I got the ARM premium membership and cancelled almost immediately. horrible service. washes with no rinses so I have to wipe suds off my car. So many times. The carwash would be open with no towels in sight. Three vacuums in the actual track just don't work and the self service ones are no good either. i have proximity to all three in Bloomington normal and honestly, all three suck majorly. My car is not clean after going through here. There is dirty water dripping from the seam of the hatchback onto my back bumper. I got the $14 wash. Very few of the vacuums were working, I had to move my car twice to find working vacuums. read more

Went through the car wash and noticed the top rotating brush didn't wash my hood, windshield, and top, leaving dirt on my car. I drove back to the car wash and raised my concerns. They said that as long as I had roof rack cross bars they had to turn the top brush off. Nothing told me I was going to get a half ass car wash because of my roof rack. No offer to refund me. First time here. Nice that you can use your credit card or cash to pay. Would definitely do the monthly package during warmer months - Mir bang for your buck. They provide window cleaner, multi-purpose cleaner and a number of bays to vacuum out your car. Although, when it is busy, they get full fast. The only downside. Like others have posted, is that my front license plate got bent up. Pretty efficient and the cost is t too bad. Will look for discounts in the future. read more

Did the job, car looked clean. Left some soap spots and didn't dry really well but they made up with it at the self "serve" center.

What a racket!!! I got the middle of the line wash for 16$, in this package it supposedly cleans the grill of your car too. So it takes about 45 seconds to go through the was. I thought to myself wow this car wash must be pretty powerful to go through so fast and get it all clean. Boy was I wrong mark, The side mirrors and the grill looked exactly like they did before I wash the car I was in a hurry and didn't notice this till I left. I had to vacuum on car and they had this little wash tub that was hard to use for your mats. So basically for $16 you almost got a car wash. Always broken vacuums if there are twelve vacuums only 5 or 6 work the ones that's on barely suction. I went today and the man put the cone out so he can chat with a friends and I was sitting there for five minutes never said a word to me. A coworker pulls up from a break he looks like he not supposed to be on. I asked was it open. The first man who put the phone down never acknowledged me and I was just sitting there and more and more cars came behind me. Rainstorms have fell off I'm switching to Club carwash. I've never seen such a long line before in my life. The equipment is solid, and priced reasonably, but seriously, what is up with that line? There is plenty of space admittedly, so you aren't stuck in the middle of traffic, but I'm sure there are other options in Bloomington. I can't say much about car washes. It got my car clean? Undercarriage wash is listed, but they don't do it. You go for wash in winter to clear out salt from underbody. They should fix it...otherwise a good place to go in summer. read more

Pros: Clean car; great use of vac and cleaning sprays/rags included in price, great staff. Cons: Chews up front license plate on both my Ram and my wife's Cayenne. Wheels of all cars still dirty after wash. Regardless of the cons, I plan to maintain the $20/month plan as it is still a bargain. Tips/Suggestion: Before I enter wash, I pull over and spray the wheels down with Wesley's Tire Cleaner..this works and is encouraged anyway. I'm hoping this review will encourage management to address the front plate issue experienced by self and others. The car wash severely bent my front license plate. My friend went a few days later and his windshield wiper was ripped off and and one of his windows was broken in the car wash. Very disappointed. I've been to two of their locations in the Blo/No area and it's the same at both places. They place someone as the payment kiosk or the garage entrance to pressure you into buying some type of multi-wash package. The person is friendly, but I don't like the high pressure sales tactic. They get you in and out quick and that's not a compliment. The trip through the wash is only about two minutes. As soon as the soap is sprayed on the car it's washed and scrubbed off. There's no time for the soap to work properly. If I do go again I won't pay for extra treatments, just the basic wash. read more

Got a monthly plan because it was a great deal! $20/mo and you can do a $10 wash every day if you want. We go quite often because our 2 year old loves the lights and the "show". The added free vacuum, trash cans, and window cleaning supplies help us keep the inside of the ride clean and are all welcome additions! We've recommended them to several other people! read more
