All of the texts are super nice, the individuals at the front desk are very welcoming and kind, and I've never seen an optometrist here. There was anything less than 100% professional, knowledgeable, and great at their job. I even usually get really good glasses right here, and they do a great job making them even for those of us with really high prescriptions. The dentist who looked at the original xrays specifically pointed out that the 3 "cavities" diagnosed at Shorewood Family Dentistry were in fact still in the initial phase of decay, and not through the enamel yet. Dentists, like all many of us I guess, have to pay their mortgages and student loans. But there is no excuse! I also found it not only odd, but possibly suspicious, that the dentist himself chose to clean this child's teeth instead of having the hygienist do it. I'd never heard of that happening before.

The optometrist shamed my anxiety, I told her she shouldn't treat people like that if they have a fear, you shouldn't shame them, she is young but very good at her job l, just lacks life experience. I have a tumor on my optical nerve, and I need to do a field of vision test, I have anxiety over it she wanted specifics and quickly told me I was being silly. Which is unwise to do for obvious reasons. You need thick skin if you go to this clinic.
