There's a house for sale in Hermosa Beach on 3rd Street which she completed. After visiting an open house of a property on the Strand going for $9mil., the difference was night and day. The Strand property also hired an interior designer to stage the house. But the interior designer used common furniture, almost Ikea grade. It did the property injustice. Motif Interiors used custom high end furniture throughout the house, giving it a very rich feel. This property looked like it should be more than the Strand property.

As a realtor who's toured thousands of homes, it takes a lot to stop me mid-walkthrough -- but the…read morestaging at 2030 Galerita Dr did exactly that. Not every room was staged, but every room that was staged felt intentional, not just decorated. The way the stagers pulled warm earth tones through the open living area -- pairing that soft sand-colored sofa with textured woven accents -- made the space feel both elevated and lived-in. The artwork above the fireplace drew the eye without shouting for attention (a rare skill in staging). Even my buyers -- who usually breeze past the details -- paused to comment on the layered bedding in the primary suite and the subtle greenery touches that made the ocean-view windows feel even more serene. And that outdoor setup? Effortlessly coastal without a hint of cliché. In short, Savannah and Marina didn't just "fill" a space -- they defined it. I walked in thinking about square footage; I walked out thinking about where to order those dining chairs.
