At a doctor's office and she was unable to locate a paying customers file! Never in my life had I heard this before at any medical establishment. They employee there was so rude and unhelpful. Lets start with her presentation, she looked like she walked in from the streets, did not look professional. Not friendly, was not wearing a mask and seemed to not know her job whatsoever! She told me the doctor would be at the office at 2:30pm. I called at 3:30pm and well according to her own rules she refused to answer the phone. What kind of business does not answer the phone during business hours! I go back Monday and to my surprise the doctor is not in again. She tried to brush me off, at this point I just wanted my prescription to never return again! I finally got my prescription and I am happy to say I will take my money elsewhere.
