There was no wait, I was seen right away, the dental hygienist, who's name I believe was Derek was a good conversationalist and I felt did a good job. Next, I met with the dentist who's not currently listed on their website and who's name I've forgotten was great as well. He was informative, friendly and had a good chair-side manner. I will absolutely come back for my second cleaning.

I was looking for a one-stop location that focuses on routine dental care, as well as able to provide Invisalign treatment and dental implants, etc all in house. After being bounced around and referred to and from different locations that advertised they offered these all-in-one services onsite - I found this to be untrue, until I discovered Green Lead Dental. My experiences with Green Leaf Dental is 10/10 - and I don't mean that lightly. They were able to get me scheduled for an appointment within 24 hours. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, but also articulate and support options for what dental plans are available and provided a clear path to the end goal. I am confident and comfortable saying I've found my new long term dental practice here at Green Leaf Dental.

However, just like what very few of the reviews have said, it's only after the procedure is done when you find out if your insurance covers the procedure or not. Prior to my husband's cleaning appointment, we were given the assurance that the procedure would be covered. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all & we were left with a 1k+ bill. The front desk rep kept insisting that she apparently mentioned that she gave us an estimate but the estimates are "not always guaranteed". But actually, we were only just told that we're expected to receive coverage but not exactly, "that it's not guaranteed". I will say though that because we couldn't come to an agreement over this issue, they did wait over a year to finally collect payment and gave a deduction to the balance. Again, I will emphasize that they are nice people. Despite that, we are still the ones at a loss as we literally could have gotten this procedure done for free. I guess moving forward, just complete transparency with details about insurances & "estimations" can come a long way before a procedure is done.

This has felt disorganized and unprofessional. In addition, I was never provided with retainers at the completion of treatment, which is a standard and essential part of Invisalign care. Because of this and the unresolved issues with my results, I ultimately had to transfer my care to another provider, pay a transfer fee, and complete treatment elsewhere at additional cost. I had a broken tooth, so came in to get it repaired. They were able to get me in super quickly, and the support staff were communicative and friendly. The dental hygienists were great - very friendly, quick. The dentist was nice enough, but I returned to get it fixed (after the evaluation), and had such an awful experience. I've never had such an unpleasant, uncomfortable experience, with little to no information being communicated. I left, vowing never to return but unfortunately this tooth began to hurt (which never hurt when it was broken), sensitive, and completely unable to bite down. I returned for repair and was told that sometimes this happens. Again, this has never happened to me. They fixed it I suppose. It is still more sensitive than any other teeth but I will never be back here. Unfortunate, because staff were nice and this is located near to me. Other offices have a long wait to get in, or are not taking new patients and I guess I should've known when they could get me in right away!

That other dental office changed management and suddenly was recommending several treatments and they were very intense about it. I decided to get a second opinion and was so glad I did. It turns out that I didn't need any fillings. I eventually moved to West Seattle and continued coming here just because they always did such a great job! The appointments were scheduled to be quick and efficient, but not rushed. Also, everyone was just so friendly and knowledgable. I unfortunately moved out of state, and just went to a new dentist here. Comparing experiences led me to want to give this review. I wish all dental offices were as great as this one! I'm going to miss this place now that I've moved :-(

As well as Meghan, I've had two different dental hygienists since I started to visit. Both have been great and seem to exude kindness. Everybody at this place is so damn nice! Columbia City Dental used to be my local dentist, I've since moved halfway across the city. I still make the drive as I don't think I could find a better place to go.

Seriously look no further. I learned this the hard way after a back molar root canal done a while ago started to fail. I went on a root canal world tour, consulting with specialists in Canada, Florida and California, all of whom told me my molar was doomed, too far gone, and that we should pull it out. Enter Dr. Kang, who confidently said, he could save my tooth. And guess what? He did! I won't lie, I saw him a lot (I think it was six appointments), but every single visit was worth it. Fast forward two years to now, and that tooth is still going strong, no issues whatsoever. His team is incredibly sweet and made it so easy to juggle all the appointments I needed. They were super flexible and stayed on top of things, even seamlessly communicating updates and transferring info to my dentist for the final crown work. And here's the best part all of my appointments were completely pain-free. Dr. Kang took his time, didn't rush, explained of what he was doing very well and even scheduled an extra session when he realized my tooth needed more healing and another round of antibiotics. Root canals are nobody's idea of a good time, they're pretty much the worst, but if you want the job done right, especially with a tricky case like mine, you're in the best hands here. She didn't care; she went right back to being rough. I couldn't even understand some of what she was saying because my mouth hurt. I had been here about ten years ago, and it was worse.
