The Strawberry Shortcake Matcha was amazing! Smooth, creamy, and packed with flavor. The strawberry and matcha paired perfectly for a unique twist that wasn't too sweet. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and a great spot to relax with a specialty drink. Definitely one I'll order again!

Despite this being advertised as a place where you are supposed to order coffee or a smoothie/bowl place, they have the most disgusting bathroom I've seen in a long time. They are essentially out of toilet paper, toilet is dirty, sink has crusty brown bits on several spots, but the most egregious is the state of the hand dryer, which looks as if it's never once been cleaned.

This was my first time getting acai bowl on my own. The only other time I've had it was a complementary bowl after a 5k run. Definitely a nice treat if you are an active person looking for a sweet yet healthy snack. Good light vibe in this place and plenty of comfortable seating offered. This was my second time going and there is always someone working on a computer so it does have that cafe vibe to it. They have a big menu offering a variety of different bowls, add ons, coffees and other eats. Pleasant staff keeps light banter up while preparing orders. Not a lot of urgency but then again it's not really that type of establishment.

Let me start out by saying that the inside is super cute. It's very aesthetic and picturesque. They have a little conference room that you can you can rent out or you need a quiet place to work. The açaí bowl was a little bit of a let down for me. It wasn't very full and there was very little base. The smoothie was pretty good, I love oat milk but the one with oat milk was overpowered by the taste of oat milk to the point where the other flavors were masked. It's a cute place to go but I wouldn't say that the drinks and food are to die for. However, they are reasonably priced.

I really enjoy working from this space. There's ample seating and the food is quite delicious. The only thing is the women's bathroom can use some work. Each time I've gone in there, it hasn't looked like the sink or the base of the toilet bowl have been shown any love in a while. Also, the hand dryer needs cleaning out. Weird, right? There's a bunch of dried up "paper crumbs" throughout. There's no paper towels in there, so I'm assuming this is toilet paper inside the dryer. I ended up having to use the men's restroom because someone was taking a while in the women's yesterday and would you believe it - the difference was like night and day. Way to go, men's restroom!

A rather cute and Instagrammable spot for coffee. They're really aiming to maximize on the aesthetics, and I think they did a good job. I tried the cold brew coffee and it was pretty solid. Smooth coffee with hints of citrus and fruit. Definitely makes for a refreshing drink on a warm day. Service was solid, with friendly people working here. I think this is a solid spot to meet up with a few friends to chat and catch up over coffee :)

What an INTERESTING concept! An açaí bowl/coffee shop... with a conference room... and a photo wall? It is SUPER cute on the inside with lots of variety of seating. There are comfy big chairs, and tables with metal chairs, and the big conference room that can be reserved. There's also a decent amount of outlets to do some computer work. We tried the seasonal ube drinks because we LOVE the ones from Sorbo. Unfortunately, both the Ube Matcha and the Ube Latte left a LOT to be desired. They were not as sweet as I was hoping for, and lacking strong Ube flavor. The cold foam was subpar. The matcha was strong and less sweet than we like. The espresso part of the latte was just fine. If you're looking for an ube drink, I would just save your time and money and head to Sorbo instead. The service was fine, the workers did not seem to know how to operate the new computer system which is not their fault at all. They informed me it just changed a couple of days ago. They seemed sweet and willing to help. Overall, I would be willing to come back and try one of their açaí bowls. I thought the spirulina and matcha base options were very enticing!

Always love this place! There's always so much space to find a place to chill. There's always coffee options here did not disappoint and they are more known for their smoothies which I will come back and try again. There's also a private room you can reserve for a private function if you'd like.

Love Raining Berries! Delicious lunch and smoothies. Ordered quickly and they even have the tap feature. Love the decor and the conference room they have available. Only downside is my order sat waiting on the counter without them calling my name or order number.

Raining Berries used to be my favorite açaí chain in Florida but recently the quality has gone down. I'm not sure if it is just this location or all of them but the açaí has been completely frozen and flavorless. The last 3 times I went I had to stab at the açaí, after trying to melt the base with the warmth of my hands. The employees are helpful but quite cold to customers. The inside is adorable though, so that's a plus!

Such a cute place to meet with friends or do business. The bowls are good sized and tasty. I was plenty surprised by the avocado toast with eggs. I do wish they had more high protein options.

If you're looking for an Insta-worthy spot, this is it. They have a beautiful rose wall that's made for the perfect Instagram snap, and they've recently added a pink telephone booth for photo opps too! The overall decor is so cute and trendy, with lots of fresh greenery elements. They have acai bowls, smoothies, teas, and coffees. They also have small bites like avocado toast and banana/nutella toast. It all tastes good -- the reason I'm rating it a 4 is that while it's all good, it doesnt really stand out. I think the biggest appeal here is the cute decor and environment. It's a great place to hang out, catch up friends, and get some cute pictures while you're at it. read more

This place just might be my new favorite smoothie spot, if I ever had one! Lol upon first sight, the area is very clean with beautiful bright lights, an automated menu, a pink telephone both that you can take Instagram pictures in along with a rain in berries couch to show off on. The staff were friendly and recommended items for your first time. They have a selection from coffee, latte, smoothies to bagels, snacks and bars. The prices of smoothies are a little pricey but worth it. I would go back again and since this review I've been back twice. read more

So I arrive her at 12:20. Place my order. Watch as everyone who walks in after us gets there orders. I have a limited time as I'm on my lunch break and have conference calls for work. I finally go to the back and ask what's going on. The girl looks at me and is like "what"? She goes to the register to reprint my order and you can see 20 minutes have gone by. Now it's 30 mins and I'm still sitting here waiting. Too many açaí bowl places around to deal with this kind of nonsense. Oh, did I mention no apologies or anything else? Seriously? read more

How was Raining Berries?... well unfortunately the berries don't actually rain but the coffee, the food and the service are Berry good. (Sorry bad joke) I've been a few times to try somethings and make sure it wasn't just a first visit lucky fluke. Sometimes you'll goto a place and get the veteran who knows how to quickly make everything perfectly and has take 100,000 orders even then snarkiest of customers couldn't be mad at. Every time over gone it's been that kind of experience. I could tell I had some of the newer staff members prepping my açaí bowl and while it wasn't 100% perfect I'd say it was 99%. They must train well or have amazing directions, I've yet to be disappointed 6 visits later. The coffee can sometimes take a couple minutes it's not always SB speeds but the quality reminds me of a true coffee shop. The atmosphere is fun and comfortable, seems like a great place to do work or study or even just hang with friends. Don't skip the açaí bowls they are excellent. I warn you the sweetness of the bowl can make your coffee a little bitter but I'm sure if you wanted you could get your drink sweetened! Overall worth everyone of the 5 stars I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, maybe I'll see you there! read more

Was debating between the 3 and the 4 only bc the iced pumpkin latte wasn't as good it looked. The mix seemed a little off wasn't sure if it was just the syrup that I didn't like as much or maybe I just needed to mix it better. After I mixed it it was better. The staff was super friendly and I'm sure they could have remade for me but I was just embarrassed to ask. I think next time I'll stick to a hot latte and the one I liked which was the matcha white chocolate I believe and try one of their bowls. A definite must for cute pictures and the atmosphere. Super delicious coconut sorbet bowl that I ordered and coconut iced tea. The sorbet is a bit sweet. Next time I may ask for less of whatever is making it so sweet, and request more fruit. Everything was fresh, which is great. The worker explained the menu well and allowed me to try the coconut base before ordering the item. I was just shocked by the prices. These two items cost more than $14. This will be an occasional treat for me. Besides the prices, the location was very "Instagram worthy", so get your cameras ready to take cute pictures for IG. Between the nice menu items and cool interior, you should definitely pay this place a visit and see what it's all about. This location has a conference room that you can book for parties 8+. They're also expanding throughout Florida. I plan to return in the future with my family and friends, and also try out the smoothies! read more

When I came in it wasn't super busy. I looked at the available tables and noticed most of them needed to be wiped. They had crumb all over them. I went and ordered a coffee and a brownie. I got the brownie right away. I waited on the coffee for some time. Other people got their coffee, even my friend that ordered after me got her drink. I was still waiting. Finally my friend asked about my coffee, because she was half way through her drink, and no one seemed to know. Then they were like oh I think this is it. It had been sitting there for I don't know how long. When I got it it was warm but not not. It was disappointing. They kept asking people if they were waiting for something. I think it was very disorganized and it was not clean. I shouldn't have to wipe my own table. read more

Delicious acai bowls, avocado toast, and caffinated beverages! One of my wife's favorite places to go for breakfast. Try the smores mocha latte, avocado toast, or the island time bowl. Only things I don't like is that sometimes the acai bowls can be a little melted/watery and most of them contain banana, which I'm not a huge fan of in acai bowls but that's just probably me being picky. Other than that, it's usually a great experience every time. read more

The moment you walk in, you can feel the wonderful atmosphere. Lots of cute places to take a picture and enjoy a cup of coffee or an açai bowl. Nicolle was very welcoming and immediately offered me samples of the bases. They were all delicious but I decided to go with the Pitaya which is dragon fruit. I asked her for a recommendation and she made a wonderful recommendation I thoroughly enjoyed my açai bowl and will be returning many times. Great new spot for the area! Finally don't have to drive to temple terrace! Staff are very friendly and eager to help! Menu is great with some yummy options! The coffee and açaí bowls are delicious! This place is amazing!! I just recently found out about it and can't stop coming here. Service is amazing, everyone is super nice! The atmosphere of this place is super chill, great to come and sit down to enjoy a coffee or a fruit bowl and do some work, or to bring your friends to and hang out. There is a conference room here too that you can book and have meetings in. There's also a wall covered in flowers with a neon light that you can take pictures in front of, its very cute. I get the Acai and coconut bowls, both taste great. I will definitely keep coming here! :) read more

Oh man oh man, what can I even say about this place. I was blown away, and it takes a lot for that to happen. This is by far the best coffee/cafe I've been to in Florida. It is super swanky, modern, gorgeous, innovative and absolutely delicious! I walked in to a bunch of smiling faces ready to assist me and answer any questions. I was taken back by the scenery, it was absolutely beautiful! And to top it off, the beverages and bowls were yummy and created so lovely. I can tell they really took their time with it. Needless to say, get over and check this place out, tell all of your friends because I know I'll be back for certain! Ps, I had the mocha and it was great, they also put a cute little heart in the cream...and it stayed in shape the entire time WHAAAAAATTTT! This is a cute and fun place to go to. I have only tried the coffee, but I'd like to try their açaí bowls sometime. The coffee was good and the employees were helpful and nice. I also thought the pricing was more reasonable than most other coffee shops. read more

I've eaten açaí for years and I'm pretty picky when it comes to liking a bowl but I had to try this place out. Their bowls are pretty good, definitely in my top 5. I personally love the Coconut Berry bowl and I add kiwi. There's not much of a variety for bases, Acai, Pitaya, or Coconut, but they are still freshly open so I'll wait and see if they add anymore! They also have tea and coffee! I love the coconut black tea. Another great thing is that they will basically let you sample anything! Not to mention the place is so cute and has plenty of places for cute instagram pictures! read more

While visiting my mom I www looking for something cute and fun! Coming from the Bay Area where we have lots of hot and trendy health places this was the spot to stop at. I got a basic açaí bowl. It was good, and my mom got the tiramisu late and she really liked it! The vibe is great and is definitely instagram worthy, one of the only in this area! read more

If you are looking for a hot or cold coffee , tea , hot chocolate and healthy berry bowls to meet up or catch up with friends than this new coffee shop venue works. They even offer a large semi private conference room seats 20 for approx. $50/ hr. My Coffee cappuccino and every thing berry bowl tasted fresh and good enough for two actually. I'll definitely keep this place in mind when working in this area. read more

This place is so cute, I love the vibe it brings. The employees were very nice and informative. I tried one of their coconut bowl ("one with the waves"), it doesn't have a really strong coconut taste to it which I like because coconut to me is a very strong flavor. One the other hand, my boyfriend wish the coconut flavor was stronger but I liked it how it was. As compared to other places this coconut bowl is pretty unique I haven't seen other places with this on their menu . I wish they had more bases on their menu, for example maybe like a mango base or chocolate. The toppings were definitely pretty fresh and ripe (which is important because who likes unripe fruit, yuck). Overall, I had a good experience and definitely will be coming back to try different things. read more

We love this place! We have our favorites so hard to branch out from our regular items, because the coconut and acai bowls are our absolute favorites! Our friends that tag along with us always love that they carry other items too, like toast, sandwiches, waffles, coffees, pastries and smoothies...not just bowls. Its a really cute place with insta worthy photo ops. Always customers, but never a long wait for food, with ample, friendly employees to wait on everyone. read more

Ordered 1:55pm and said it would be ready by 2:19 online. Got there 2:15 and waited. After 15 mins I decided to ask for my order and was told it's busy they will get to it. I scanned the names and did not see mine so I made sure to tell them. 3 mins later they found my ticket in the printer. So they continued to make the drinks they had in line and I was pushed to the back. 3:10 I left with my three bowls for $47 with tip. Two normal size but one three quarters full. I did not take it back just know not to go back there again. read more

Super cute place, very pretty flower wall and neon sign! The space is bright and airy, altho it can get loud. Not much comfy seating. There's a couch but that gets claimed pretty quick. Don't come here thinking the smoothie bowls are a healthy/good-for-you treat... all the bowls are kinda high in calories imo; one is even over 1000 calories! Yikes I got avocado toast and it was ok. Kinda bland bc it needed more seasoning and lemon but I've had worse ‍ Worth visiting at least once for a tea and the photo wall. Do it for the gram. The ingredients are great... however I assume it really depends on who makes the bowl. $10 for a bowl mainly packed w/ granola & peanut butter, barely any açaí smoothie in it. Literally i'd say I found 2 table spoons of acai smoothie. The balance was off. Felt like I was eating a bowl of granola cereal smothered in honey & peanut butter. Too dang sweet. Needs more açaí, less granola, less peanut butter... perfect amount of fruit & nuts. read more

They took for ever. When I see everyone after me in the line with there stuff. I went to check my stuff was there on the table they didn't tell me like hey your stuff is here really bad customer service the employees looks like they don't wanna be there.Is only looks but nothing good in my point of view. read more

I decided to try this place since I'm new to the area and a friend recommended it. I ordered just the regular 'Açaí Berry' bowl, which was $9.97!!! I wanted to make sure that the granola they were using was Vegan, but nobody in the store knew an answer, so I opted to omit it. I then asked about the Chocolate Nibs, which they told me contained dairy, and they DID NOT have any non-dairy options available, so again, I omitted them. The worker then asked me if I would like to substitute the two things I had just removed. I asked him what they had available, and he listed items off. I decided to go with almond slices and extra peanut butter. At no point did the worker inform me that adding the almonds & extra peanut butter would cost more, bringing my total to over $12.00. I'm only giving three stars because I don't particularly appreciate that I was charged extra for something that should've been included and untimely NOT informed of the price increase. In the end, the location was accessible, the ambiance was nice, the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, and the food was good. I'll maybe try again in the future. read more

After the gym, my fiancé and I needed somewhere to work on our wedding planning. My fiancé had been to men's warehouse previously and saw this place across the street and wanted to try it out. From the moment I walked in, I loved the ambiance. The place is very bright and inviting. The places to sit are cute and cozy. There's a huge Instagram wall that says "Kiss my açaí" that's really cute. We captured some photos in front of the couch that's there. These turned out really nice. There's also what looks like a conference room that would be especially useful to reserve for meetings or small parties. As far as the menu goes, there was a pretty decent selection of coffee and açaí. They have lots of different teas and Kombucha. I got the "It's Raining Berries" açaí bowl without coconut and it was delicious. I also got the honey almond latte. This was a little deceiving because I thought it had almond milk in it, but it does not. Thankfully they have milk substitute choices and I was able to get it with almond milk. This is especially nice for people with allergies or who are health conscious. I thoroughly enjoyed the large mugs they come in and my latte was very tasty. The only reason I'm giving this place a 4/5 is because the tables we were using were pretty wobbly and unsteady. Also, we had someone come up to us a few minutes prior to close, after someone already came by, and told us they were closing. We felt rushed to get out, even though we already knew what time they were closing. We would likely be back. Just wish it was open a little bit later, maybe 10pm, because we didn't have anywhere else to go to continue working after they closed. read more

High quality bowls and coffee too. Much better than other bowls I've had in Tampa. Great service, clean, and delicious. I had the on island time Acai bowl and it was great. The base was a great consistency and the fruit was fresh and there was a lot of it. Really an awesome deal for the price. The riptide smoothie was Also delicious with lots of premium ingredients like turmeric, coconut water, and fruit. My friend had an iced latte and avocado toast which she enjoyed. The atmosphere is modern but also welcoming. The staff were very helpful and polite. Not to mention the cool neon sign and conference room - what a neat idea! Raining Berries in Wesley Chapel was a great experience! The space was clean, open, and had plenty of seating--even a private room for small groups (check the website for details on using it). I used the app for the first time and got a $5 coupon, which was a nice perk. I ordered the "It's Raining Berries" açaí bowl with a few changes, and it was fresh, tasty, and worth the price. Three stars for the brunette that made my daughters bowl, on Thursday night 5/17. My daughter came out with the messiest bowl of açaí. It was so dirty , her hands were so sticky by the time she was able to open it and eat. The amount of Nutella and PB was barely a spoonful. Understaffed.
