The adjuster was very elusive on the schedule of service, but John and Ryan made it a point to be honest and upfront with me so that I could plan accordingly. They also make your experience very positive. They go out of their way to make it easy to work with them regarding pick up, drop offs, etc. They will even offer to drive you to a nearby place while you wait for your car to be done. Their prices are beyond reasonable. It's rare that you come upon a business where the customer is first. Yet, Chris' is just that place.
