I have patronized the CWE Rainbow clothing store and the Lindell Blvd. clothing store and the difference with how I've been treated is like night and day! The CWE store I was treated with the utmost respect and the associates bent over backwards to help me with finding items that I couldn't find in the store. They even OFFERED TO TAKE clothes off the mannequins and off the very tippy top areas to make sure I could see them, touch them and to figure out if they would fit me or a family member without any back talk or grumpiness. Even the security guard was so polite and helpful. The Lindell store was a complete nightmare! I was treated like a criminal and I was not allowed to carry my super large bag through the store and I had to hand carry my wallet, my phone and anything else that was valuable to me. I had nothing else to put my valuables in and it was horrible dropping my cash, credit cards, insurance cards, phone, and anything else on the hard floor. Plus, my bag was left at the front near the door, unattended, so anyone could walk in and take it. I was completely appalled at the treatment I received. As an added bonus, I wanted a dress and I searched for my size and the last one was on a mannequin. I asked an associate if she wouldn't mind taking it off, WHENEVER SHE HAD TIME, NOT URGENTLY, mind you, BUT WHENEVER SHE HAD TIME, so I may look at it and purchase it. She was so grumpy and gave me a horrible time and made the comment, "That dress is too small for you, it AIN'T GONNA FIT YOU, you are too big for it!" And she roughly removed the dress from the mannequin and threw it a me! Just to appease her, I later purchased the dress and guess what, IT FIT!!!!! Also, I made a return and tried to explain what was going on to the associate and I was met with grouchiness again, this time by a different employee. She had to ask the manager how to achieve the return because it was complicated, but she was irate and nasty about the whole thing until she completed her job, then she was nice. However, IT WAS NOT NICE to take her frustrations out on me. The manager, however, has always been nice, but her employees enjoy telling customers all of the things they are doing wrong and NOT HELPING THEM WITH PURCHASES OR BEING NICE OR KIND TO THEM. Perhaps they have their favorite customers and I am not one of them, but I was a frequent customer and they knew me and the more they recognized me the meaner they became. What a difference the CWE Rainbow is compared to this store. I don't understand why there is NO SECURITY guard at this Lindell branch if there is a security guard at the CWE store. Please do not patronize this Rainbow given the opportunity to shop at the CWE store or the Lindell store (plus the taxes are higher, not the store's fault). You are treated like a valuable client at the CWE store and not like trash or spoken down to or like a criminal as you are at the Lindell store. Not a happy shopper at the Lindell store and have not gone to the Rainbow Lindell store in about a year. Sick of being treated like garbage and spoken to like a child. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY EMPLOYEES WITH NOTHING BETTER TO DO BUT TO YAK AT THE REGISTER AND TO EACH OTHER AND PUT VALUABLE CUSTOMERS DOWN AND IGNORE THEM EXCEPT TO TELL THEM THEY CAN NOT CARRY THEIR BAGS IN THE STORE AND TO LEAVE THEIR VALUABLE BAGS AND PURSES AT THE FRONT UNATTENDED FOR ANYONE TO TAKE AND TO TELL THE CUSTOMERS THE CLOTHES ARE NOT GOING TO FIT (WHO CARES, A PURCHASE IS A PURCHASE AND THEIR JOBS ARE TO MAKE THE CLIENTS HAPPY AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO SPEND AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE OR THEY HAVE NO JOBS)! read more
