The team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. The craftsmanship was exceptional -- from perfectly aligned seams to a flawless waterfall edge and apron sink detail. The quality, precision, and overall care put into the installation truly exceeded our expectations. We're thrilled with the results and highly recommend this company for anyone looking for beautiful, well-executed stonework.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Northwest Granite has been extremely…read moredisappointing from start to finish. Communication was awful at every level. Any time I raised concerns with the project managers, they were quick to blame me for delays and became defensive and aggressive instead of listening. At no point did anyone take ownership of the issues I was experiencing--I felt constantly questioned, doubted, and talked down to. The demolition crew that removed my old countertops was careless and unprofessional. They never put down any protection on my brand-new floors, and while breaking apart the old stone they crushed pieces of countertop into the flooring, damaging several areas. They also punched a hole in a wall I had just repaired and said nothing--no acknowledgment, no apology, just left it for me to find later. On top of that, they left sharp broken pieces of stone inside the cabinets, on the floors, in adjoining rooms, and even in the driveway. It felt like a rushed job with zero regard for housekeeping, safety, or respect for my home. When it came time to measure for the new countertop, they incorrectly measured the area next to the refrigerator. The new top was cut too wide and is now pushing the cabinet panel out, leaving about a 1/4" gap. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they tried to blame me--saying it was already like that or that the cabinet panel was warped--and spoke to me as if I couldn't see the obvious issue. I waited weeks to hear what the next steps would be, but no one followed up. I always had to call or show up in person to get any kind of response from project managers or sales. The finished product is also poor quality. The seam is bad enough that I can catch a fingernail on it, and the edge looks rough and under-polished. Overall, this feels like a "fast and cheap" operation geared toward large apartment jobs or quick flips--not homeowners who care about quality and detail. If you value craftsmanship, clear communication, and simply getting what you paid for without having to fight for it, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. I regret giving them my business, and by the end I was just willing to accept whatever got me out of dealing with them any longer. I would not recommend Northwest Granite to anyone.

Their showroom and selection of natural stone was impressive. We were able to pick out a sink there too. We love our kitchen again. Look forward to getting our bathroom countertops done next, will definitely be using Gargoyle again.

We were told about these jerkoffs and stone remnants so we went to see them…read more The 'salesman' showed us beautiful samples, but never showed us any actual stone pieces. The originally contracted to buy stone/sinks for 2 baths and a slab of 'fantasy brown' stone for the seat of the new shower. The crap they sold us was nothing like the samples so we canceled the bath countertops and sinks. I argued with the sales manager about the 1/4 round shelves we added to the mix, when they came out looking NOTHING like the samples. He finally agreed to refund ONLY the shelves , but not the seat slab. I said 'wait til you see the reviews I leave'. He said i was unprofessional, yet they failed to show or let us pick our stones. So we went to a MUCH better place ( floform) and got amazing service, 7 pcs of stone, 2 sinks and installation for HUNDREDS LESS! Please shop around and AVOID Gargoyle AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE RUDE, EXPENSIVE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! If zero stars was an option, that's what I would give these schmucks!

I Finally got a call back almost 3 months later and was told he cant give a warranty on a product he doesnt make, he said its really not a big deal- just take the silicone out & redo it! ~ So incredibly rude, we are in the middle of aanother build & will definitely NOT even consider using them! They would not give us a refund so we had to stay with them. They ended up putting the countertops in and the day that they put them in, shortly after they left one of the sinks in the bathroom, fell off the countertop into the bottom of the bathroom vanity. This was the sink that was mounted underneath the counter top. They did come back to fix it and one of the installers said he was just training to do this job. There was also a delay as we had to find our own countertops. And then get put back on the schedule. It was not a good experience.
