I went in for a consult on cool sculpting for my under arms..there was quite a bit of sagging loose…read moreskin and fat. I was told it would help reduce the appearance and lift the under arm The consultant went as far as pushing up on the excess and saying that it would achieve that much difference. The results were devastating my arms went from 14 inches to 17 inches as the fat was decreased which made the skin that much saggier ...I went in to talk with the director and her comment waa that it didn't look that bad I was furious $ 2800.00 gone and horrible results.. When one of the techs was doing the procedure she made a comment...this really isn't for underarms..it's not going to tighten the skin...this was at my last procedure ...I was in shock!!!! This is the second time I've…read moresent a child to a dentist to be told he has multiple cavities that need filling, only to get a second opinion to find out that they absolutely do not need filling yet, and that they can be treated with good brushing and some floride rinse, and, hopefully, will never need filling. This time, sadly, I was too late. I allowed one filling to be taken care of before I got the second opinion. The dentist who looked at the original xrays specifically pointed out that the 3 "cavities" diagnosed at Shorewood Family Dentistry were in fact still in the initial phase of decay, and not through the enamel yet. Dentists, like all many of us I guess, have to pay their mortgages and student loans. But there is no excuse! I also found it not only odd, but possibly suspicious, that the dentist himself chose to clean this child's teeth instead of having the hygienist do it. I'd never heard of that happening before.

I wrote this review in September of 2025, at the request of Pam at the Milwaukee Rehabilitation…read moreHospital. I had shared with her how pleased my mom and I were with the care my mom received. I then updated it in January, as I feel it's completely dishonest to write a review and not share both good and bad. There seemed to be a bit of confusion as to who was involved in writing it. It is written solely by me, and is based on my experience dealing with this facility. I am reposting with this clarification. My mom completed a stay at this facility in September 2025. There was nothing but positive things we can say about the employees and the rehabilitation hospital itself. Literally everyone we dealt with, from the front receptionist to security, to nurses, therapists, etc. were fantastic. A nurse named Whittany was especially helpful in speaking with the doctor about a concern, and calling me to follow up. Edit to review in January 2026 My mom had ended up back in the hospital, and needed rehab. She was accepted again at the Milwaukee Rehab Hospital, I was contacted by them, and everything was all set. A couple days later the hospital social worker told me the rehab place had withdrawn the spot, and gave no explanation. I never heard a word from the rehab hospital. I should add in here I left a VM for the contact person I had dealt with, letting her know how disappointed I was in the handling of this. I believe she was out of the office, but I never received any call once she returned, or follow up from anyone else. I left that out of the first review because I was simply trying to explain the lack of communication without going into detail. Thankfully my mom went elsewhere and received excellent care, but this completely changed my view of this facility. I hope the people in charge at any rehab place put themselves in the families' place and understand what it's like to go from placement to denial with no contact and no explanation. It would definitely change the impact made if information was given. If anyone from the Rehab Hospital wishes to contact me, my number is on file.
