Ran into Raining Berries for a quick snack and to kill some time before an event. We got both flavors of the protein balls, chocolate and vanilla. I liked the chocolate better than vanilla, but they were both pretty good. They're an oat/peanut butter/protein powder snack and they're super dense, so great for a burst of energy midday! I'll have to come back and try a smoothie or something next time! It was really hot inside, I'm not sure if the AC was working properly that day.

Latte Coffee

I was really looking forward to trying Raining Berries, but I was pretty disappointed. The music was explicit and uncensored, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable, especially for a coffee shop were families were coming and going. On top of that, I ordered a latte that ended up being totally bland it tasted like warm milk, not much flavor at all. The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is because the acai bowl was good. Not the relaxing coffee spot I was hoping for.

Sampled the acai bowl during the Yelp event at the James Museum. Their acai bowl was fresh, vibrant, and delicious. Just the right mix of fruit, granola, and chill. Perfect palate cleanser in a sea of heavy snacks. Loved the presentation and the cheerful energy at the booth!

The aesthetics of this place What a nice place to come hang out, work, or meet with someone. There was a conference room. There's internet. They have a pretty robust menu too. I was there really early and did have to wait a little bit till someone came in from the back. I imagine it is normal service but it was my experience. I picked up food for friends and myself. The avocado toast was really good. It was kinda pricey but it is also downtown st Pete so maybe in line with places nearby.

While staying at hotel near by I noticed this amazing spot. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie was just the protein i needed to start the day.

'Raining Berries' is for the girls!!! I've never been in such a girly/pink/flowery cafe. Place was full with females. The person I was with was literally the only man. Such a safe and cozy place to catch up or relax on your own. It even has a conference room you can sit in (has a big table for group meets). The egg bites were exactly what I wanted. Side of avocado was fresh. I got an iced matcha which was exactly the taste I like. I also had a sip of the nitro coffee and it was delicious, without any sweetener at all. The aesthetics are perfection. If flirty and fun was the goal, the decor is it.

The bowls are delicious. The decor is fun. The space is clean. The workers are quick and courteous.

Sweet Dreams, Hot Honey Lavender Latte

I'm addicted to this place because it's like dessert but technically healthy. I always get the Sweet Dreams with granola instead of coconut (pictured) and a latte of some kind or a spirulina bowl with nutella, chia seeds, granola, strawberries, bananas, granola and a chocolate drizzle to top it off. It's *chef's I love how much seating they have and the private room is a cool if you need to have a meeting. Music can be loudish if you're planning to work here but it's a great place to do that. I feel like the bowls are kinda expensive. However, this is the only place I've ever gotten these bowls from so do with that what you will.

What a cool little place. The decor is very warm and inviting. The menu is quite extensive. You have Acai bowls, coffee, tea and sandwiches. Basically everything you need. I grabbed a cold artisan tea, called Briar that has hibiscus, lemongrass and a couple of other things I don't recall, and it was delicious! It came in a mason jar for you to keep. The people were nice and welcoming. I would surely come back again and try some of the food and bowls.

Really cute spot, love the aesthetics! The service was speedy and great. Plenty of seating and comfy spots to choose from. Great menu selection as well. I'll be honest id been wanting to come here for-ever but what I did not expect was disappointing coffee. I ordered the honey lavender latte with oatmilk and I've had my share of those all over the country but this was the first time I felt like I was drinking black folgers coffee with a tiny splash of milk in it. Couldn't taste the oatmilk, honey or lavender and it was supposed to be a latte. The server who served me was sweet as can be though but I couldn't drink it. The fruit bowl was nice, it was fruit so didn't require a recipe but felt quite pricey tbh. If anything it inspired me to make fruit bowls at home more!

Liked this place so much, I came two days in a row! I work out a lot and like to have a smoothie after so this being near my yoga studio and Airbnb was perfect :) The interior decoration is so cute and aesthetically pleasing and the smoothies are very tasty and clean. The girls that work here are super sweet and friendly too. All around just a great vibe!

It should not take 25-30 minutes for coffee. If it was packed with customers, I'd understand. The mocha was good, though.

Waited 45 minutes for a smoothie when the place was completely empty. Good bagels but the wait time is absurd.

This place demands attention from the moment you walk in. My wife opted for eggs and bacon, while I went for the cheeseburger. We also shared a French toast, which proved to be the standout dish. It's important to note that this was a shared experience, as we barely managed to finish our portion. The menu offers a brunch selection that's worth exploring. Be prepared to savor every bite, as the food quality here is commendable. Service and flow are both excellent , ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Great experience with a twist!…read more Food 8.0 Vibe 8.9 Service 8.7 Overall 8.4 This place definitely has his own theme and vibe and it sticks to it. A straightforward menu gives a decent variety and the chef delivered on the flavor. We had the egg Benedict the Gudda grits, and the (not so) French toast. Overall, the food was delicious, but I was extremely disappointed with the "French toast" for some reason, the chef opted for not doing an egg/milk bath for their French toast, which to me is a grave mistake, who wants to dry French toast? This liberty could be excused, and tolerable for the sake of creativity and innovation, IF it was openly, shared on the menu, or by the server. However, this came to a COMPLETE surprise to me AFTER ordering and receiving it. I've never had DRY French toast, nor do I ever wish to again despite the tasty toppings and well executed cinnamon butter cream, it was still not an enjoyable experience, especially if you're expecting classic French toast. That said the eggs Benedict was phenomenal. The pork is perfectly cooked. The biscuits are light and fluffy. And the sauce was immaculate. The Gudda grits surprise me while not being creamy in the same way of grit, I've had in the past, these retained their grit structure, but it kind of melted in your mouth, providing that creamy texture and they add chopped bacon and a sweet I would guess type of reduction in just the right amount to balance the flavor of the Gudda. I do wish they had sausage and hash browns. But it's not that kind of place. My last complaint would be in the potatoes that come with the Benedict. Whatever other option, they have picked those get anything, but those ours came undercooked, and they refried them for us, and they still were just below average which for a place like this. I expected more. Overall, not a bad place. The coffee was phenomenal. I had a dirty Matcha, and it was perfectly executed. Prices aren't terrible for what you'd expect from downtown St Pete at a fancy place, so I was happy. Service was good and friendly. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the French toast, the manager came over and offered his apologies and remove the item from my bill, even offered to bring us something else, and to have a beverage to go to make up for it. However, I was at the end of our mail and I was ready to get going with the rest of my day, so I said thank you and we departed. Overall, I will not come back for French toast but that eggs Benedict. I would definitely come back and try something else as well. Give it a shot. Just DONT get the French toast. If you like normal French toast.
