Came here for a quick lunch, and it was pretty much a straightforward, easy experience. Not too many people dining in, and our order came out within minutes. The bathroom was clean, and the dining area was nice and cool--which was especially appreciated because it's quite warm today. Full AC for the win! We got the box, our usual, and swapped the coleslaw for extra toast. Overall, pretty tasty as always! read more

Super slow service, waited 15 minutes to receive my order. Shouldn't take that long to some a toast with butter on both sides. 9/24/26 9:10 PM read more

What can I say every time I come to this location the place is clean, fresh and has art on the walls. Which that's a nice thing to see while enjoying a meal. The chicken is always crispy, delicious and fresh made. Plus the service is excellent and with good vibes. There wasn't a lot of people during the time I went which that is a plus for me. lol. Which means I can seat where ever I want too. Definitely recommend this location for lunch time or for any other time that you're looking to eat delicious chicken combo. read more

I've been to this location a few times since they opened and have only had good experiences here. On my last visit on Monday, my friends and I swung by here after a night out and we were greeted with the best staff! The workers there were so friendly and literally made us feel super welcoming. I opted to get the kids meal since I wasn't too hungry which come with 2 fingers, fries, and a drink. That meal was the perfect size. The chicken here is pretty standard and pairs well with their canes sauce. The food itself is decent but for $9 and being open late at night, it definitely was worth it. This store has a lot of seatings inside and on their outdoor patio. read more

Portion size has gotten ridiculous over the years! I paid over $2 for an extra chicken finger and when I opened the box, it was about the size of a nugget from McDonald's. Don't get scammed like I did read more

Raising Cane's is one of my favorite fast foods so I stopped by at this place with excitement since it is my first visit at this location. The restaurant inside is very spacious decorated with shiny disco balls, cool mural, nice King of Rock 'n' Roll, Elvis Presley's portrait and bright red sign of One Love. They also displayed their merchandises behind the cashiers that you can purchase with your meal. The outside patio has plenty of chairs and tables with shades that can carry large group of people. The staff were very bright and energetic that made me happy and gave me positive vibe. You can tell that everybody was delight to serve their customers and genuinely care for them. One team was emptying the trash, one team was wiping the tables and mopping the floors, one team was cooking inside the kitchen and the cashiers were taking orders. Everybody was working very diligently that you can tell that that's the reason why the restaurant is so organized and spotless especially the drink station and condiment station. I usually order the Caniac Combo, which comes with 6 chicken fingers, two Cane's sauces, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw and a large fountain drink/tea and two additional chicken fingers to share. The food came out hot and fresh except coleslaw. Everything was perfectly cooked and the presentation was great as always. read more

The food was great and the service was even better. Abby was the sweetest person I've met and was overall a great character!!!

I wouldn't give them even one star. I ordered two dinners via drive through - $30. 30 seconds later I am at the window they hand me a bag and when I get home I discover it is all barely warm and very wet. The chicken, French fries and bread had clearly been packaged earlier and sat somewhere to wilt . . . Maybe they were hot and crispy when put in the plastic to go container. What I received was so gross I actually cried. read more

Great experience all the employees are really friendly and the costumer service is fantastic

Just came back from here and asked for extra cane sauce, but was not given the extra sauce and was charged for it.

I usually love canes- but this was stupid. Paid $15 for a box combo of naked tenders and subbed the slaw for an extra sauce. I get home, open the box to find 4 slivers of chicken. Inherently since the strips don't have breading they would be a little smaller- but this was ridiculous for $15 dollars, not to mention the small portion of fries. Super disappointed and I usually never write my bad experiences here on yelp but my food was inedible due to the chicken being rock hard. I wish I was exaggerating. I also wish I would've done a finger to chicken strip comparison picture before I threw it out so you could really understand how small they were. read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - The Box Combo - New American Near Me - Fullerton, California

The food was good as always, but it was a bit greasier than usual today. The problem was with my three-box combo. One box had chicken fingers that were about half the size of the others. I asked at the counter for a replacement or some kind of fix. The staff didn't know what to do--first they asked the cashier, then the fryer staff. In the end, they just said all the chicken was the same size. You can clearly see in the pictures that it's not. What's worse, no one called the manager. Either the staff needs better training, or the manager just isn't around when needed. The kitchen staff should take responsibility when something's wrong instead of pretending everything is fine. This was a simple issue that anyone with common sense could have fixed. Most other fast food places would have handled it right away. Good service and consistent food matter. This place needs to do better. Though days are coming. read more

New and still working out the kinks - skip for now. I've been to another location and liked the chicken, so I wanted to try this new space for takeaway. The space itself felt a bit dated/not my style (I think there was a fish on the wall??) but the staff was really friendly. BUT. The chicken fingers had the breading already falling off when we opened the boxes and the fries weren't crispy (like limp noodles). The sauce they have is really good though and would recommend grabbing some of those (you do need to pay extra for them). read more

Raising Cane's Fullerton attended our community event today and did an outstanding job. The team members--Luke and David, I believe--were engaging, energetic, and attentive, making sure the kids had everything they needed to have a great day. Their positive attitude created a fun and welcoming experience for everyone. It was a wonderful example of Cane's giving back and supporting our community's youth. read more

Can't imagine how this place only has a 2.5 star rating. ‍ Oh well I was in there a few weeks ago doing some DoorDash in my free time. Was attended to by Kaelin (not sure of spelling). Kaelin was very friendly & attentive. Also went the extra mile holding the door for me on the way out. The interior is awesome, seating arrangement is great, and the food is amazing! Keep up the great work everyone. Especially Kaelin. read more

Raising Canes used to be really good. Now the quality of the food has went down drastically. The tenders and bread are smaller. The chicken is flavorless. The boxes are cheap and DONT even close. I mean what happened Raising Canes? Are you cutting corners? Please go back to how you done things in the beginning because you can tell that the food is NOT the same. It would also be nice to see the company hire a few older workers because the high school kids DONT understand proper customer service. The ambiance has changed and NOT in a good way either.Fix it Canes read more

I'll start by saying I didn't ask for the toast because I hate how soggy and cold it is by the time I eat it at home. I liked the girl who took my order she was very kind and patient considering I had my kids in the backseat constantly trying to have a conversation with me about their food choices When I got to the window the girl there was the opposite of the first girl. She was very short and barely looked at me when talking to me. It was awkward for me to be looking directly at her trying to hear what she's saying to me when she was talking super fast and not facing me. She rushed through giving me my drinks to where I almost dropped them and then did not handle my food bag with care at all. I'm definitely exaggerating but it felt like she tossed the bag out of the window to me I had a feeling I should expect some "shifting due to turbulence" when I opened my container, but to see that the sauce was not closed all the way and spilled out (which lets all be honest is the only real reason we eat canes), and no coleslaw, but of course toast.... The thing I specifically didn't want (we can check the receipt lol). I'm not a regular consumer at canes, but I feel like the few times I have gone we're always pretty subpar. read more

Would be 0 stars if possible.. Literally can NEVER get crispy chicken at ANY raising Canes location. BEYOND SAD! I check my food after getting it and the breading is literally not even on the chicken! Why expand and open all of these locations if training and development is CLEARLY not a priority for you!? You guys have become consistent at messing up my order and giving me a box of shit that isn't worth the $10-15 you're charging!! *Update* Went back in for them to remake it and I stupidly didn't double check my order. Chicken still had big bald spots as big as one side of the entire tender, one of my toasts I ordered wasn't there and everything else was cold!! I WOULD ASK FOR MY DAMN MONEY BACK BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY DAMN RECEIPT BACK! read more

It's the average Canes experience, order your food and then just hang out and chill with your friends. This experience was different as our cashier Tania went above and beyond with her service! Great food as always. But Poor service. Came in and the restaurant was pretty empty but had to wait to place an order. Went to go sit down and the tables were all dirty. Asked about buying a t shirt but they don't even sell them at the restaurant. Needed a to-go box and had to wait just to ask for a to-go box, which literally takes two seconds. Numerous other employees could have simply asked what I needed but didn't bother. This is a poorly managed location. It's one thing if you are super busy but they weren't even busy. read more

Typically Raising Cane's would not be on my roster of fast food places to hit up, but recently I was in a hurry to get somewhere and needed something fast and remembered there was a Raising Cane's on Orangethorpe just west of Harbor Blvd. and on a Saturday afternoon, there was no line! I drove in and all the way up to the employee, placed an order for 3 chicken tenders and a drink and was on my way in about 5 - 7 minutes! A few days later, I was hungry and didn't want to wait long and again, Raising Cane's was wide open! I think the tenders here are bigger and better than Chick-Fil-A! This location is just outside of all of the fast food eateries on Harbor Blvd. so I think it's easy to miss, but extremely close. They are also open later than In-N-Out, so if you're looking for excellent food late at night with little to no wait, this is the spot! read more

First time at this location. Ordered child's chicken tenders meal. The food was cold, the breading of chicken was coming off, the size was pitiful, but what bothered me most was... that they charge for sauces! 45 cents each. I could not believe this. I said don't we even get one with the order? Nope! I went to this one because It was on our way home. Usually go to the Anaheim one, Harbor/chapman. Never had issues at that one and I have never been charged for sauces! I don't ask for a variety, I wanted one for the strips! I will never return to this one in Fullerton, no wonder there was only one car in drive thru, haha, I thought I got lucky, now I know people don't go there. Funny how a small issue will turn you away for good. Terrible that they charge for sauces. Terrible! No surprise they have a 2 star rating. read more

The is special sauce is to die for!!! The is toast is absolutely delicious. They also have good portions which makes it a winner.

No canes sauce in the sandwich combo. I personally enjoy Raising Canes but every time I go to one I never receive my canes sauce. This location was no exception to this unfortunately occurrence. I would appreciate if the sandwich combo came with a canes sauce cup as I would enjoy it much more. Furthermore, I wish to inquire that you add a canes sauce cup; instead I take a canes sauce cup from another order we get (they also didn't include any straws). I would appreciate it if every location added a canes sauce cup, much appreciated. read more
