I went at 3 pm with my specs and no one was there. I then called, and no one answered. After returning home, I received a call from Jennifer apologizing for not being there. I then arranged to email them specs, photo, and detailed info. No response after sending. I re-sent the email the following day, and two weeks later- still no response! I was finally ready to lay down the money on my kitchen remodel, but after this experience, I am hesitant. Really frustrated after having this happen on my first time. I wanted eco friendly cabinets for my new kitchen and they are listed as a reseller for Crystal…read moreCabinets. I set up an initial time to go see the cabinets and immediately fell in love with the Walnut doors. After this initial meeting I constantly had to hound the designer to get me the design. I had to bug her at least every few days. She did get me the design and I was super happy with it. Then she came to measure and I had an appointment with her installer a few days later. When I would ask her for when I could expect the next step, she would always say she had company over or was at another job. She knew I was on a tight timeframe, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Her installer flaked without calling me until well after our appointment and the designer basically ghosted me. This is after putting in many weeks of work on her part even to the point of picking the cabinet inserts. I mean we were basically ready to go with the deal. Finally her installer came spent maybe 20 minutes looking at the kitchen and the floors because I was also interested to see if he could do the floors as well. I never got his quote. I thought something was up and reached out the The Kitchen Store that also carried Crystal cabinets and they were super professional. Within 3 weeks I got all measurements, design and quote from TKS and it was basically the same price that I got from Beach Kitchen Design. I mean are folks so busy they don't want a 50k deal? I am in sales and I knew something was up but the professional thing to do would have been to tell me straight up that my timeline didn't fit theirs. I would absolutely not go with this company and rather go to The Kitchen Store and work with Sharron. She was wonderful and super patient with all my questions.

We had an appointment this morning at 8:15am (showroom doesn't open until 10am but she confirmed with my husband). Place was empty/locked and no one answered the phone. Drove an hour in traffic and we both ended up being late to work for no reason. It's a competitive market out there and I would rather spend my money on designers who take their business seriously (she couldn't even bother to call us to cancel/reschedule!). Hard pass.

From day 1, Thomas was extremely professional and just a cool guy to talk to. We chatted on the phone about my needs and then we scheduled a quick consult to get things going. Our meeting was quick and straightforward, and I walked away feeling confident that the job was going to be gorgeous. Come the day of install, the installer Luis showed up on time and was also extremely professional, polite, and just great to work with. I walked him over to the kitchen to show him where I wanted everything to go and then got out of his way to let him do his thing. It took a couple of hours and the end results were just breathtaking. The cabinet repair was seamless, you could not even tell anything had been done. And the custom shelves matched the existing cabinets perfectly!!! It was like they were meant to be there and, overall, just exceeded our expectations greatly! If it's not obvious already, I highly recommend Thomas and his team. The quality of work is just unparalleled and the cost was very fair as well. My wife and I can't wait to cook up our next job for them!
