I got acrylics in the beginning of March and they ruined my nails when they took the acrylics off in April. They ripped my skin off, made my hands bleed multiple times, and it's insane that it's been almost two months now and my nails are still insanely damaged. Love this nail salon! I've only ever gotten my eyebrows waxed and a gel manicure but both services are amazing. The eyebrow wax was relatively painless and after trimming and waxing they go back in with tweezers to make sure your eyebrows are perfect. The attention to detail is great. The gel manicure always comes out so good. My nails usually feel thin and brittle after getting them done other places but they feel really healthy after going here. 10/10 service and all the employees are so nice and I hardly ever have to wait for service but they also take reservations just in case so you won't have to wait if they're busy. read more

Do not come to this place! I got terrible service here. First of all the lady who did my spent more than 2 hours on doing dip regular nails! She told Me she was tired and ended up cutting my cuticle and made me bleed! My finger would not stop bleeding! I was so upset and mad I didn't want to get an infection. I took my Granddaughters (2) for a gel manicure. The did a terrible job, one of the had cuticles cut & bled, only one coat of polish, it came off in two days. The other granddaughter they tried to talk into adding tips that she didn't want, one coat of polish that also chipped in two days. She was supposed to have lemons drawn on after polish, it looked like a blob only on two nails. My gel polish was two Coates but peeled off in three days. $120 plus a tip. terrible job! read more

I went in for my birthday and graduation made an appointment a couple days ago for 1pm sharp I arrived at 1pm and they told me I had been scheduled for 1:30pm I waited picking out my color with my friends and family till 1:30 then it was 2 and we said we would come back in 20 minutes because they were so far behind. There was no apology and the girl wanted to argue and then ignored us. we get there then it's another 10 minutes of waiting and they only take one of us. Then another 10 minutes another from our party and then another 10 minutes after that so it's now about 3. My appointment was at 1. therefore its 2 hours late. then I get my nails done and they are completely see through and that was not what I wanted. she refused to give any discounts for the lateness and the fact she ruined my birthday/graduation nail appointment. Then if it wasn't bad enough I did not get the actual nails I wanted, she kept telling me colors she wanted me to get nice to respecting what I wanted and I got cut 1/2 way through my appointment. There was blood all at the bottom of my nail. my total was around 50 for shitty nails. Save your money you would have better luck getting press on nails at Walmart, target or even dollar tree. read more

After a conversation with friends I decided to have my nails professionally done for the first time in years. As I knew nothing about the salons near me I picked the one closes to my house and went in for just a basic manicure to see if I liked them. I was told to come in around 3pm. At about 3:30 a technician told me to sit down, and asked me what I wanted. I responded as short as this thumb, pointing to my right thumb, which did have some nail to it, she said short and proceeded to cut all my nails off, down to the quick. Then she went through everything so fast that I was sitting at a drying table in under 10 minutes where I was left for another 20 minutes before being told I was done. Just after I sat at the drying table the owner decided to turn up the volume on the tv right over my head, but even worse the tv I was facing was showing a couple having a quicky in the kitchen. Not at all impressed. After my nails grow back I will be looking for another salon. read more

I had an appointment for a basic pedicure at 10 a.m. No one acknowledged me when I walked in and then I wasn't taken for 30 minutes. They sat me in a pedicure chair and no one came over for another 10 minutes. By then the water was cold, and then they had a guy come and do my pedicure (I booked with a woman). If I wanted a guy, I would have booked with him. 2 stars for the cleanliness and the ok job the guy did on my toes. Will not be back! read more

My mom took me for a pedicure here for my birthday yesterday and it was WONDERFUL. Both ladies working were having a busy day but they got to us in a timely manner and gave us amazing pedicures. They were both very friendly and you could tell they take pride in their work. The inside of the salon is gorgeous, clean and well put together. I love that they use liners for their foot tubs! I went to Raini nails yesterday to have dip removed that they did a couple of weeks ago and a pedi. My pedi was fine however, the manicure was AWFUL. She did not remove all of the dip and grinded my nails so bad, they are all bumpy and uneven. She painted over the dip that was still not removed! I took the polish off as soon as I got home and my nails are ruined, and still covered in dip (REALLY). My first visit getting a mani and pedi was fine but this visit was completely awful and I will never return. read more

I really wanted to like this place being one off the only nail salon in Lunenburg. But after a while of going to this nail salon I find the service inconsistent, the wait time with appointment Ridiculous and the price for the same exact service very depending on who is doing your nail that day. I do my nails every 2 weeks and I never know what the price will be for the exact same service. The outcome of my nails depends on who does them. One of the older ladies was unhappy with me because I did not like the way she did my nails. She told me " I did my best for you ". It was after that statement I said I am done with this place. However with that said one of the young ladies Mandy always does my nails right. The problem is I will request for her. She will be busy doing someone else nails during my appointment time. So if I want her wait an hour or come back. It was getting to be too much inconsistency. read more
