, I left with no charm and a taste of sourness in my mouth from my experience. When I arrived I had to make sure I was in the correct spot. There's no permanent signage yet, but they had a sign in the window and a board outside with business information. I expected this since they are new to the area. However, when I walked in I was a little taken aback by my experience. Considering there were a couple of people in the store, but nothing that would be considered overly busy. It was awkward to be there for 15-20 minutes and no one even attempted to speak to me or acknowledge that I was there. They have a hat bar, a jewelry bar, and a permanent jewelry station. You can customize your pieces with different charms, feathers, etc. They also have some premade items for purchase. I wish them the best with their new location and I hope they can resolve the issue of customer engagement and service.
