We were overwhelmed with the different types of window coverings that were available and had so many questions. Victoria was our salesperson and was very patient with us. There was a lot of walking back and forth in the store to look at the different options. We finally decided on what we wanted and placed our order. After waiting for a couple of weeks, we received notification that our materials were in and ready to be installed. We were able to schedule a Saturday appointment. Installation was done by a husband and wife team, Santiago and Valeria. After our window coverings were installed, Victoria helped me with the settings in my App so that I could open or close the Roller Shade from my phone. They were phenomenal and cleaned up after themselves. They were so professional and respectful. Consider yourself lucky if they will be doing your installation!
