She asked me which teeth would be sensitive. When I told her all of them, she said Do you want me to skip the polishing? I should have listened. She dug so deep in my mouth I thought I was going to throw up. She acted surprised when I told her she was being vicious after asking me if I was alright. She didn't care; she went right back to being rough. I couldn't even understand some of what she was saying because my mouth hurt. I had been here about ten years ago, and it was worse. Not only did they tear up my mouth then, but they damn near cursed me out. The nurse was happy to see me go, and the feeling was mutual. I suggest that if you have a sensitive mouth, do not go here.

She makes sure to go over everything thoroughly when suggesting a procedure or doing a consultation. I felt very welcomed as a new patient. She is the best dentist in West Seattle! They also recommended I get a deep cleaning, although I had one within the last year and my insurance only covers them every 3 years. I was hesitant to continue going here after I found out Dr. Hahn left the practice, but I called to make an appointment for my regular checkup and they refused to do it unless I scheduled the deep cleaning (which I won't do until I can get it covered - it's over $400 per quadrant out of pocket). When Dr. Hahn, and Jordan (the hygienist) were there, they had no problem doing my regular x-rays and cleaning a couple times a year until I was eligible for the deep cleaning. It seems that with both of them gone, I would have to pay for an expensive treatment that is not necessary more than every few years just to be seen. I'm starting to understand why the best people left the practice. The customer service is awful and they do not try to make you feel comfortable. I'm quite sure I will find better care elsewhere in the Seattle area.

I had a horrific experience getting a teeth cleaning via Dr fanger. I'm not sure if he is a regular dr there or a student, But he by far was unprofessional and caused me weeks of pain after my cleaning. I missed my appointment in March due to the circumstances at hand. My teeth are in wonderful condition and I had last had xrays in sept 2019. I opted to not get them yesterday as I just needed a cleaning, and I also have been affected so I frankly didn't have the extra Money to do it nor did I need it. I had let them know over the phone when booking that it was a cleaning only but when I re mentioned it, it seemed like I was a hassle. After that, your hygienist took care of her duties, very nice and easy. (Front desk worker is a lovey person as well) The dentist was to do my cleaning, I did not recognize him from your website and I do not remember his name. He asked if the sonic cleaner was ok and I said absolutely as I've been having that done for years with no issue. He gets started and within minutes of the cleaning stabbed me in my lower gum so hard I actually jumped up and eased what the hell he was doing. I've never had a painful dental situation, I was even awake for my wisdom feel being removed. I have a high pain tolerance and zero dental procedure fear. He made a half hearted apology and carried on after making me feel like he was frustrated that he will have to manually scrape my teeth. He went on to be so rough that three more times he jabbed me the on the forth I had to tell him to stop and he remarked "well it's not bleeding". Through out this was a lack of suction so I was unable to even communicate. So much so that in all my years of going to dentists I had to wave at him to do it. So I paid and left and frankly my teeth still hurt, and I ended up with a headache from it. I'm not sure what the next step is but I'm hugely disappointed with the treatment I received from the dentist, not sure why he had such an aggressive hand and attitude. By the end I felt like I was assaulted. I'm still awaiting the owner to contact me about this issue. I have great teeth, I had a great dentist up north but my work schedule doesn't coincide with their open hours. So I tried out this place to find something that would work. I'll absolutely be going back to my old dr, and just take the hit not working.
