I have come to this business many times over the years and notice when the college kids go back to school the service takes a nose dive straight down! I just came from there. I waited 20min line. I watched as several vehicles ahead of me got their vehicles vacuumed and noticed the rugs were not being taken out and washed. None of them. I purchased the Imperial package. I expected my rugs to be washed not just vacuumed so I asked if the rug washer was broken. The man closest to me turned to me and said, "What?! What?! Are you questioning my methods on how to do my job?!" I replied, "I was simply asking if the rug washer was broken." He was rude and very upset I asked this question. I said it kindly and honestly. This place's customer service is not what it was 10 years ago. They aren't as friendly and they are much slower than they use to be. They rarely offer you the card that shows what each level of service the car wash offers. There are newer and better car washes in town now. I am going to try out some other places for a while. I have tried all three levels of washes, Experience, Sparkle, and Royale, and have found the best value is actually the cheapest one, the Experience. read more

My family car loves this place! However, because they are not touchless, I won't bring my sports car here. Never had a problem with scratches or anything but I just would prefer to hand wash Little Red. I always get the $20 Royale - worth it! A Nissan Rogue is NOT an oversized vehicle and there should not be a $2 charge for such. A Tahoe, a Suburban, hell --- even a Murano I could see. A Rogue is not even as big as a mini van. The vacuum --- didn't even look like they did anything, and the back of my car still had salt on it. For $15 basic wash, errr...sorry, a $17 one for the BS oversized vehicle charge, there should be no spots or anything on that car when it's done. So bad. I can't believe they stay in business. There was only my car and another in front of me, so they were not busy. There is absolutely no excuse for the poor work from the cleaning crew. 25.00 and your car is not even vacuumed well. They took the weather-tech mats out and squirted them off in about 2 seconds and left them filthy and wet. There were several guys working on it. I wished I had looked at the results before I put in a tip. (Probably why the tip jar is placed before you get your car back.) I will never-ever go back again. There was no one behind me at all. My experience at Parkway was excellent. I came late on a foggy and rainy Saturday morning. You're probably wondering why I would come while it's raining. You see, we'd just relocated from North Texas, so the interior was in desperate need of a deep-cleaning. The cars run through a soft touch wash, then a wipe down is done by hand, as well as an interior job if you select The Royale or The Experience. The guys here did a fantastic job for only $25. You can't beat that price! If you don't have cash on you, be sure to ask for a tip to be included on your debit-swipe. read more

Tire dressing they did on three wheels and left one. Rims are still dirty and their marker inside my windshield is not wiped off. I will not go to this place. I've waited a while to write a review. In my mind each company gets 3 strikes. Doesn't matter which location I go to I get the same service. Fairly nice attendants at the beginning, then you walk in and the person at the cash register couldn't care less about you. Nor does the person giving you your vehicle back. It's a mediocre wash with terrible service at somewhat of a premium price. You've got the market cornered in town for now. Everyone was friendly, answered my questions when I asked if I could get the very back of my SUV vacuumed and any way to get the tons of bugs off my front bumper and windshield. Upset that I buy the most, or second to most expensive wash, and I still have dirt and smudges on my vehicle. I want to tell the staff, but I don't want it to turn into an issue. First time went their and thought I would try them seeing they are closer vs going cross town to my favorite place that I receive a military discount and cost me $5. No Military/Government discounts, interior windows nice and clean. dash wiped, car washed, tires supposedly dressed but looks like they didn't even get washed and no shine on them, rims were not cleaned, definitely NO super wheel cleaner, horrible job on the vacuuming interior as it looked like the front driver/passenger sides and the second row foot area only. When I first began using this carwash earlier this year it was great. Lately they are much less motivated. Every time I go I have to have them clean the bugs, vacuum the sides of the seats, or wipe down the door edges. They used to put scents in the car but have not done that for a while. I don't mind the price but I expect a clean car when I'm done. read more

My experience was mediocre. I got the most expensive wash and everything was done fine except the dash - which is kind of an important thing to miss. I could run my finger over any part of it and see a clean line through the dust so I know it was never touched. Customer service was cordial but certainly not friendly. My car is black, but it's been gray for the last month because of all the snow & salt! It looks fantastic, & they were all so helpful!!! My 2 stars for Parkway Auto laundry are because of the following. When you buy the top package the Royale you expect some sort of finished product. However when I got back in my car potions of the inside had not been wiped down, the foot sides on my door had not been wiped clean, the rearview mirror had not been cleaned but was all screwed up, my seat had been adjusted to fit the driver for the 15 feet that he drove it. For a $20 car wash and then expected tip prior to getting in, this is not the place for me to go. The only thing that was good, was the floor, probably because I tipped guy $5 doing the vacuuming to do an extra special job.. Which is at the very beginning of the carwash. read more

Parkway auto laundry would get a "zero" star from me if it was possible. This is the 2nd time I went there and both were completely wasted money. I thought perhaps the first time was a fluke based on the other reviews so I went back out of desperation to get the salt off my new Sienna. My vehicle is only 3 weeks old but it was filthy with salt on the exterior and full of crumbs from a bag of pretzels that was accidentally dumped upside down. Regardless, it wasn't too bad inside. THEY DID NOT VACUUM the inside of my car. I pulled up several minutes after the 7 series BMW next to me yet my car was in the wash first. They also took advantage that it was a minivan and charged me for an oversized vehicle despite the fact that I only told them to do the main passenger areas since it no one has ever sat in the back and the cargo area was full. To top off the major rip off, the snarky, baggy pants kid snarled at me when I asked him to go back and dry the door frames. He looked at me like I had horns on my head. I reminded him that it's negative 2 outside and if he didn't dry it my doors would freeze shut. I could not believe the nasty snarl he gave! Seriously, don't waste your money. Go across the street to the Circle K on landmark and Fort Jesse and go through the automatic wash. You'll save yourself time, money and frustration. read more

I used to love having my car cleaned up here. We waited over 15 minutes in line to tell the guy what kind of cleaning we wanted. When our car was done there was fuzzy stuff all over the dash, the carpet in the rear seat didn't look vacuumed, and there was still dirt on the repair bumper. We will be looking for a different place to get our washed. read more

I've gone here for years. The last 2 times I've gone I've been extremely disappointed. I remember when your car came out almost spotless. The last 2 times the inside of my windows were barely cleaned. You could see exactly where they wiped the towel. So many streaks on all windows. The front bumper....what a joke. Awful. Do not support this business! We took our Jeep Liberty there today. One of their scrubbers got snagged on our license plate. It broke the license plate holder and bent the plate in half. The owner saw it happen and attempted to use his knee to bend the plate back in place. He thought we didn't notice it and wasn't about to let us know. When they said our vehicle was ready, we saw that the plate was still badly bent and the plate holder now hanging off. When we asked to speak to a manager, the owner who tried to fix it with his knee, came our and looked at it like it was no big deal. He said, "well what do you want me to do about it?". I explained that we just paid nearly $20 and our car was damaged. He didn't care at all. He did not offer to make it right in any way. He was actually very rude. We will never be back. I would prefer paying one of our neighbor kids to wash our car. At least then we can trust that if something were to get broken, they would at least be honest enough to tell us. You guys have allowed the lack of competition in the B/N area to make you lazy and complacent. My list of complaints about you is long, but the one that burns me the most is charging me $2 extra for a KIA SOUL because it is an "oversize vehicle." Shut up. You charged me this and you didn't even vacuum out the back compartment! I've also had to remind you on several occasions that I got the Royale car wash and you need to treat the tires. One time I thought you remembered, but when I got home I had to do the 4th wheel myself because you only did 3 of the 4. This place is totally NOT worth the money! The rarely vacuum the floor mats especially if they're rubber mats. A simple wipe down is expected on a rubber mat. While they do wipe down the inside of the vehicle don't expect your seat, mirrors or any of your belongings to remain where you left them. Lastly, despite specifically asking on many occasions they continually neglect to wipe down the rims. This place is ok if you have a very dirty car but I highly recommend you not take your newer car there as they have a habit of giving in back with the interior in worse condition than when you dropped it off. I would suggest looking at one of the actual detail shops in town. Despite costing $50 vs PALS $22 you will truly have a clean car from the detail shops! read more

My car has a bike rack at the rear. I have never taken it off for the past 2 years and still doing car washes with the rack on. I have done car washes at parkway auto as well and knew that this bike rack doesnt get tangled or cause troubles with parkway wash system. And this day i went for a wash and the attendant right away told to either remove the bike rack or leave. (my rack has a lock system and i didnt have the key in hand to remove). No assurances or even promises were cared by him. Just stood his ground and i just had to leave unwashed. The last thing wanted after a long day is to fight to just get a car washed and pay for it on top!! A frustrating experience and a who-cares-it service, i don't think i will be a customer for them again. One less customer never going to be an issue for them. But definitely not going to recommend them to anyone. read more
