I am not pleased with my results. I came to Carbonite to have my windows tinted and received an unacceptable job and poor communication. · Went to carbonite to have windows tinted · Carbonite stated it would be done to a high standard · Carbonite ultimately hired an outside vendor · Outside vendor damaged exterior and interior of car · Vendor provided poor quality install with light gaps, damage to film, dust in film and poor cuts · Carbonite took no ownership of damage or issues with poor install · Went to get a second professional tinters opinion and they agreed that the work was beyond sub par · Carbonite took five months to come up with a solution · Carbonite did not fix tint first time · Carbonite offered for me to drive to Union to have car fixed · Carbonite refused full refund even after five months As of today, I had to hire a detailer to steam off all the remaining tint as Carbonite only agreed to fix the windshield as they don't feel the rest of the poor job is their problem. read more

Ian is the best period I got my corvette fully deatailed and ceramic coated I purchased my car brand new from the dealership in March of this year It has 900 miles on it It had millions of hairline scratches everywhere from the dealership, only seen on angles with sunlight ...I was depressed about the situation for weeks... I found Carbonite detailing on yelp and called Ian We set up a appointment and I dropped off my new car I picked the car 2 days later Looks amazing!!!! I'm so happy now!!! The prep work/paint correction he did is amazing all the scratches are gone and with the ceramic coating it should be good for a few years The car looks perfect and looks wet all the time Ian is excellent at his craft and knows what he's doing I would recommend him to all Remember the prep work/paint correction is very time consuming 2 days before the ceramic coating read more

If you want detailing and paint correction done right, then Ian and Scott are the duo to making that happen and more! I purchased a vehicle from the dealership that unfortunately wasn't treated well in exterior maintenance (excessive swirl marks, haze, micro scratches). It was only right to give this vehicle the proper care in restoring its exterior finish with a paint correction. Scott helped me out right away by evaluating the vehicle and understanding my cars daily routine. After choosing a stage 1 paint correction I was instantly gratified with a photo of the progress and to see the 50/50 difference with a mirror like reflection. After talking with Ian and Scott and learning more of their history on cars exterior and detailing knowledge made me clearly understand that him and Scott are true craftsman in the detailing realm. 11/10 would highly recommend. Here's some photos of "Before/After" instant gratification! read more

I've been in the auto industry since 2012 and met several detailers in my time. None compare to Ian Osgood. This man is the definition of a perfectionist. I met Ian in 2014 when he worked for Tesla. Ian's reputation was well known throughout the company. To this day, we still use Ian's car wash and detailing technique videos to teach new employees. It was a bittersweet moment when Ian left Tesla, but I knew he was going to accomplish so much more outside of Tesla. Ian's work speaks for itself. Carbonite Detailing, the status quo of perfection. PS little known fact, the name "Carbonite" is an homage to the Star Wars universe. Most notably used to imprison Han Solo. =D read more

I was so happy to find a reputable detailer who offers hand washes close to me. I can't express how thankful I am to have found Ian and Carbonite- this is how all businesses should be. He has a beautiful space, is professional, is so attentive to detail, and is really the best. I can't wait to continue coming here! read more

Ian is a master of the detailing craft. He has cleaned several cars of mine over the years, and there has never been any issues with the work. I am so fascinated by what he can do with a bad paint job that I follow him on Instagram to see more of the before and after shots. I highly recommend Carbonite. read more

Ian knows what he's doing. I'm extremely picky when it comes to someone taking care of my car's finish, but with Carbonite, I had nothing to worry about. I've done countless research on detailing products and techniques, so it's imperative the company that works with my car is extremely knowledgeable and meticulous. I got my car back and it was perfect. Ian corrects the paint immaculately and provided mar-free maintenance washes when needed. I highly recommend this guy. WOW! Ian and his team did an amazing job on my brand new Volvo XC90. Had paint correction and ceramic coating done. The car looks better than when I first drove it home from the dealer. The wet and glossy looks on the car is absolutely incredible. Very professional and honest. Definitely coming back for maintenance car wash or when I purchase my next new car. read more

Great guy. Know his stuff. Best in the business.

Ian is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. We brought our 1960 Classic Mercedes Benz for detailing. It has never looked this great! His attention to "detail" is amazing. Our car is so shiny that sunglasses are necessary to admire it! He is meticulous in all phases of bringing and keeping a car back to life. With his research and experience about processes and products, no one must fear a lack of trust. He also shares techniques and strategies for keeping cars looking good and clean at home including waterless washing. He will be our go to guy for all detailing needs. We highly recommend Ian Osgood for any detailing job on any kind of car. read more

Had paint correction done on both my vehicles prior to PPF being installed. Excellent work and attention to details.

We've used this company on both of our vinyl wrapped cars now and appreciate their attention to detail! Being perfectionist ourselves, this is important to us! They also applied a ceramic coating to protect against UV and water exposure. The owners name is Ian, check them out! read more

Ian saved my car from that "unremoved wax look"! What can I say, I waxed my matte satin vinyl wrap (which I think you are (definitely) not supposed to do!) Anyhow, I couldn't for the life of me remove it; Ian, however, was able (through what could only be attributable to amazing skill, determination, patience, effort, etc) to remove it, and give the car a " whole new lease on life"! To top it all off, he coated the entire car, including the wheels and windshield, with a ceramic coating; it looks absolutely fantastic: what an amazing difference from what I brought him! What's more, Ian told me what I should do, what products I should use to maintain my wrap! He really does live by his company's motto, "because details matter". Thanks Ian! Be back soon to have the interior detailed and coated! read more
