We were overwhelmed with the different types of window coverings that were available and had so many questions. Victoria was our salesperson and was very patient with us. There was a lot of walking back and forth in the store to look at the different options. We finally decided on what we wanted and placed our order. After waiting for a couple of weeks, we received notification that our materials were in and ready to be installed. We were able to schedule a Saturday appointment. Installation was done by a husband and wife team, Santiago and Valeria. After our window coverings were installed, Victoria helped me with the settings in my App so that I could open or close the Roller Shade from my phone.
