Very Nice place! Decorated for the holidays so that is a plus! First time here, lady behind the county was a hard worker and kind. I ordered the monkey bowl after cardio drumming. Filled me up. Peanut butter sauce was great, didn't taste the chick tar but that's okay it was still good. Large bowls. You do get what you pay for here. I had looked at the reviews and the high rating on multiple platforms and decided to drive the 15 mins to try this place out. It may not look like much from the outside, but I don't judge a book by its cover, and the hundreds of reviews can't be wrong! Although it would appear as though one of the pictures contained in a review was wrong, as this person labeled a picture of an Acai Bowl (my absolutely GO TO) when in fact they don't really have bowls with an Acai base; however, there Berry Bowl is the closest thing to it I was told. That is definitely true. The Berry Bowl was a great choice! I left out the nuts though, but all the other ingredients were spot on! I would definitely get this bowl again and looking forward to trying out some of their drinks too! read more

My hubby found out about this place and went here a few times. I had because I didn't knownthe macro breakdowns to give it a shot but I decided to come w him one day and this place is bomb. Friendly service and good healthy options. I had a protein chocolate waffle and the bad and bougie iced tea. My husband got an iced tea as well as a snickers shake and acai bowl. We also split two protein donuts. The donuts are a good sub for a regular donut but a bit pricey. The tea for only 24 calories was amazing and great blend of flavors. I really liked the protein waffles and I recommend some pecans on top for crunch. My husband's snickers shake was also good and he really enjoys the bowls. This was a on a whim . The place is VERY picturesque inside, I recommend the Mango bowl and the waffles. It was all extremely refreshing, my SO ended up trying the tropical chai tea and it was VERY acidic/citrus. But good . The waffles were very fluffy they could have been a teeny more crispy. Who says that healthy stuff has to taste bad? Well this place will change your mind. I had the"salted caramel pretzel shake" -what a healthy treat!! My wife had the hocus pocus frozen drink. It was a very refreshing drink for a hot day or after a workout. Staff was super friendly & very informative. If you are a Frida Kahlo fan you will find a painting on the wall to peak your interest in this very comfortable setting. If you are working out a the local gym or want a place to hang out with friends this place will definitely fill the bill. This place is wonderful. The protein bowls, smoothies and donuts are all delicious. We have yet to try the waffles but they are next on our list. Really great nutrition profiles on all items and we love the high protein content. Everything is fresh and made to order. The service is wonderful and everyone is very friendly as well!
