I have only positive experiences with coming to this franchise location. When it comes to the food I always order mine extra crispy so they don't come out cold or have bald spots. The service is great and friendly. The ambiance of the franchise is well lit but sometimes the music can be a bit loud at times. Would recommend lowering that just a tad bit sometimes. My first visit to a Raising Cane's and it just happened to be Post Malone themed. This location lives up to the hype. The pink Post Malone theme is fun and makes it a tourist destination. Now the important part, the chicken lives up to the hype. The chicken strips were fresh and flavorful. By far they had the best tasting chicken strips I've had and their price was more affordable than competitor Guthrie's. Service was good considering there was a constant flow of customers. I think Posty canes is soooo fun!! The whole restaurant is themed for post Malone from the decor to the menu to the cups and even the bathroom. They have a bunch of cool guitar and clothes from Post Malone. They are so committed to the theme that even the lines and arrows in the parking lot are pink!!! Obsessed with it. I got the 3 finger combo and thought it was delicious. I also think it is a good portion size. They have lemonade and iced tea as well as a soda fountain. I got Diet Coke and the brew was great! If you're a Post a Malone fan it's worth the stop for that alone. The style and decor is so different from your basic Canes. You definitely will be waiting. So I've seen this pink canes which was branded after Post Malone and decided to come check it out. I am very familiar with Canes as I'm from where the first canes originated so didn't come for anything to thrill just to check out the location. One thing I want to call out- the tenders was bigger than I usually get at home. What's up with that Todd The Mountain View is also beautiful. The theme is a little different but there is also some Post Malone memorabilia located in the store and a vending machine with shirts and cups (and other things). This is my second time in Canes first time in the pink Canes in Utah. I came here to see what was the buzz about. My niece told me about it and I was so impressed with all the pink and Post Malone outfits and the ball wall. It was very nice the girls bathroom was dark and it had a dangen kind of vibe to it. The cashier if I remember correctly was Steve he was so cute and nice and helpful. He spoke Spanish which was a plus. He helped my daughter make the decision of what it was best for her and she loved it. The chicken tenders were juicy and they were not bad for chicken tenders. I'm not the biggest fan of the type of music Post Malone creates, but regardless we had to come check his raising canes out. My daughter loves Post Malone's music, so she begged us to come. And considering Salt Lake City was apart of our itinerary, that worked out perfectly. Raising canes is always top notch, but the extra theme added to his location was like the cherry on top to his whole restaurant. Everything is pink, and surprisingly enough no Post Malone music was played. Instead it was a bunch of upbeat pop at the highest volume possible. Me and my grandson both got the 3 finger combo. Their tenders are noticeably smaller, but are still delicous. The sauce is always fantastic, and the fries were almost perfect. All they needed was some more salt. Raising Canes has the best tea out of any fast food establishment in my opinion, just behind McAlister's. Adding all of this up, this location deserves 5 stars. Post Malone does a great job at taking care of his location. Maybe just turn the music a notch and add some seasoning to your fries. read more

This is not your ordinary Raising Canes. This one is like a museum dedicated to Post Malone. They have some his actual guitars and stage outfits on display and some fun art on the exterior all dedicated to him. They also have some limited edition souvenir cups you can buy too. The food is the exact same as you would expect at any Raising Canes, which in my opinion is pretty good for quick service chicken, but you get the addition of the fun and unique environment. If you're unaware, this is fast food. And I'd say fast food chains on Yelp kinda get the one and two star ratings which far comparing it to a steak house, but compared to other fast food I give this a 4-stars. I have never been to a Raising Cane's, AND I didn't do any research on the food. I knew this was a chicken restaurant and that this particular location is the POST MALONE location. So I was a little surprise to learn they only serve chicken fingers. You can get chicken fingers as a sandwich or with fries, but chicken fingers is what they do! I prefer chick-fil-a ... but these weren't bad - 4 stars! But if you're going just to get Raising Cane's maybe go somewhere else because the main attraction for this location is the Post Malone costumes, guitars, and merchandise. When we went the line was out the door but actually moved quickly. They had all registers running and the place was like watching a bunch of ants - everyone had a job to do and kept moving to make the restaurant work. The hardest park was finding a seat!!! They offer indoor and outdoor seating but for the volume of people there wasn't enough. And the bathrooms are literally one toilet for men and one for women, so prepare your bladder accordingly (we drove down from Park City, so I had to go before making the 40+ minute drive home). read more

This is Post Malone's designed Raising Canes, we were in the area so we had to make a stop. You cannot miss the big pink building with pink drive thru. Out front is an old Ford truck with Posty on the license plate. We were super excited to see what all the hype was about! Inside it was all pink with some Posty outfits and guitars that he wore in videos. There were pink ping pong ball table tops with some ping pong balls going through a clear maze on the wall. A little underwhelming, I wish it had more merch or a mural on the wall or something as well. Maybe some Posty music playing. It was really crowded inside, but the team members were like a well oiled machine. It was really loud inside, so they were yelling at the top of their lungs for pickup orders. This is the only location that offers Post Malone collectors cups, 4 in total. I wanted to purchase all 4 but we were only allowed to order 1 cup per meal. Bummer. I wish there was more merch to purchase or more novelty items, but in the end it was just another Raising Canes. Food did take a while to come out, since it was soo busy. Post Malone's Raising Cane's is a cool experience! From his custom Posty Box combo, his truck outside the restaurant, to his old guitars on the wall, the restaurant is a fan's dream. I love that the menu features his custom Posty Box Combo with things he likes such as the half tea half lemonade drink and a Post Malone collector's cup. Service is good. My wife and I stopped by the Post Malone Pink Cane's we kept seeing online. Real talk, the place looked dope and had plenty of interesting things to check out from ping pong balls shooting through tubes on the wall to Post Malone apparel used during concerts or photoshoots. UGH. I finally tried Raising Canes after the long lines, and hoopla has simmered down since their grand opening a few months ago. I decided to go through the drive thru instead of going inside. Not knowing what their menu entails, it took a minute or two to decipher the small print. Finally, a young girl came running over with her portable order taking machine "May I Help You?" I said "I've never been here before, do you have a spicy chicken sandwich?" she said "No, No, we don't. We Don't have anything spicy." Who doesn't offer spicy chicken on their menu. Raising Cane that's who. Because there was a line behind me, I was kinda pressured to hurry and order, so I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries, no drink. The order taker told me it was cheaper to get the combo meal with a drink, than to order separate, so that's what I did, even though I would never drink their soda. Even though I wasn't going to drink their soda, I was curious to see what was inside, because it didn't feel like they put any ice in the cup. I opened the lid and asked myself...Where's the ice? Literally just a few ice cubes floating on top. When I opened the sandwich (to add hot mustard to it) I was surprised. All there was under the bun, was a very small piece of wilty lettuce, and three chicken strips. The strips were breaded and very plump. Why don't they just have a nice big piece of chicken breast (like Wendy's does) that fits well with the bun? When I went to take a bite, one of the chicken strips fell on the floor. *I didn't like having to fight to keep the three pieces of chicken under the bun. The fries were cold and limpy. No catsup or any other sauce was in the bag, or was there any sauce offered. All in all a very hard NO! read more

This was my first time to Raising Cane's. The food was exactly as expected. Chicken fingers were hot and crispy. The portions were big. I left full. The service needs some work. I stood back so I could read the menu as it cycled through a few screens. When I decided I approached the order counter. There were 4 people behind the counter the chatting away. I stood there for over 10 minutes and no one acknowledged my existence. I finally had to interrupt the gossip session and ask for someone to take my order. That was ridiculous. I finally tried Raising Cane's for the first time, and honestly, it's kind of overrated. It wasn't bad, but it definitely didn't live up to all the hype. The best thing there is the sauce. The chicken tenders were alright, but I've had better. Honestly, some of the frozen ones from Costco taste just as good or better when cooked in the oven. The fries were nothing special, and the toast reminded me of Sizzler--not bad, just not anything to get excited about. At the end of the day, the only thing that really stands out is the sauce. We were excited to try Post Malones location . We came here at 3 on a Saturday. It wasn't busy at all . We loved all the pink & looking at Post Malones truck out front . The restaurant is so cool inside it has a few of his outfits displayed . It also has tubes with pink ping pong balls that travel across the room. They have a vending machine with merchandise you can buy ping pong balls - hats -guitar picks- T shirts & other things my daughter bought a hat. The restaurant is very clean inside . The workers are super friendly & the food comes out hot & fresh. We got the 3 piece chicken tenders . I added extra toast because it's the best. We were surprised that they have fresh made mustard dipping sauce . This sauce is amazing! Be sure to try it . We love the Canes sauce too. They do have a special Post Malone meal you can get . While I appreciate the quick service and friendly staff, I felt that a couple of things could be improved to make the experience better. Unique is certainly the word for this raising canes location and honestly, I'm not really feeling it. Excluding the bold choice of going with the color pink at all, where they really missed was making the side walks surrounding the building pink as well. The pink color gets dirty very easily and just looks plain bad. The pink exterior I find makes the building look cheap overall. The interior continues with the interesting design choices, with a random suit of armor, post Malone guitars and clothing, and a pretty cool setup of tubes and ping pongs running through them. The bathrooms look like they came from a completely different building. They are black and white with a dungeons and dragons motif. What was very disappointing is the fact that both the men's and women's bathrooms have signs that say "changing station", but after entering neither of them actually do. The food however is great as always, and they were able to get through the fairly large line surprisingly quickly. so if you like canes, I suppose you have to come to experience this location at least once, but for me, this was a one time thing read more
